Ivica Zubac (quad contusion) active for tonight's game
Zubac will officially be active and available to play in tonight’s game against the Dallas Mavericks after previously being listed as questionable on the Lakers’ injury report with a quad contusion that had forced him to miss one game. Despite his active status, Zubac is still expected to come off the bench behind Tarik Black and Lakers head coach Luke Walton has said that he is unsure just how much the rookie big man will be able to play in Tuesday’s contest. Zubac is shaping up to be an intriguing tournament option even with the uncertainty surrounding his playing time, as he has shown the ability to be a quality fantasy point per minute producer and could easily exceed value if he is able to eclipse the 20-minute plateau this evening.

Victor Oladipo (back) starting against the Trail Blazers tonight
Oladipo will play and start in tonight’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers after previously being listed as questionable on the Thunder’s injury report due to back spasms that had forced him to miss six consecutive games. His return from injury will displace Alex Abrines, who is available to play after being listed as probable, from the starting lineup, sending him back to the bench to resume a reserve role. There has yet to be any word on a minute restriction for Oladipo, but it is relatively safe to assume that he will be able to handle his normal allotment of minutes barring a setback, as he presumably was able to keep up on his conditioning through intermittent back spasms. Oladipo certainly isn’t a safe cash game option but could be an intriguing tournament option after carrying a questionable designation throughout the day on Tuesday.

Jokic has officially been listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game against the Washington Wizards after missing the Nuggets previous game due to the same aforementioned illness. If Jokic is unable to suit up, Mason Plumlee will draw the start at center once again in his absence and saw 31 minutes of action on Monday as the starting center. He should be expected to continue assuming Jokic’s role in the rotation as long as he remains sidelined with Roy Hibbert the only available center off the bench. Outside of Plumlee, no other Nuggets starter sees a substantial boost in and usage or fantasy production, though Wilson Chandler and Danilo Gallinari would just be further solidified as solid plays should Jokic be ruled out on Wednesday.

Mike Dunleavy has missed the last six games due to an inflamed ankle and will not play against the Nets. Tim Hardaway Jr. has played really well and continues to strive in his role as a reserve. He’ll be an elite option against Brooklyn on Wednesday.

Adreian Payne has been out since the first week of February due to an illness. Payne’s season-high in minutes are 14, so don’t expect him to be a major part of this rotation once he does return. Payne is simply an emergency option on the team and is not relevant at this time.

The Bulls have listed Wade as doubtful as he recovers from a thigh contusion. Paul Zipser started for Wade and played 31 minutes. He was unable to make a significant fantasy impact with Jimmy Butler garnering all the usage. Robin Lopez, Cameron Payne, and Jerian Grant were also better options and Zipser will not be a strong punt option if he starts again with Wade expected to be out. Continue to plug in Jimmy Butler against the Magic.

Michael Beasley is dealing with a knee injury and it will cost him another couple weeks. He will be re-evaluated again in two weeks and the team will provide an update after that. Newly signed Terrence Jones was able to participate in practice today but most of the regulars did not participate. Jones should be available to play tomorrow against the Knicks but the team has not provided an official update yet.

The Raptors forward did not practice yesterday either and appears unlikely to play tomorrow against the Pelicans. Norman Powell and P.J. Tucker would benefit the most if he is unable to play.

Miami Heat injury report for Wednesday's game
James Johnson, Luke Babbitt, and Tyler Johnson are all listed as questionable by Miami for their game tomorrow while Okaro White is probable. Tyler Johnson is the most unlikely of the three to play and his absence would be a boost to Josh Richardson’s value. We’ll update the status of the Heat players after their Wednesday morning shootaround.

The young Lakers center did not play on Sunday and also failed to practice on Monday. He’s been upgraded to questionable for their game tonight and will likely be a game-time decision. We’ll update you on any news as soon as we learn of it. Timofey Mozgoc and Tarik Black both see an uptick in playing time if Zubac sits but none of the three are viable DFS options, even on a small three game slate.

X-rays on Nance’s wrist injury that he suffered on Sunday came back negative and he has been upgraded to probable for tonight’s game after previously being listed as questionable. He’s not a viable DFS option but his return will be a slight hit on the playing time of other members of the Lakers frontcourt.

The Rockets forward left last night’s game early due to lower back tightness and did not return. Sam Dekker would be the biggest beneficiary if Anderson is unable to go and would be a top value option on the Wednesday slate. We’ll update Anderson’s status after the morning shootaround tomorrow.

The Thunder guard has missed the last six games with a back injury. After practicing on Monday, he’s closer to returning to action but his status for tonight is still uncertain. The team will know more after pre-game warmups. It’s the first game on tap tonight and we’ll update you as soon as we learn more. Alex Abrines and Doug McDermott would both take a hit in their playing time and value if Oladipo returns.

The Philadelphia center missed practice today and is considered questionable for their game against Portland on Thursday. We should know tomorrow about his availability. Richaun Holmes would likely draw another start if Okafor can not play.

Horford will not play in tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers after previously being listed as questionable on the Celtics’ injury report with a sprained elbow that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games. Additionally, Jonas Jerebko was a surprise late scratch due to an illness, which opens up an opportunity for Jaylen Brown to draw the start at small forward, sliding Jae Crowder down to the power forward spot. Clearly, both Brown and Amir Johnson can now be considered as punt options in tournaments for their low price tags, while both Marcus Smart and Kelly Olynyk also offer some upside off the bench and could fly a bit under the radar. With that said, the definitive beneficiary of Horford’s absence (outside of Isaiah Thomas) is Crowder, as he owns a positive 2.9% usage rate differential (20.7%) with the Celtics big man off the court this season.
