Trevor Ariza questionable for Houston tonight
The Rockets guard is dealing with back spasms and is questionable to play tonight when his team faces the Celtics. It’d be a good match up for Ariza if he can play as Boston is 29th in SF DvP. Sam Dekker would be the biggest beneficary, and a viable DFS option, if Ariza can’t go.

Seth Curry goes through shootaround; will be a game-time decision tonight
Curry has missed the last two games and looks to be close to returning to action after going through the team shootaround this morning. However, he told local media that he would be a game-time decision. If he is able to return he’d eat into the minutes of Deron Williams the most.

After missing the Nets game on Saturday, Booker will be available to play against the Wizards tonight. Booker’s a reasonable option as a stat sheet filler averaging double digits in points and nearly that many in rebounds (over 8 a game).

The Hawks star PF has missed three straight games and is considered a game-time decision by the team heading into their game tonight against the Thunder. Mike Muscala would probably get the start at PF – he doesn’t have much upside, however, but is in play if you are looking for some value.

The 76ers are down two men for sure tonight as Covington (knee and illness) and Bayless (wrist) have been ruled out for their game tonight against the Nuggets. Jahlil Okafor is dealing with gastroenteritis and is questionable for the game. Fortunately for the 76ers it’s a Joel Embiid night and he’ll get his 28 minutes of playing time for sure. With Bayless out, Sergio Rodriguez will continue to be a viable PG option. Gerald Henderson and Nik Stauskas should continue to see heavy minutes with Covington out and both are reasonable value options going against a Nuggets team that is 25th in fantasy points allowed.

The Bulls starting PG is being suspended for one game for conduct detrimental to the team – no word on what that conduct was. Jerian Grant will probably get the start tonight with Isaiah Canaan receiving an increased bench role. Grant immediately becomes one of the top value PG options of the slate.

Ferrell has been moved to the Brooklyn Nets D-league team – it’s expected this is because Caris LeVert will be making his Nets debut in the very near future.

George, Miles, and Seraphin will all play in tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers after being on the Pacers’ injury report with various physical ailments. George will be reinserted into the starting lineup, sending Glenn Robinson III back to the bench to resume his reserve role. George and Miles will see limited minutes in their return, but an exact restriction wasn’t confirmed by Nate McMillan for either player. However, we should expect both players to be limited to 18-24 minutes depending on game flow. The statuses of Miles and Seraphin in the rotation are much murkier than George’s (obviously), as Robinson and Al Jefferson have both played well in their absences. Miles is certainly inclined to lose playing time to the emerging Robinson, though Seraphin and Jefferson should be expected to split the backup center minutes. As far as tonight, it’s difficult to feel comfortable rostering any of the aforementioned players in a difficult matchup with this Clippers squad outside of a shot in tournaments on the later slates.

Lee will not play in tonight’s game against the Sacramento Kings with a sprained left ankle that also kept him sidelined in the Knicks previous game. The Knicks will start Justin Holiday at shooting guard once again in Lee’s absence. Holiday immediately becomes one of the better punt plays on tonight’s slates at a shallow shooting guard position, as he has shown the ability to produce when given the opportunity. He is expected to see plenty of minutes in what should be a tightly contested game with Sacramento. As for Joakim Noah, he will play and start tonight without a minutes restriction. This removes Kyle O’Quinn and Guillermo Hernangomez from fantasy relevance for the time being, especially in a difficult matchup with the Thunder frontcourt defense.

Moore will be inserted into the starting lineup at shooting guard for tonight’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, sending Tim Frazier to the bench. This could be a beneficial move for both players, as Moore has played much better with the first unit thus far, and Frazier will now have more opportunity to run the offense with the second unit. Both players are viable options on tonight’s slate, though Frazier still remains the preferred target. He will likely still close out games with the starting unit despite Moore’s starting status.

Aminu has been upgraded to probable for tomorrow night’s games against the Chicago Bulls after being sidelined for the Trail Blazers previous 13 games with a calf injury. If he is able to suit up, it remains unclear whether he would be immediately be reinserted into the starting lineup or would be brought off the bench in an effort to ease him back into action coming off the injury. This is certainly a situation to monitor going into Monday, as Aminu’s availability can drastically change the Portland rotation.

LeVert has been cleared to play in tomorrow night’s game against the Washington Wizards after rehabbing from off-season foot surgery. It still remains to be seen if Levert will actually see any playing time in his debut or even be active for that matter. His presence is worth noting, however, as he could begin to eat away at some of the backup point guard minutes while Jeremy Lin remains sidelined.

Curry will not play in tomorrow night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets with a sprained knee that has kept him sidelined for the Mavericks’ previous two games. In Curry’s absence, Jonathan Gibson will continue to split the backup guard minutes with Devin Harris. While Dirk Nowitzki and J.J. Barea remain sidelined with their respective physical ailments, Deron Williams and Harrison Barnes will continue to dominate usage in the starting unit, while Gibson and Justin Anderson lead the reserves in usage rate with Curry and Barea off the court this season.
