Jrue Holiday

Portland Trail Blazers
11/15/16, 2:44 PM ET

Jrue Holiday will make season debut on Friday

The Pelicans get a big boost to their lineup against Portland on Friday when Holiday returns to action. He’ll practice Thursday according to GM Dell Demps in anticipation of playing the next day. Head Coach Alvin Gentry did not know how many minutes Holiday would play so it’s probably best to take a wait and see approach before utilizing him in your DFS rosters.

Nuggets injury report for Wednesday game against Phoenix

Gary Harris will be out while Will Barton and Darrell Arthur are all listed as questionable by Denver for their Wednesday night game against the Suns. Wilson Chandler is probable. Check back tomorrow for updates on Barton and Arthur.

DeMarre Carroll

Houston Rockets
11/15/16, 1:20 PM ET

DeMarre Carroll unlikely to play tonight for Toronto

The Raptors forward was at shootaround in sweats and sandals this morning – definitely not a good sign that he’s going to play tonight when his team takes on the Cavaliers. Norman Powell will likely get the start again and is a viable value option on a small four game slate.

J.R. Smith

Los Angeles Lakers
11/15/16, 1:02 PM ET

J.R. Smith questionable for Cleveland tonight

The Cavaliers SG missed the teams last game with an ankle injury and is considered questionable today for their game against the Raptors. Iman Shumpert and Mike Dunleavy would both receive an uptick in minutes if Smith can’t play. Neither are viable DFS options going against a Raptors team that is 2nd in SG DvP.

Justin Hamilton

Brooklyn Nets
11/14/16, 10:35 PM ET

Justin Hamilton confirmed as the starter in place of Brook Lopez

Justin Hamilton was the projected start in place of Brook Lopez. He does not provide much outside of scoring but since he has a pretty cheap salary across the industry he should be able to exceed value. Luis Scola and Trevor Booker also should see a bump in value due to the absence of Lopez

Sean Kilpatrick

Chicago Bulls
11/14/16, 10:15 PM ET

Sean Kilpatrick starting at PG; Isaiah Whitehead 50-50 to play

Sean Kilpatrick will start tonight against the Clippers. Originally, Whitehead was expected to play but there is a chance that he does not. Kilpatrick is a risky option against Chris Paul, but with Whitehead not being certain to play, he should be used in the late slates. Kilpatrick is more of a scorer so there is a chance that he is still able to make value simply based on volume.

Wesley Johnson

Washington Wizards
11/14/16, 10:09 PM ET

Wesley Johnson (heel) ruled out

Wesley Johnson will not be playing tonight. Expect the Clippers to use a lot of three-guard lineups tonight. Austin Rivers gets the biggest boost with Johnson out of the lineup. Johnson was not an offensive threat so it’s only a minutes bump to the rest of the players playing backup SF.

Mike Conley

Boston Celtics
11/14/16, 10:05 PM ET

Mike Conley and Chandler Parsons to play tonight

Mike Conley and Chandler Parsons were listed as questionable for this game but will be in the starting lineup tonight. Mike Conley is likely under-owned due to the matchup with the Jazz. He is too risky for cash games but is a viable GPP option. Conley has shot poorly over his last couple games and will have a tough time in Utah tonight. Chandler Parsons is not a viable cash game option either and will likely be limited to 20-24 minutes.

Derrick Favors

Atlanta Hawks
11/14/16, 9:58 PM ET

Derrick Favors (knee) to play tonight

Derrick Favors will play tonight but is a risky option for cash. He makes sense as a GPP option in the later slates but could be limited. Gordon Hayward is the best option in Utah tonight. Hopefully, you have him on your all day slate and use him if you’re playing the later slates.

Derrick Williams

Los Angeles Lakers
11/14/16, 9:54 PM ET

Derrick Williams starting in place of Luke Babbitt tonight

Derrick Williams got the surprise start in place of Luke Babbitt. It had been announced earlier in the day that Babbitt would continue to start but was changed. It is unlikely that most people were able to get Williams in their lineups before lock but he could be used in the later slates. Williams is actually not a good option and his start is good news for LaMarcus Aldridge. If you are playing in the later slates, try to to get Aldridge in.

J.J. Barea

Dallas Mavericks
11/14/16, 9:49 PM ET

J.J. Barea, Wesley Matthews, and Andrew Bogut return to the starting lineup tonight

Barea, Matthews, and Bogut will return to the starting lineup tonight against the Knicks tonight. With Dirk Nowitzki ruled out, all three players should be considered elite options against for Monday. Bogut is the cheapest but faces a tough matchup in Joakim Noah, still he’s a viable punt option on a day where there are plenty of punt centers. Expect Barea to continue his hot play since Nowitzki has been out.

As reported by: Earl Snead Other tagged players: Wesley Matthews, Andrew Bogut

Buddy Hield

Atlanta Hawks
11/14/16, 9:33 PM ET

Buddy Hield to start tonight for the Pelicans

Buddy Hield will be making his first career start tonight. It was announced after lineups were locked, so hopefully you already had him in your lineups. If not, enjoy the volume shooting and not much else. E’Twaun Moore was ruled out due to his toe injury.

As reported by: @Pelicans

Dante Exum

Washington Wizards
11/14/16, 9:27 PM ET

Joe Ingles to start in place of Rodney Hood; Dante Exum continues to start for George Hill

Joe Ingles will make his first start of the season in place of Rodney Hood. Ingles likely did not make it on to many rosters tonight but and was not really an option with upside for this slate. Expect most of the usage to go towards Gordon Hayward tonight. Hayward is an elite option and is coming off four consecutive 40+ fantasy point nights. Rudy Gobert should also see a bump with Dante Exum manning the point guard spot once again. Derrick Favors is expected to but could be limited tonight.

As reported by: Tony Jones Other tagged players: Joe Ingles, George Hill, Rodney Hood, Rudy Gobert, Derrick Favors

Boris Diaw

Utah Jazz
11/14/16, 9:32 PM ET

Boris Diaw (leg) to be available tonight; Derrick Favors remains a game-time decision

Diaw will in tonight’s game against Memphis after missing the previous eight games with a leg contusion. Derrick Favors remains a game-time decision with a sore knee, while George Hill and Rodney Hood have already been ruled out. If Favors is unable to suit up, Trey Lyles becomes an elite option as a punt power forward, as Diaw will likely be limited in some capacity in his return. Although, no minutes restriction of any kind has actually been confirmed.

As reported by: David Locke Other tagged players: Derrick Favors

Rodney Hood

LA Clippers
11/14/16, 9:27 PM ET

Rodney Hood and George Hill ruled out for tonight

Hill and Hood have both been ruled out for tonight’s game against Memphis with a sprained right thumb and illness respectively. Dante Exum is expected to start in place of Hill once again, while Joe Ingles should take over for Hood in the starting unit. Though, without Hill and Hood on the floor, Gordon Hayward leads the team in usage rate and should handle a majority of the offensive responsibilities along with Derrick Favors.
