Chris Paul doubtful for Monday
Chris Paul is officially listed as doubtful for Monday’s game with Memphis. Assuming he’s unable to go, Austin Rivers will likely draw another start, with Jamal Crawford and J.J. Redick also picking up some of the ballhandling slack. Blake Griffin becomes an elite play any time CP3 is out of the lineup, and that is no different tomorrow even in a tough match-up with a slow paced Grizzlies team.

James Johnson to start for DeMarre Carroll
James Johnson, who has been a DNP-CD in each of the last three games, will get the start for the injured DeMarre Carroll on Sunday. Johnson is certainly an intriguing minimum price option, but his floor is still very low as we don’t know what his playing time will look like. Assuming he’s able to see the court for more than 22-25 minutes, he should return value at minimum salary. Johnson is much better option for tournaments compared to cash games. Terrence Ross will see some extra run as well.

Collison will not play tomorrow and his timetable for a return is still up in the air. Rajon Rondo will eat up as much of the time at PG as he can handle, as we saw last night when he played 44 minutes and proceeded to post a triple-double. Rondo is a nice mid-range option tomorrow night in any format. Marco Belinelli, James Anderson and Ben McLemore will help fill the void left by Collison.

Green is not at the arena and it’s still unknown when he’ll be able to return to action. Justice Winslow will continue to see a healthy amount of run off the Heat bench.

DeMarre Carroll will not play on Sunday. Terrence Ross is likely to get the start and becomes a nice value play at or near minimum price across the industry. He hasn’t done much over the Raptors last few games, but his playing time to spike into the 25-30 minute range which gives him a nice ceiling considering his price. Patrick Patterson and Anthony Bennett may also see a slight uptick in playing time with Carroll on the shelf.

J.R. Smith will not play on Sunday, which sets up Richard Jefferson to draw the start at SG. He’s not a recommended punt play on DraftKings where you are only forced to roster one SF. Jared Cunningham and Matthew Dellavedova will also help fill the void left by Smith.

Lauvergne wasn’t able to make it through practice today and is officially listed as questionable for tomorrow night. In the even that he’s unable to play, J.J. Hickson will draw another start and becomes a potential GPP punt play at PF. Nikola Jokic will also see some extra run off the bench.

LeBron missed practice yesterday after injuring his leg on Friday, but it’s nothing that’s going to keep him out of tonight’s game. J.R. Smith is officially listed as a game-time decision with knee and quad issues. If he’s unable to go, look for Matthew Dellavedova and Jared Cunningham to fill the void.

C.J. Miles will not play on Sunday against Cleveland. The Pacers are already without Rodney Stuckey, so this leaves them very weak at the wing spots. This will likely lead to Indiana using Paul George at SF and giving Jordan Hill and Lavoy Allen more run at PF, so Hill is likely the biggest beneficiary from a DFS standpoint. Chase Budinger and Glenn Robinson III will also help out at the SG/SF spots.

Both Jae Crowder and Marcus Smart are expected to play on Tuesday. Isaiah Thomas has enjoyed a nice ride as the starting PG, but Brad Stevens has said that he’ll go back to bench duties when Smart returns. Thomas is still in line to see somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 minutes, but he’s not playable in cash games as the sixth man. Crowder is dealing with a knee issue and while he didn’t practice today, it’ll be a surprise if he doesn’t play on Tuesday.

Bogut (concussion) is expected to return to the Warriors lineup on Monday night against the Pistons. While he likely won’t see more than 23-25 minutes, Bogut’s presence takes Festus Ezeli out of contention as a value play on tomorrow’s seven game slate. Stephen Curry is the one Warrior playable in any format tomorrow night, with Draymond Green, Harrison Barnes and Klay Thompson squarely in play for tournaments.

After missing last night’s game due to a personal matter, Kevin Martin is back with the T’Wolves and is fully expected to play on Monday. Nemanja Bjelica played 40 minutes against the Bulls and posted a very full stat-line, but his minutes will decline a bit with Martin back in the lineup. Martin himself is nothing more than a GPP play tomorrow night against Atlanta.

Chris Paul will not play tonight with an injured groin. With Paul out, Austin Rivers will start. Rivers is min price on DK, but only a GPP play. Rivers does not do much but score the basketball. In his last three games he only has one assist and steal. This also gives a slight bump up to JJ Redick, Lance Stephenson, and Jamal Crawford. Of this group the biggest bump will go to Crawford, who will see more minutes and ball handling duties. Blake Griffin should also get a little more usage.
Quincy Acy to start at PF
Acy will start for the Kings at power forward on Saturday night. Acy has played just 4 minutes total on the season, so it’s tough to say how many minutes he will get, can’t see a lot. He is min. price on DK, and only a GPP option. Marco Belinelli will come off the bench.

Jabari Parker to start
Parker will start on Saturday night and play in the back-to-back. Many didn’t expect Parker to play on Saturday, because of him coming back from his knee injury. He still is not an option for your DFS lineups yet. Parker has yet to top 20 minutes yet. With John Henson coming back you can ignore the Bucks frontcourt, but for Greg Monroe.
