Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala to guard Paul George tonight
Golden State Warriors interim Head Coach Luke Walton stated that Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala would rotate defensively on the Indiana Pacers star forward. Outside of one dud against Portland, George has been as consistent as they come. In his last 15 games, he has topped 40 DraftKings fpts 14 times with 8 of those going for 50+. Green and Iguodala will make the going tough for George, but in what is expected to be a close high-scoring game on a six game slate, he’s still very much in play.

Kevin Love and Mo Williams probable tonight
Kevin Love missed the morning shootaround with an illness but is expected to play tonight against the Portland Trailblazers. Mo Williams is considered probable after going through shootaround. Williams isn’t really in play, even on a small six game slate like tonight, as he’ll be sharing minutes with Matthew Dellavedova and is priced too high given his recent production levels (hasn’t topped 25 DraftKings fpts in his last 6 games and has been under 15 in 3 of those). Love, on the other hand, has a much more favorable match up as the Trail Blazers are 22nd in DvP against PF’s. However, his illness is definitely a situation worth monitoring closely and we’ll update you throughout the day as we hear more.

The Pelicans will finally have the same starting lineup for continuous games. Tyreke Evans and Eric Gordon will start in the backcourt with Alonzo Gee, Anthony Davis, and Omer Asik in the frontcourt. This should be an uptempo game and Evans has a chance to breakout if he is guarded by Isiah Thomas. Anthony Davis remains an elite choice and should be able to have his way inside.

Jon Leuer and Alex Len starting again Monday
The Suns will go with the same frontcourt and start Jon Leuer and Alex Len against the Bulls. Marcus Morris was a healthy DNP-CD and is a risky option tonight and should be avoided with a heavy slate of games. Leuer and Len make for strong value plays but are in a tough position against the Chicago big men. Leuer still can put up a strong fantasy game against guys bigger than him, as he did last night against Memphis.

The Mavs made a last minute switch to their lineup and will start Raymond Felton again and bring Chandler Parsons off the bench. Raymond Felton is a decent play against the Knicks who struggle to guard PGs. Parsons is still on a minutes restriction, therefore he has a very low DFS value. The Mavs likely did not want him to start by guarding Carmelo Anthony thus had him come off the bench.
Terrence Ross starting Monday against the Lakers
Terrence Ross will be starting for the injured DeMarre Carroll tonight. Ross makes for a risky under-owned player due to his news coming out so close to the time lineups locked. Ross is not a player to roster if you are easily tilted, but he has the potential to help take down a tournament with his ceiling against the lowly Lakers. He has not done much since coming back from his injury, but this matchup could be the one he needs to get going.

Matt Bonner will be starting at C for the Spurs against the Sixers. Bonner is a minimum priced player that does not offer much outside of his 3-point shooting. He is only an option if you need a minimum priced center to fit into your lineup. Kyle Anderson is the better play tonight with his minimum priced salary on DK.

The Wizards have listed John Wall and Ryan Hollins in the starting lineup. Hollins has no real DFS value, but Wall playing does take Ramon Sessions out of play as a value option. Wall himself isn’t a strong target against one of the better defenses in the league, and none of the other Wizards are terribly appealing against the Heat either.
Tyson Chandler officially out Monday
With Chandler out, Alex Len will presumably draw another start at center, making him a nice upside value target against the Bulls, who have struggled with opposing centers this season. Len may see an uptick in his usual playing time as a starter with Pau Gasol and Joakim Noah on the Bulls side. Len has seen his playing time drop against teams that don’t have a true option down low, but the Suns will need him to body up Pau Gasol, as neither Jon Leuer, Mirza Teletovic or Markieff Morris will be able to contain him in the post.

Bradley will suit and is expected to start against the Pelicans on Monday. His presence decreases the potential value of a guy like Evan Turner, who likely would have seen a nice uptick in playing time/usage with Bradley out. Isaiah Thomas is the only true elite target on the Celtics tonight, with Jared Sullinger and Jae Crowder acting as nice secondary targets. Bradley is an option as a deep GPP target, but he’s not a strong option in general.

Get Jamal Crawford out of your cash game lineups as soon as possible. Austin Rivers is also no longer an option, although he wasn’t a strong play even with Paul and Redick expected to sit. Blake Griffin’s floor and ceiling also cave in a bit with Paul active, but Griffin is still an elite play against the Timberwolves defensively challenged front-court. CP3 is in play as a contrarian option, but he’s not a strong target outside of that.

Powell is likely to take the court on Monday against the Knicks. With Dirk and Zaza both healthy, he’s not expected to see upwards of 25 minutes in a game that should stay close, so he’s not a realistic DFS option tonight. With Devin Harris and JJ Barea out, the Dallas guards (Deron Williams, Raymond Felton) are the best targets on the Mavs, with Wesley Matthews also in play as a tournament option coming off of his best game of the season.

This effectively kills any value Jeremy Lin may have had. Kemba should be expected to play his normal allotment of minutes, but this isn’t a great spot for him against a Detroit team that has been surprisingly tough on opposing PGs. Nicolas Batum is an elite target on FanDuel, but it’s very risky to target any of the Hornets front-court members against Andre Drummond and company. Cody Zeller will get eaten alive if Drummond is able to stay out of foul trouble.

Even with Bayless and Vasquez out and Ennis banged up, MCW will still come off the bench on Monday night with Mayo and Middleton starting in the backcourt. With no true point guard in the starting lineup, Giannis Antetokounmpo should see more of the ball-handling duties and becomes a very solid target in any format. O.J. Mayo is also an elite value target with Greg Monroe also in a good spot against a Portland front-court that has struggled with big men over the course of the season.

With Carroll out, Terrence Ross (or potentially James Johnson) will move into the starting lineup. This is a situation best targeted on late-swap sites, as we may not have an official starter listed until after 7PM ET. Ross would be a viable punt play in GPPs if he’s named the starter. Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan are both elite targets against a Lakers team that cannot defend anyone.
