E'Twaun Moore

Orlando Magic

E'Twaun Moore out for Bulls tonight against Miami

Moore will miss tonight’s game against the Heat. While not significant in that Moore is not a viable DFS play, it will mean more minutes for Aaron Brooks who at $3,500 on both FanDuel and DraftKings is very much in play as a punt option at the PG position, especially going against the likes of Tyler Johnson and Beno Udrih.

Tony Allen participates in shootaround; game time decision for tonight

Memphis Head Coach Dave Joerger stated Allen would be a game time decision for the Grizzlies game against Orlando after taking part in the team shootaround this morning. Allen has missed the last two games but would be a decent value option if he is able to play, especially on FanDuel where his price is only $4,400. We’ll update you on Allen’s status when we learn more.

Jae Crowder

Sacramento Kings
1/24/16, 8:20 PM ET

Jae Crowder will start Sunday

Crowder missed practice yesterday with an illness, but he is good to go for tonight’s game against the 76ers. Fire up Crowder in all formats, he is just super consistent. He has a great matchup tonight against the 76ers, who rank last in the NBA at defending small forwards. With him playing this hurts the value of Evan Turner.

Amir Johnson

Philadelphia 76ers
1/24/16, 6:51 PM ET

Amir Johnson will start on Sunday

Johnson will return to the starting lineup after missing last game with personal reasons. Kelly Olynyk will head back to the bench. It’s hard to trust Johnson, Olynyk, and Jared Sullinger in cash games, because you never know about their minutes. All three make great GPP plays though against the interior of the 76ers.

Nik Stauskas

Indiana Pacers
1/24/16, 6:48 PM ET

Nik Stauskas will play Sunday

Stauskas will play Sunday after missing the last three games with an injury. Avoid Stauskas in your lineups, unless you are getting really crazy in a GPP. He is just too inconsistent from game-to-game. Him playing will give a slight bump down to Robert Covington. He is still a good play at SF on a short slate.

Dirk Nowitzki

Dallas Mavericks
1/24/16, 5:02 PM ET

Dirk Nowitzki will play and start Sunday

Nowitzki will play Sunday against the Rockets. You can fade Nowitzki for your DFS lineups today. He may rest some depending on how the game plays out. Clint Capela, Nerlens Noel, and Serge Ibaka are better plays around the same price range.

Salah Mejri

Dallas Mavericks
1/24/16, 3:59 PM ET

Salah Mejri will start for Zaza Pachulia

Mejri not JaVale McGee will start for the injured ZaZa Pachulia. Mejri is a GPP punt play only; it’s hard to trust how many minutes he is going to get. Although, he hasn’t played much lately, when he does he usually produces. Earlier this month he saw 25 minutes against OKC, and finished with 29 FD points. He is $3,700 on FD and minimum price on DK. You can safely fade McGee now. Last time Pachulia was out Dwight Powell saw 32 minutes.

Tim Duncan out Monday

Duncan will not play in the biggest game of the year because of soreness in the knee. . David West, Boris Diaw and Boban Marjanovic will all see more minutes will Duncan out. LaMarcus Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard should see more usage on offense.

Patrick Beverley

Milwaukee Bucks
1/24/16, 3:03 PM ET

Patrick Beverley will play and start Sunday

Beverley will start for the Rockets on Sunday after missing the last two games. You can ignore him for your fantasy lineups today. He was not playing that great before he got injured. With him returning this hurts the value of Jason Terry and Ty Lawson.

Dwight Howard

Los Angeles Lakers
1/24/16, 2:58 PM ET

Dwight Howard out Sunday

Howard will not play against the Mavericks, because of an ankle injury. The player that benefits the most from Howard being out is Clint Capela. Without Howard the last two games, he has averaged 26 minutes and 27 FD points per game. It would be nice if he saw a couple more minutes, but at his price especially on FD ($4,900) you take the points. Although he didn’t start last game, Terrence Jones played 32 minutes and finished with 32 FD points. He makes for a great GPP play with everyone on Capela.

Dirk Nowitzki

Dallas Mavericks
1/24/16, 2:09 PM ET

Dirk Nowitzki probable Sunday

Nowitzki has been upgraded to probable for today’s game against the Rockets. You can fade Nowitzki for your DFS lineups today. He may rest some depending on how the game plays out. They’re much better options cheaper than Nowitzki on this slate.

Zaza Pachulia

Detroit Pistons
1/24/16, 2:12 PM ET

Zaza Pachulia out Sunday

Pachulia will miss Sunday’s game against the Rockets with a leg injury. JaVale McGee will likely start for Pachulia. He is a GPP punt play only, it’s tough to say how many minutes he will get. Last time Pachulia missed a game, McGee only played 15 minutes. If you look at the game logs though, he does produce when he is on the court. He is just $3,800 on FD and $3,100 on DK. Dwight Powell should also see some more minutes. He is minimum price on FD,and $3,300 on DK. Last time Pachulia was out he saw 32 minutes.

Kevin Durant

Houston Rockets
1/24/16, 1:09 PM ET

Thunder at Nets pushed backed 4 hours

With the winter storm that hit the east coast this game will now be played at 7:30, not 3:30. This just allows crews to clean up the roads, for more fans can attend. As of right now no need to worry they intend on playing this game. If anything changes we will let you know.

Jordan Hill

Minnesota Timberwolves
1/23/16, 10:18 PM ET

Lavoy Allen and Jordan Hill starting in the frontcourt for the Pacers

Hill and Allen will both start on Saturday as the Pacers go with the bigger lineup against the Kings. Both are GPP punt play only. Last game Hill started but only saw 16 minutes. The real play in the Pacers frontcourt is Myles Turner. Last game, he finished with 31 points and 8 rebounds in 28 minutes. He is an excellent punt play at $4,200 on FD and $4,100 on DK. He is listed as a PF on FD.

George Hill

Indiana Pacers
1/23/16, 10:21 PM ET

George Hill will come off the bench Saturday

George Hill will play Saturday, but come off the bench after missing the last couple of games due to personal reasons. Hill is a GPP play only tonight. He will likely see close to his normal minutes, can’t see Glenn Robinson playing much in crunch time. With Hill back, this will probably cut into the minutes of Joseph Young.
