Kostas Papanikolaou expected to start for Danilo Gallinari
The Nuggets will go with Kostas Papanikolaou to replace the injured Danilo Gallinari. Papanikolaou is likely starting to help keep the rest of the rotation intact. Papanikolaou is a solid contrarian punt option with his minimum salary and should be able to exceed value. Will Barton is still going to see a lot of minutes regardless and is still an elite option against the Lakers.

Terrence Ross confirmed starter Tuesday
The Raptors will insert Terrence Ross back into the starting lineup after James Johnson injured his ankle in warmups. Ross has played well recently when he starts and is a decent dart throw on a night like this. Ross should see around 30 minutes tonight and is a guard on DraftKings. Chandler Parsons is not the best defender so Ross does have a chance to shine.
Darrell Arthur expected to play Tuesday; Danilo Gallinari out
The Nuggets are short-handed tonight and will be putting Darrell Arthur back in action. Arthur plays well randomly when he starts but is not expected to start tonight. Kenneth Faried is the elite choice in the frontcourt for the Nuggets tonight and should be able to exceed value. Faried is a chalky play but on a short slate, there aren’t that many players with his upside tonight.
Tony Allen expected to play tonight
Tony Allen has been dealing with a sore knee but is expected to play tonight against the lowly Sixers. Using the Sixers as a get right game is perfect for Allen and he won’t be expected to play a ton of minutes. Allen’s return does hurt Courtney Lee’s fantasy value but could also affect Matt Barnes a little. Against the Sixers, it is tough to predict rotations due to the blowout always being a possibility.

Beno Udrih will be starting for the injured Goran Dragic tonight. Udrih is a minimum priced player across the industry and should see at least 20 minutes tonight. He will likely not be relied on to score as much with Reggie Jackson defending him. Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade see the biggest boost in value with Dragic out.
Goran Dragic ruled out Tuesday
Goran Dragic has injuries to his thumb and wrist, therefore he has been ruled out of tonight’s contest. Beno Udrih will likely start in his place and is a good minimum priced option. The Heat will rely heavily on Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh tonight against the Pistons with Gerald Green also getting a bump in value with Dragic’s absence. Reggie Jackson also sees a bump in value tonight due to a backup PG guarding him.

James Johnson will not play on Monday, which likely brings Terrence Ross into the starting lineup. Johnson looked like a nice punt play at SF until a few minutes ago, and if you had him in lineups, you can pivot to the likes of Chandler Parsons, Jeff Green and Luol Deng. Matt Barnes is also a great SF play on FanDuel, but you’ll likely have to make a few swaps in order to fit him in given that he’s priced $1K above Johnson.

Gary Harris potential GPP target, Will Barton elite target with Gallinari, Mudiay out
The Nuggets take on the Lakers tonight in Denver without two members of their starting five in Emmanuel Mudiay and Danilo Gallinari. Those two account for quite a bit of offense for the Nuggets and that void will need to be filled, and while a lot of people will be on Will Barton tonight, Gary Harris deserves some discussion as well. Barton is coming off his best game of the year so far where he put up 32 real life points and 58 fantasy points, and that was with Gallinari in the lineup. Now that Gallinari has been ruled out, Barton will likely take over even more of an offensive role and is an elite play against a Lakers team that really struggles to defend. Gary Harris is in the same boat, however while he does not put up quite the same offensive production he is also $2,600 cheaper. Harris will be under-owned because of Barton and will likely hit value tonight with his extended minutes making him a great GPP play. A Harris/Barton stack is very much in play tonight as both are great options and are expected to play big minutes against a weak Lakers offense with the highest point total of the night. There is a lot of value to be found in the Nuggets tonight and it is advised you start with these two guys.

Devin Harris not expected to play tonight
Devin Harris is doubtful to play tonight against the Raptors, but may have a shot at returning tomorrow night. With Harris out, Raymond Felton and J.J. Barea will continue to act as the primary guard options behind Deron Williams. Felton’s playing time may begin to dwindle somewhat with Chandler Parsons’ minutes limit upped to 30, but he’s still in line for around 30 minutes with Harris out.

Cory Joseph will be active and is expected to play on Tuesday but since he has been suffering from an illness his minutes may be limited. Delon Wright could see a couple minutes in the rotation, but he is not a DFS play at all. Cory Joseph’s should also not be considered tonight with so much value on the board, but Kyle Lowry is an elite option and could see over 32 minutes in a close contest with the Mavs.

Goran Dragic has a thumb injury and a wrist issue that he is dealing with. Both injuries leave him as a game-time decision for Tuesday’s game. Dragic wants to warm up before deciding if he is going to play or not. Beno Udrih would be in line to start for Dragic if he does miss the game. Udrih would make for a nice punt option against the Pistons, but Dragic’s absence would mostly bump up the DFS value Wade and Bosh. Look for an update soon as the Heat start their game in about 90 minutes.

Tony Allen practiced with the team on Monday and will be a game-time decision tonight. The Grizzlies take on the Sixers in the first game of the night so we should have confirmation if Allen will be available before lineups lock. Tony Allen’s return would hamper the DFS value of Courtney Lee and Matt Barnes. Courtney Lee would not be an option, but Barnes has been playing well lately, so it will be interesting to see how Allen and Barnes play together.

The Sixers will try to match the small-ball approach of the Grizzlies and bring Jerami Grant into the starting lineup. Nerlens Noel will come off the bench to match up with Zach Randolph. Grant is a boom-or-bust option tonight but has seen 24 or more minutes in 5 of his last 7 games. If the Sixers get blown out, Grant may end up picking up all his production in garbage time.

Tony Wroten will be starting tonight but is still limited to only 25 minutes. Wroten is a cheap GPP option tonight but is risky due to his minutes restriction. Wroten can be avoided tonight with better PG options on the board. Kendall Marshall will sit out tonight and play tomorrow night against the Bucks.

The Pelicans will be without Alexis Ajinca and Quincy Pondexter on Wednesday. This doesn’t have much DFS relevance, but it’ll leave Omer Asik as the starting center once again and also secures a few extra minutes for Ryan Anderson off the bench. Anthony Davis, Tyreke Evans and Jrue Holiday are all in play against the Blazers on Wednesday.
