Parker will not play in tonight’s game against the Washington Wizards with a quad contusion that also kept him sidelined in the Spurs previous game. Nicolas Laprovittola will be inserted into the starting lineup at point guard once again, though Patty Mills still remains the preferred target of the Spurs backcourt options.

Mike Dunleavy (concussion) continues to be out tonight
Dunleavy will not play in tonight’s game against the Chicago Bulls after officially being placed in the concussion protocol. The duo of Iman Shumpert and Richard Jefferson will likely absorb any minutes that Dunleavy would have played in this contest. However, neither are particularly intriguing fantasy options this evening.

Redick will not play in tonight’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans after being ruled out for rest with the Clippers on the second leg of a back-to-back set. There has yet to be any confirmation on who will be inserted into the starting lineup at shooting guard for Doc Rivers’ squad, though Austin Rivers or Raymond Felton would make the most sense if wanting to keep Jamal Crawford primarily with the second unit. Regardless of starter, Rivers and Crawford would be our primary low-end targets for Los Angeles, while Blake Griffin and Chris Paul will see a bump in fantasy value with the extra shots available in the starting unit.

Millsap has been ruled out for tonight and is expected to miss at least another game with his hip ailment. That’ll lead to increased usage for Dennis Schroder and Dwight Howard, with Kent Bazemore possibly picking up a little extra run. Mike Muscala started on Wednesday with Millsap out, but the Hawks are still unsure of who they’ll start tonight. Muscala doesn’t match-up that well with Tobias Harris, so the Hawks could go with more of a stretch four option. Schroder is the top play on the Atlanta side from a $/point perspective, as he owns a 34.2% usage rate with Millsap off the floor (and Howard/Bazemore on) this season. Howard should see plenty of run with Andre Drummond coming to town.

As expected, Wade will play in tonight’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. However, he will not travel with the team to Dallas for Saturday’s contest against the Mavericks in the second leg of a back-to-back set. Jimmy Butler becomes a near lock in all formats when Wade sits and is shaping up to be one of the top plays on the board for Saturday’s slate.

Carroll will not play in tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers after being ruled out for rest as a part of a maintenance plan that the Raptors currently have in place for Carroll in back-to-back sets. Norman Powell will draw the start at small forward and is certainly a viable punt option in all formats at a relatively weak small forward position. DeMar DeRozan is actually the biggest beneficiary of this news, however, as he sees a 4.0% bump in usage rate (42.4%) when Carroll has been off the court this season, while producing at an elite fantasy point per minute rate (1.39 FanDuel, 1.44 DraftKings). Terrence Ross also needs to be on our radar with his solid 21.6% usage rate off the bench and could be in line for a significant boost in minutes this evening.

Lance Thomas will dress for tonight’s contest and is available to play, though it remains to be seen if he actually sees the court in his return. Mindaugas Kuzminskas has played extremely well when provided the opportunity and is certainly in consideration as a tournament punt for the stone minimum around the industry. Kyle O’Quinn will draw the start at center once again in Noah’s absence, but remains an extremely volatile option with New York playing small with Kristaps Porzingis at the five more and more consistently.

Meeks will be active and play in tonight’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers, but is expected to only see about 8-10 minutes in his season debut. Meeks is not a relevant fantasy option this evening and looks to remain that way for the foreseeable future. His return also has little-to-no impact on Orlando’s rotation, as he will likely just eat into C.J. Watson’s playing time at shooting guard.

Vince Carter and Zach Randolph will not play against the Lakers on Saturday. Troy Williams and JaMycal Green have been taking advantage of the missing players and have been able to be cash reliant. The Grizzlies are dressing under 10 active players, making Marc Gasol the elite option as the offense runs through him.

Nikola Jokic a game-time decision for Denver tonight
Jokic apparently injured his left wrist on Wednesday and is shaping up to be a game-time decision for their game tonight against the Rockets. If for some reason he can’t play, look for Jusuf Nurkic and Kenneth Faried to get the bulk of Jokic’s minutes. Houston has been average against bigs this season ranking 13th in PF DvP and 17th in C DvP.
