Andre Iguodala, Shaun Livingston may rest along with Draymond Green on Wednesday or Thursday
It’s still unclear which game Iggy and Livingston may end up sitting, but it’s looking very likely that they’ll be held out for at least one of the Warriors upcoming two games. Harrison Barnes and Brandon Rush would benefit from Iguodala sitting out, while Leandro Barbosa would be the back-up PG if Livingston were to sit.

Kobe Bryant, D'Angelo Russell still uncertain for Tuesday
Kobe Bryant and D’Angelo Russell will likely be game-time decisions on Tuesday. There isn’t much news to go on with these two, so we’ll have to update their status’ later on in the day. If either player sits, the value of Jordan Clarkson and Lou Williams immediately rises. Williams has been red hot of late and can be used regardless of whether or not Bryant or Russell suit up. Clarkson would be a really strong play if both players were to sit.

With Len and Price out on Tuesday, the Suns are expected to start Brandon Knight, Devin Booker, P.J. Tucker, Jon Leuer and Tyson Chandler against the Pacers. There is some value on the Suns side, but they’ll need to keep this game somewhat competitive in order for the starters to see big minutes. Knight and Booker appear locked into 33-35+ minutes regardless, but Tucker, Leuer and Chandler likely need the game to stay to realize their upside. Chandler still isn’t a good bet to exceed 30 minutes even with Len out, as Leuer and Mirza Teletovic may end up picking up some of Len’s playing time also. T.J. Warren also may see some extra run if the Suns play small.

Draymond Green may end up sitting out either Wednesday or Thursday. The Warriors play at Denver on Wednesday and return home to face the Lakers on Thursday (a prime-time game), so it appears more likely that Green sits in the high-altitude road game. We’ll update his status tomorrow as more news is available.. if he were to sit, the value of Harrison Barnes, Andre Iguodala and Marresse Speights would rise.

The future Hall of Famer will play tonight for the Timberwolves in their game against the Thunder. Garnett is a starter in name only and is not a viable DFS option as he has not topped 18 FanDuel fantasy points in nearly two months. He’ll very likely sit tomorrow and his absence will open up some value in the front-court, but Nikola Pekovic’s presence does bring down the floor/ceiling of Gorgui Dieng.

Avery Bradley will play tonight
Bradley is still battling a hip injury but will play tonight against the Knicks after playing nearly 38 minutes against the Grizzlies on Sunday. The Celtics are a tough team to target for DFS purposes as the likes of Bradley, Evan Turner, Marcus Smart, and Isaiah Thomas will all split minutes. The Knicks are also a slower-paced team that ranks in the top ten in terms of fantasy points allowed per game.

The Pistons forward went through the team walk through this morning but is considered questionable still due to his knee injury. If he can’t go, Stanley Johnson becomes an excellent value option for tonight’s slate despite it being an extremely tough match up against the Spurs. We’ll update you as we learn more of Morris’s status/availability.

Despite missing the Pacers team practice yesterday, Monta Ellis and Rodney Stuckey will both play today after taking part in the team shootaround this morning. They take on a Suns team that isn’t particularly good at anything right now which has led Vegas to giving the Pacers the second highest team total on the board. The Suns are bottom five in the league at PG, SG, and SF DvP meaning that both Ellis and Stuckey are viable DFS options tonight, although more as a secondary option than a must play one.

Hassan Whiteside has been ruled out with knee tendinitis tonight against the Warriors. Justise Winslow will get his first career start and makes for a decent DFS play tonight. Winslow has a chance to exceed value tonight in an uptempo game. If the Heat can keep it close Winslow has a chance to see 30 minutes. Even if they get blown out he might end up seeing extended minutes due to the Heat’s depleted bench.

Dwyane Wade and Tyler Johnson expected to play tonight
Dwyane Wade will be playing tonight against the Warriors but is a GPP only option tonight. Wade will have to have a great game to keep the Heat in the contest. Tyler Johnson is also expected to play even though he is struggling with a shoulder injury. If the Heat end up getting blown out Johnson could look at some garbage time run. Johnson’s return to the lineup means Gerald Green’s DFS value takes a hit, but he is still in consideration on such a small slate.

Barbosa will be active tonight and has a chance to play. Barbosa is a risky GPP play but the late info will make him extremely under-owned on DK. If Barbosa is able to get some extra minutes in a blowout, he has the chance to be a differentiating factor on such a small slate.

Gortat has been ruled out with a knee injury and his timetable to return has not been released. Gortat had to have his knee drained so he could miss multiple games. Nene will be starting in his place but is also limited due to his own triceps injury. Drew Gooden is the GPP play tonight and on such a short slate he will also likely be heavily owned.

Nene will be playing on Monday after missing a game with a triceps injury. Nene makes for a decent play but he will be on a minutes limit, capping his upside. Drew Gooden is an elite punt play tonight with Gortat still a GTD. If Gortat does not play, Gooden will likely see over 30 minutes. Kris Humphries will still be out with a knee injury.

The Spurs will start Tony Parker and Danny Green in the backcourt. Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Tim Duncan in the frontcourt. Look for the rest of the Spurs to also get plenty of run tonight against a Nets team looking to run their young players.

The Nets will be making a lineup change tonight for their contest against the Spurs. Donald Sloan will be starting for Shane Larkin and Wayne Ellington will be starting for Markell Brown. Sloan is a severely underpriced option and makes for a great GPP play tonight. Due to the short slate and the early release of the news, expect Sloan to be extremely chalky. Shane Larkin would become the sleeper play with a blowout expected. Wayne Ellington has some GPP appeal but with his scoring dependent style, makes it tough to recommend going all in on him tonight against the tough defense of the Spurs.
