Gary Clark (knee) available to play Wednesday
Clark has officially been upgraded from questionable and will be available to play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Miami Heat despite dealing with left knee irritation, while Aaron Goron will play after missing one game due to right knee inflammation. In Gordon’s absence, head coach Steve Clifford stuck with a nine-man rotation, and Clark ended up receiving the starting nod at power forward but was rather disappointing for fantasy purposes despite logging nearly 29 minutes of action in Monday’s blowout loss. There haven’t yet been any reports of a potential minute restriction for Gordon, so he’ll still remain in consideration for tournament formats on a nine-game slate since he has a 21.1% usage rate and is averaging 1.00 DraftKings and 0.99 FanDuel points per minute on the season thus far.
As reported by: John Denton via TwitterMitchell Robinson (hamstring) out Wednesday; Reggie Bullock (illness) and Kevin Knox (leg) available to play
Robinson has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Utah Jazz due to a sore left hamstring, while Bullock and Knox have been cleared to play despite dealing with their respective ailments, the former available to return from a two-game absence. Taj Gibson has continued to start at center even with Robinson clearly outperforming him off the bench, but he has actually logged at least 19 minutes in each of the Knicks’ previous two games, which may limit the upside of someone like Bobby Portis in the second unit. However, Portis will still remain in consideration for tournament formats at a minimum on a nine-game slate since he has a 21.4% usage rate and is averaging 0.95 DraftKings and 0.92 FanDuel points per minute on the season thus far.

As expected, Gordon has officially been upgraded from questionable and will be available to play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Miami Heat after missing one game due to right knee inflammation, while Gary Clark remains questionable with left knee irritation. In Gordon’s absence, head coach Steve Clifford stuck with a nine-man rotation, and Clark ended up receiving the starting nod at power forward but was rather disappointing for fantasy purposes despite logging nearly 29 minutes of action in Monday’s blowout loss. As reported by: Orlando Magic PR via TwitterJayson Tatum (illness) will play Wednesday
As expected, Tatum has officially been upgraded from probable and will play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers after missing one game due to an illness, while Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward were already ruled out with their respective ailments. Kemba Walker also didn’t travel with the team for tonight’s second leg of a back-to-back set, so there will be a substantial amount of usage available for Tatum, Marcus Smart, and Daniel Theis in the first unit, whereas Javonte Green, Grant Williams, and Romeo Langford are the leading candidates to replace Brown and Hayward in the starting lineup this evening. It should come as no surprise that Tatum massively benefits with Brown, Hayward, and Walker off the court this season, and he a 39.7% usage rate, 20.3% assist rate, 11.8% rebound rate, and is averaging 1.45 DraftKings and 1.38 FanDuel points per minute in a 295.9 minutes sample size.
As reported by: Steve Bulpett via TwitterTristan Thompson (knee) out Wednesday
Thompson has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Boston Celtics due to a strained left calf that has now forced him to miss three games, while Darius Garland and Andre Drummond were already ruled out for a second straight contest with their respective ailments. This news will leave Cleveland with just 10 available bodies including newly-signed Sir’Dominic Pointer, two of which being Dean Wade and Matt Mooney, who have combined to play fewer than 60 minutes over the course of the entire season thus far. Head coach J.B. Bickerstaff condensed his rotation to just seven players last time out, and he’s already confirmed with reporters that he will once again go with a smaller starting lineup with Larry Nance Jr. receiving the start at power forward and Kevin Love sliding over to the center position. This rotational decision led to Nance, Kevin Porter Jr., Collin Sexton, and Cedi Osman all logging more than 39 minutes in the Monday’s loss, keeping them all in consideration for daily fantasy formats this evening.
As reported by: Spencer Davies via TwitterVictor Oladipo (knee) out Wednesday
Oladipo has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t play in Wednesday’s matchup against the San Antonio Spurs due to a sore right knee that has now forced him to miss two games. The Pacers already lost Jeremy Lamb for the remainder of the season, so Aaron Holiday figures to remain in the starting lineup at the shooting guard position in Oladipo’s absence, and he is coming off of a lackluster fantasy performance in a whopping 35 minutes of action in Monday’s win. Other than Holiday’s increase in playing time, Myles Turner has surprisingly been the largest beneficiary with Oladipo and Lamb off the court this season, as he has a 20.5% usage rate, a 14.7% rebound rate, and is averaging 1.12 DraftKings and 1.16 FanDuel points per minute in a 463.4 minutes sample size.
As reported by: the Indiana Pacers via TwitterGeorge Hill (groin) listed out Wednesday
Hill has been downgraded from probable on the latest Bucks’ injury report and won’t play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Indiana Pacers due to a groin contusion, while Kyle Korver remains sidelined for an eighth straight game with back soreness and is still without a firm timetable for a return. In Hill’s absence, Donte DiVincenzo should assume a large portion of the backup point guard duties behind Eric Bledsoe, and he’s managed to log at least 26 minutes off the bench in three of the previous five games. However, DiVincenzo is priced appropriately on daily fantasy sites, so he’ll be nothing more than tournament option on a nine-game slate, and he is averaging 0.93 DraftKings and 0.94 FanDuel points per minute on the season thus far.
As reported by: NBA Official Injury ReportThomas Bryant (foot) out Wednesday; Ish Smith (hamstring) doubtful
Bryant has officially been ruled out and won’t play in Wednesday’s second leg of a back-to-back set against the Portland Trail Blazers due to injury management for his troublesome right foot, while Smith is listed as doubtful with left hamstring tightness. In Bryant’s absence, either Moe Wagner or Anzejs Pasecniks will likely join the Wizards starting lineup at the center position with Ian Mahinmi seemingly out of the rotation entirely after accruing a DNP-CD in each of the previous two contests. However, regardless of starter, Wagner should have a higher minute floor of the two, and he was more than serviceable for fantasy purposes in 28 minutes of action the last time Bryant was unavailable on a back-to-back situation. Bradley Beal and Davis Bertans have benefitted the most with Bryant and Smith off the court since the trade deadline, as they each own a minimum of a +1.5% usage rate increase and are averaging at least +0.11 more fantasy points per minute over their normal season-long numbers.
As reported by: Jamie Goldberg via Twitter Other tagged players: Ish SmithJayson Tatum (illness) and Javonte Green (ankle) probable Wednesday
Tatum and Green have officially been listed as probable for Wednesday’s matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, while Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward were listed out on the initial Celtics’ injury report and won’t play due to their respective ailments. Kemba Walker also didn’t travel with the team for tonight’s second leg of a back-to-back set, so there will be a substantial amount of usage available for Tatum, Marcus Smart, and Daniel Theis in the first unit, whereas Green, Grant Williams, and Romeo Langford are the leading candidates to replace Brown and Hayward in the starting lineup this evening.

As expected, Brown and Hayward have officially been ruled out and won’t play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to their respective ailments, while Jayson Tatum and Javonte Green are listed as probable on the initial Celtics’ injury report. As reported by: Jared Weiss via Twitter Other tagged players: Gordon HaywardLauri Markkanen (pelvis) will start Wednesday
Markkanen has officially been upgraded from questionable and will start in Wednesday’s matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves after missing 15 games due to a right pelvis stress reaction, while Zach LaVine was already ruled out and will miss a second straight game with a left quadriceps strain. Head coach Jim Boylen already confirmed with reporters that Markkanen will be subject to a minute restriction of 18-20 minutes, whereas other players coming off an injury like Wendell Carter Jr. and Otto Porter Jr. will have restrictions of 20-24 minutes and 20-22 minutes, respectively. Clearly, the Bulls are getting closer to full strength, albeit in a limited capacity, but both Shaq Harrison and Denzel Valentine should remain in the starting lineup given Boylen’s propensity to not have Markkanen and Thaddeus Young on the floor at the same time. However, Harrison was essentially a false starter in Monday’s win, and Valentine was only allotted 21 minutes of action despite a solid fantasy performance relative to his price tag across the daily fantasy industry.
As reported by: the Chicago Bulls via TwitterAaron Gordon (knee) likely to play Wednesday
Gordon is still technically listed as questionable on the Magic’s injury report, but head coach Steve Clifford disclosed to reporters at shootaround that should be cleared to play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Miami Heat due to right knee inflammation that already forced him to miss one game, while Gary Clark remains questionable with left knee irritation. In Gordon’s absence, Clifford stuck with a nine-man rotation, and Clark ended up receiving the starting nod at power forward but was rather disappointing for fantasy purposes despite logging nearly 29 minutes of action in Monday’s blowout loss.
As reported by: John Denton via TwitterA Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
Naz Reid is the primary center with Karl Anthony Towns out, and he has performed well in his role since gaining the extra playing time. Tonight he has the luxury of facing the Chicago Bulls, a team that is near the top of the list in fantasy points allowed to the center position. This price tag is still a bit too low on a good per-minute producer like Reid.
Boston Thin
The Celtics will be shorthanded tonight, as it appears as though Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, Gordon Hayward and possibly Jaylen Brown will miss the game. That means several players will be salary saving options. Grant Williams played 23 minutes last night with Tatum out, and Coach Stevens may not have a choice but to give the rookie some solid minutes tonight in a favorable matchup.
EDIT: Tatum is probable now. That tempers expectations for Williams. I still think 20+ is a possible outcome and he is cheap.
De'Aaron Fox (abdominal) and Cory Joseph (heel) will play Tuesday
As expected, Fox has officially been upgraded from probable and will play in Tuesday’s matchup against the Washington Wizards despite dealing with lower right abdominal tightness, while Joseph will also be available to play following his original questionable designation on the Kings’ injury report with a right hee; contusion. Fox has continued to play through his aforementioned ailment, and he’s done a good job of showing minimal ill-effects when actually on the floor, as he put together another stellar fantasy performance in Sunday’s win. Joseph was allotted just under 16 minutes off the bench in that contest, and he’ll continue to serve as the backup point guard behind Fox since there have yet to be any reports of either him or Fox being subject to minute restrictions this evening.
