Glenn Robinson III expected to start if Paul George is ruled out
George has been downgraded to questionable for tonight’s game against the Brooklyn Nets and will be a game-time decision. If George is unable to suit up, Glenn Robinson III is expected to draw the start at small forward once again in his place. With Rondae Hollis-Jefferson already ruled out for the Nets, this matchup is even better than normal for the Pacers, as Hollis-Jefferson is Brooklyn’s best defender. Robinson III will clearly be a great value option from a pure workload perspective if George is ultimately ruled out, with C.J. Miles also remaining sidelined. However, Rodney Stuckey could be the sneakier tournament option since he leads the Pacers with a hefty 31.8% usage rate, a 4.5% increase from his season average, with George and Miles off the court this season. He has yet to really convert on the extra minutes and usage but could be in for a big night if his shot finally begins to fall.

Cody Zeller will return to the starting lineup tonight after missing three games. There is a chance he could be limited physically but should see his full compliment of minutes. Roy Hibbert will return to the bench and should not even be considered for tonight’s slate. Hibbert has one good game all season and should not be looked at as a fantasy option unless multiple players are missing from the Hornets front court. Frank Kaminsky and Spencer Hawes will likely see more minutes than Hibbert and Kaminsky is the only viable tournament option. Kaminsky has averaged 29.86 DKFP over his last five games but loses some potential upside with Zeller back in the lineup. Still, he is cheap enough that is a viable option but carries more risk than he has lately.

Wall will have his minutes monitored for tonight’s game against the Orlando Magic with the Wizards on front end of a back-to-back set. Wizards coach Scott Brooks told reporters that he is not planning to limit Wall to the extent of just 24 minutes like he did previously, but he will not definitely not see his normal minute allotment this evening. There may be a few more minutes to go around for Tomas Satoransky, but on a 14-game slate, there is no reason to take a shot on him or Wall in this matchup.

Johnson has been suspended for tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers for a violation of team rules. Look for Darrun Hilliard to see additional minutes with Reggie Bullock already sidelined for an extended period of time, as he is really the only Pistons’ reserve that has seen any time at the wing positions this season. Beno Udrih actually leads the Pistons second unit with a 24.6% usage rate with Hilliard and Bullock off the court this season, while averaging just around a fantasy point per minute. He could be a viable punt option in tournaments and is likely to go entirely overlooked on this slate.

Noah will play in tonight’s game against the Charlotte Hornets after missing the Knicks’ previous two games with an illness. According to Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek, he is likely to be reinserted directly into the starting lineup, though he may have his minutes monitored in his return. Even though Kyle O’Quinn started the last two games at center, Guillermo Hernangomez is most likely to be the first big man off the bench for New York, as he seems to have overtaken O’Quinn in the rotation recently. Neither Hernangomez or O’Quinn have really taken advantage of their increased opportunity and can be easily avoided with Noah active.

Henderson, Stauskas, and Holmes will all play in tonight’s game against the Chicago Bulls after being listed as questionable on the Sixers’ injury report with various ailments. With Joel Embiid already confirmed to be resting for this contest, Holmes is the most intriguing fantasy option of the above trio, as he is averaging nearly 20 minutes per game in games Embiid has missed. For the stone minimum around the industry, Holmes could certainly be an interesting punt play in tournaments. However, Jahlil Okafor will draw the start at center and is the preferred cash game target in the Sixers’ frontcourt. According to our CourtIQ tool, Okafor leads the Sixers with a 26.3% usage rate when Embiid has been off the floor this season (outside of Jerryd Bayless’ 33.8% usage rate in only 31 minutes), and should the focal point of the Philadelphia offense this evening.

Tyson Chandler was able to rejoin the team in shootaround today but has not been listed as the official starter. Alex Len has been playing extremely in the absence of Tyson Chandler, averaging 31.95 DKFP over his last four starts. His salary continues to spike and he’ll be a risky cash option if Chandler is able to play tonight. If Chandler does not play tonight, his next opportunity will come against the Suns on Sunday. Hopefully, we should have another update from the team before lineups lock.

Korver will likely return to the starting lineup tonight, sending Thabo Sefolosha back to the bench. Sefolosha played the 2nd most minutes he has this season in that start and should be looked at as a viable option the next time Korver rests. He did not put up a monster performance (19 DKFP) but looks like he’ll have a solid floor the next time he starts. As long as he continues to come off the bench he’ll be a risky tournament option. He’s only exceeded value once this season off the bench. Kyle Korver is a boom-or-bust option that has scored under 10 fantasy points twice in his last five starts. On a day with 14 games to choose from and playing against the Jazz, Korver should be avoided.

Barton will miss Denver’s game with the Thunder tonight due to personal reasons. With Danilo Gallinari already ruled out, Jameer Nelson and Jamal Murray should see extended playing time and are excellent options on this massive NBA slate – especially Murray who has been red hot of late (three straight games of 30+ DK fpts).

Julius Randle and Nick Young both doubtful to play for Lakers tonight
In news that has serious DFS implications given that the Lakers are playing in the highest total (233) game of the night with the Golden State Warriors it appears that two of the Lakers key rotation pieces including starter Randle will not play tonight. Young being out is a big boost to Lou Williams and Jordan Clarkson who are both in play at the SG (and where eligible PG) position. Randle being out is a boost to the value of Larry Nance, Brandon Ingram, and Tarik Black – Nance should benefit the most but he’s been a disappointment when given opportunities recently.

He hasn’t played much of late and will likely be limited in his playing time but the veteran PG should be able to play tonight when Dallas takes on the Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s a hit to the value of Seth Curry and neither him or Williams are recommended DFS options tonight.

This will be the second straight game the Denver forward has missed due to a thigh injury. The Nuggets have also ruled out Juan Hernangomez, Mike Miller, and Gary Harris. Wilson Chandler benefits the most from Gallo being out and he’s been a reliable fantasy producer for the Nuggets, even coming off the bench. He’s worthy of DFS consideration in what should be a relatively high-scoring game with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Randolph’s mother passed away yesterday and the team is giving him time to deal with that loss. Randolph has been coming off the bench but it should mean a few more minutes for starter JaMychal Green and additional run for Jarell Martin.
