Paul George, C.J. Miles and Kevin Seraphin all ruled out for Wednesday
This was to be expected for Paul George who is still dealing with a sore ankle. With the Pacers still banged up, Glenn Robinson III will continue to be a great value play across the industry as he is still under priced given the recent spike in usage and production. The Blazers struggle defensively so you can also look towards Jeff Teague as well, as he should continue to see increased usage with Paul George sidelined.

Jrue Holiday starting alongside Tim Frazier; E'Twaun Moore to the bench
Jrue Holiday will join the starting lineup alongside Tim Frazier tonight. Holiday is a strong option against the Lakers and will likely be a strong mid-range option tonight. Holiday was struggling over his last four games and likely needed to start to get his consistency back. The Pelicans have one of the top implied team totals, making Holiday and Frazier strong options tonight. E’Twaun Moore will struggle to get minutes with Buddy Hield and Langston Galloway coming off the bench.

Mike Scott (knee) listed as questionable for Wednesday
Mike Scott has not played this season but is being listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Suns. He is not a DFS option and his return would hamper the viability of Mike Muscala. Still, Scott will likely not see more than 8 minutes on the court and should be avoided until we see how the rotation shakes out.

Dedmon will have the revenge narrative working in his favor, but that’s about all he’ll have from a DFS perspective. He’s missed the Spurs last six games and isn’t even a sure bet to suit up tonight (he’s ‘available’), but wouldn’t likely see more than 15 minutes or so even if he does find the floor. Dedmon’s workload does have an impact on the playing time of Pau Gasol, but that shouldn’t come into play much tonight.

It’s unclear if his minutes will be limited at all, but RHJ isn’t a DFS option regardless. This match-up does get a bit better for the Nets as a whole with Blake Griffin resting, as they may be able to keep this one competitive. Sean Kilpatrick is still a viable punt play at the SG spot, but he does carry more risk now that Hollis-Jefferson is active. The Lakers or Clippers SGs are stronger $/pt targets, but Kilpatrick is arguably just as strong of a tournament play. We should expect RHJ to see somewhere between 18-23 minutes tonight, which does also slightly eat into Bojan Bogdanovic’s viability. The Nets as a whole are a tough team to figure out from a DFS perspective; the options on the Clippers side (Paul, Jordan, Speights, Redick, Crawford) are where you’ll want to look.

Shumpert missed the Cavs meeting with the Sixers on Sunday, but will play off the bench this evening against Milwaukee. He’s likely to see around the 18 MPG that he’s averaged on the year, so he’s not a viable DFS option, and his presence does slightly eat into the playing time of guys like J.R. Smith and Richard Jefferson, both of whom are also best left untouched. If you are punting a SG spot, look to one of the two Clippers guards (Redick or Crawford) now that Blake Griffin is out. The Lakers guards are also viable punt plays at the guard spots. LeBron James, Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson are the only DFS-viable Cavs tonight. With Channing Frye out, Tristan Thompson’s playing time is a bit more solidified.

Randle will play in tonight’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans after being listed as questionable with a hip pointer that has kept him sidelined for the Lakers’ previous three games. Randle will reportedly be eased back into game action and is a tough sell as a viable option on the main slate. The matchup is great, but it’s difficult to imagine Randle being viable as anything but a tournament dart throw considering the re-injury risk and all the other options at power forward. With Randle active, Larry Nance Jr. becomes more of a secondary play for tournaments, while Thomas Robinson is removed from consideration entirely.

According to Pelicans coach Alvin Gentry, there is a possibility that Holiday could be inserted into the starting lineup for tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers. If Gentry decides to make the lineup change, it remains unclear whether Tim Frazier or E’Twaun Moore would be sent to the bench. We unfortunately won’t likely have the Pelicans’ confirmed starting lineup before lock, but this news definitely decreases the fantasy of Tim Frazier, while Holiday becomes a great speculative tournament play in a juicy matchup with the Lakers perimeter defense.

Griffin will be rested for tonight’s game against the Brooklyn Nets, as he’s dealing with a minor calf injury. There have been no reports of any other players being ruled out, so it appears that Griffin will be the only Clipper resting this evening. Chris Paul and Deandre Jordan should be the clear beneficiaries of added usage vacated by Griffin, though there is not a huge sample with Griffin off the court among the starting five. Marreese Speights will also likely see some extra minutes off the bench and is typically a solid fantasy point per minute producer, though he rarely is afforded more than 20 minutes on the floor regardless of his team’s injury situation.

Carter has been listed as questionable for tomorrow night’s game against the Toronto Raptors with what is being reported as a strained right hip flexor. The Grizzlies are already extremely shorthanded, as Mike Conley, Chandler Parsons, James Ennis, Brandon Wright, and Zach Randolph will all be sidelined for an extended period. This is a situation that will need to be monitored going into Wednesday, as the Grizzlies will be the primary source of value for tomorrow’s slate based on current news.

Gallinari has missed the past three games due to a thigh injury and Barton has missed 11 of his last 14 games due to an ankle injury. Since both players are listed as questionable there is a chance that they play. Gallinari will have the bigger fantasy impact due to the minutes that he was used to playing. If Gallinari plays, Wilson Chandler could see a reduced role and would be overpriced with the return of Gallinari. Barton’s return would hurt the fantasy value of Jamal Murray, making both players too risky to use on a full slate.

Hernangomez is being listed as probable for Wednesday’s game against the Heat. He will not be a viable option unless Will Barton and Danilo Gallinari miss the game. Both players were spotted in practice today so there is a chance that they are able to suit up for Wednesday’s contest. Hernangomez is too risky of an option on a 10-game slate and expect Wilson Chandler to start if Gallinari and Barton miss the game. Jamal Murray has also played well of late and would be a much better option than Hernangomez.

Dirk Nowitzki and J.J. Barea have already been ruled out and Harris is questionable with a toe sprain. However, Williams should be able to go but the Mavericks face the Spurs so it’ll be an easy fade on a big slate of games.

D.J. Augustin to start again at PG for Orlando
This will be the second straight game that Elfrid Payton will come off the bench in favor of Augustin who played 25 minutes as a starter last time out. Augustin is intriguing as a value PG despite a super tough match up against the Spurs. Payton will still see 25-30 minutes but his price tag makes him an easy fade tonight.
