Alexis Ajinca to start
The Pelicans have just nine healthy bodies, So Ajinca could see a little more playing time than usual. He played just 9 minutes on Friday night. He is only a GPP play, and you always have to worry about foul trouble with him. Expect to see a lot of Anthony Davis at center tonight.
As reported by: John ReidChandler Parsons to only play 1st half tonight
The Mavs are just a DFS mess with Parsons, Williams, and Matthews and so on. Tonight Parsons will only play the 1st half; he has yet to top 14 minutes in a game this season. With Parsons starting, Raymond Felton will come off the bench.
As reported by: Dwain PriceMichael Carter-Williams out Saturday
MCW will miss another game Saturday. Last night in his absence Tyler Ennis got the start, but he can be ignored for your DFS lineups, as he only played 17 minutes. Greivis Vasquez played 31 minutes and Jerryd Bayless got 28 minutes. Both are GPP plays only. Everyone was on Bayless after he scored 26 points against Brooklyn, but he hasn’t done much since.
As reported by: Pratik PatelTiago Splitter out Saturday
Splitter will rest Saturday night, as the Hawks are playing back-to-back games. Look for Mike Scott and Mike Muscala to pick up the minutes. Neither are DFS relevant.
As reported by: Jorge CastilloKorver starting on Saturday
Korver will start tonight and play on back-to-back nights. Korver is coming off his best game of the season last night, in which he scored 22 points, brought down 7 boards, dished out 5 assists, and had 3 steals. He might be worth a look in a GPP at only $4,300 on DK, but who knows how many minutes he will play on the back-to-back. This hurts the value of Dennis Schroder.
As reported by: PeachtreeHoopsDarren Collison out Saturday
Collison will not play on Saturday, because of a hamstring injury. Collinson has actually been playing pretty well. It was also announced that Seth Curry is also doubtful for tonight’s game. So with little depth at guard, look for Rajon Rondo to get a ton of minutes tonight.
As reported by: James HamNikola Vucevic out Saturday, Dedmon to Start
Vucevic is out for Saturday’s game. Without Vucevic, Dewayne Dedmon will once again will start. Dedmon started last night and played 30 minutes, and scored 10 points and had 3 blocks. He makes a nice play on FD at only $3,800, but be careful using him in your cash games as he has fouled out of the last two games he has played.
As reported by: Tom MooreNikola Vucevic Questionable
Vucevic is questionable for Saturday’s game due to bone bruise; he missed last night’s game. Without Vuvevic, Dewayne Dedmon started and played pretty well. Against Toronto, Dedmon played 30 minutes, and scored 10 points and had 3 blocks. He makes a nice play on FD at only $3,800, but be careful using him in your cash games as he has fouled out of the last two games he has played.
As reported by: Tom MooreKevin Martin out Saturday
Martin will not play on Saturday due to a personal issue. With Martin out, look for Shabazz Muhammad and Zach LaVine to get some extra minutes. Both are GPPs, as they are really inconsistent. Muhammad is coming off his best game of the season, in which he scored 14 points, and brought down 6 boards, in 23 minutes against Miami.
As reported by: Minnesota TimberwolvesAndrew Bogut out Saturday
Andrew Bogut is out again on Saturday due to concussion symptoms. Festus Ezeli will start and remains a great play. He still is only $3,800 on FD. Ezeli had 30 FD points last night in just 18 minutes of play. That is the only concern with Ezeli is the minutes, especially in this game against the Kings. With no Cousins, how much will he be on the court.
As reported by: Diamond LeungDoug McDermott to start again
McDermott will start again for the Bulls on Saturday. McDermott is only $3,800 on FD, but is still only a GPP play. He just doesn’t fill up the stat sheet. Last game he started, he had just one rebound in 23 minutes of play.
As reported by: Nick FriedellChris Paul waiting to be cleared to play
Paul is unsure if he will be cleared to play by the training staff, but if he is, he will play tonight. We probably won’t find out for sure until close to game time. Paul should only be considered on DK with late swap. If you’re paying up for point guard it just makes sense to pay for Curry or Wall. If he can’t go, it would give a bump up in minutes to JJ Reddick, Lance Stephenson, Austin Rivers, and Jamal Crawford. All of these players would be GPP plays.
As reported by: Ben BolchOmer Asik out Saturday
Asik will miss another game because of his calf injury. Last night Anthony Davis started at center, look for that to happen again. Alexis Ajinca can be ignored, as he only played 9 minutes last night. This news gives up a bump to both Luke Babbitt and Ryan Anderson. Both played 30 minutes last night and are GPP plays. Babbitt is basically min. price on both sites.
As reported by: Daniel SallersonJrue Holiday out Saturday
Holiday will get a rest as the Pelicans are playing a back-to-back. Last night against the Hawks, Ish Smith scored eight points and dished out 11 assists in 34 minutes. Smith deserves consideration for your cash games. He is only $4,500 on FD, and $4,400 on DK. Smith should get plenty of minutes, because the Pelicans have no depth at PG, with Norris Cole still out, they only really have Toney Douglas as a backup.
As reported by: John ReidKyle Korver probable Saturday
As of now it looks like Korver will play Saturday, he had been sitting out the second half of back-to-backs. Still monitor it closer to game time. Korver is coming off his best game of the season last night, in which he scored 22 points, brought down 7 boards, dished out 5 assists, and had 3 steals. He might be worth a look in a GPP at only $4,300 on DK, but who knows how many minutes he will play on the back-to-back. If he plays this hurts the value of Dennis Schroder.
