Arthur will not play in tomorrow’s game against the Orlando Magic due to a sore left knee that has know forced him to miss two consecutive games. Wilson Chandler will likely start at power forward once again, and it will be interesting to see if he remains there going forward once Arthur returns from injury. Danilo Gallinari and Gary Harris have both been listed as probable but that is merely a formality given how conservative Denver has been with their injury report this season. Gallinari and Harris are both fully expected to start and play their normal allotment of minutes.

Reggie Bullock starting for KCP (shoulder) tonight; Jon Leuer (knee) ruled out
Caldwell-Pope will not play in tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers after previously being listed as doubtful on the Pistons’ with a strained left rotator cuff that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games. Jon Leuer has also been ruled out after previously being listed as doubtful with a bone bruise in his right knee. Reggie Bullock will draw the start at shooting guard alongside Marcus Morris and Tobias Harris, sending Aron Baynes back to the bench to resume his reserve role. Bullock played 26 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Utah Jazz, so it would be safe to assume he could approach or even eclipse the 30-minute mark this evening.

Patterson will not play in today’s game against the New York Knicks after previously being listed as questionable on the Raptors’ injury report with a strained left knee. Patterson was recently inserted into the Raptors’ starting lineup, replacing the duo of Norman Powell and Lucas Nogueira, who had each recently had stints with the starting unit. Nogueira will draw the start today, which is rather surprising, as Carmelo Anthony is an undersized power forward, which would have made it easy for Raptors’ head coach Dwane Casey to slide DeMarre Carroll down to the four spot and put Powell at small forward. Theoretically, Jonas Valanciunas should see close to 30 minutes of run in a matchup against Joakim Noah and Kyle O’Quinn, but his minutes and production are still too volatile to be confidently recommended as anything other than a long-shot tournament option.

Porzingis will not play in today’s game against the Toronto Raptors after previously being listed on the Knicks’ injury report as questionable with a sore left Achilles that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games. With Porzingis ruled out, Carmelo Anthony will slide over to power forward in place of Porzingis once again, while Lance Thomas will draw the start at small forward. Joakim Noah and Kyle O’Quinn will continue to absorb a majority of the available front court minutes sans Porzingis and are fine options on the All Day slates across the industry. According to our CourtIQ tool, Anthony unsurprisingly leads the Knicks with a substantial 4.8% usage rate differential (36.2%) with Porzingis off the court this season. Clearly, Anthony deserves consideration as one of the top small forward plays on the entire slate.

Hood will not play in tomorrow’s game against the Phoenix Suns due to a bone bruise he sustained in Saturday’s win over the Orlando Magic. The Jazz will list Hood as day-to-day for the time being. Joe Ingles will likely draw the start at shooting guard, but his viability as a daily fantasy option will likely be hindered by Alec Burks, who finally saw increased run in yesterday’s contest, playing just under 15 minutes. The Jazz’s wing rotation is suddenly crowded despite Hood’s absence with Joe Johnson (rest) returning from a one-game absence as well. The top player to target seems to be Gordon Hayward, as he leads the Jazz with a positive 3.8% usage rate differential (33.3%) with Hood off the court this season.

The Mavericks have announced that they have signed Pierre Jackson to a 10-day contract. This will be Jackson’s second stint with the Mavericks after appearing in four games earlier this season. He will be active and available to play in today’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves but is highly unlikely to see significant minutes.

LaVine will play in today’s game against the Dallas Mavericks after previously being listed as questionable on the Timberwolves’ injury report with a left hip contusion that had forced him to miss the last two games. LaVine is expected to start and not be limited by a minutes restriction, and he will displace Brandon Rush from the starting lineup, sending Rush back to the bench to resume his reserve role. LaVine is an intriguing tournament option on the All Day slates given his original questionable designation and the propensity of daily fantasy players to avoid rostering players in their first game back from injury.

Lamb will not play in tomorrow’s game against the Boston Celtics due to inflammation in his foot that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games. With Nicolas Batum back from injury, Lamb would have been in line to see his playing time drastically decrease Monday and will going forward. Treveon Graham reentered the rotation in Friday’s win over the Philadelphia 76ers but will not see enough minutes, even in Lamb’s absence, to be relevant in daily fantasy. Expect Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Marco Belinelli to continue picking up a majority of the wing minutes vacated by Lamb.

Nene will draw the start at center over Montrezl Harrell for tonight’s game against the Brooklyn Nets. The only reasoning for this lineup change is that Rockets’ head coach Mike D’Antoni preferring the individual matchup with Nene against Brook Lopez on the defensive end. Despite the “demotion” to the bench, expect Harrell to still see more minutes than Nene and remains the preferred target over Nene in tournaments, though they both can be given a look given their difference in price.

Ibaka will play and start in tonight’s game against the Utah Jazz after previously being listed as questionable on the Magic’s injury report with a sore right shoulder. With Evan Fournier ruled out, Jodie Meeks will start at shooting guard in his place and averaged just under 28 minutes per game in Fournier’s previous injury stint, making him a viable punt option on the late slates. According to our CourtIQ tool Ibaka owns a positive 3.8% usage rate differential (27.3%) with Fournier off the court this season. Clearly, Ibaka is the top Magic big man to target, as he draws the best individual matchup combined with the expected usage increase.

Johnson will be rested and will not play in tonight’s game against the Orlando Magic. His absence from the rotation does little to move the fantasy needle of any other wing players on Utah’s roster, though Jazz head coach Quin Snyder stated that Alec Burks will see additional playing time after being extremely limited thus far in his return from injury. Unfortunately, the bump in minutes will not be enough to make him or Joe Ingles viable daily fantasy options.
As reported by: David Locke Jahlil Okafor expected to play 28-32 minutes as starter tonight
Okafor will start at center for tonight’s game against the Washington Wizards in place of the resting Joel Embiid. Many projected Nerlens Noel to draw the start considering Okafor had recently fallen behind him in the rotation, but Sixers head coach Brett Brown made it clear that he wants to keep Noel in his current role off the bench when he stated that Okafor will play 28-32 minutes this evening. This means Okafor is expected to completely absorb the minutes vacated by Embiid and then some. No member of the Sixers’ starting unit drastically benefits from a usage standpoint in Embiid’s absence, as it seems to be relatively spread out, but clearly Okafor is the top overall target when taking price, projected minutes, and matchup into consideration.

Satoransky will be active and available to play in tonight’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers after previously being listed as questionable on the Wizards’ injury report due to an illness that forced him to miss the last two games. Satoransky hadn’t seen the court for four consecutive games prior to this illness, so his return will have little to no impact on the Washington rotation.
