Dawson Knox active Sunday
Dawson Knox is active Sunday and will be the top TE option for the Bills against the Seahawks.
As reported by: Joe BuscagliaMark Ingram inactive Sunday; Dez Bryant and Devin Duvernay both active
As expected, Mark Ingram is inactive Sunday, setting up J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards to handle the RB work. Dobbins was the more effective of the two backs last week, but the workload is still expected to be shared. Dez Bryant and Devin Duvernay are both active, and the WR situation in Baltimore will be tough to predict this week. Bryant is obviously a big name, but it is unlikely the Ravens work him too hard in his first game since 2017.

Calvin Ridley is out Sunday for the Falcons, meaning Julio Jones should see a massive target share. Russell Gage, Christian Blake and Olamide Zaccheaus all could receive a boost in targets as well.

Tim Patrick is active Sunday after missing Week 8. His role has grown throughout the season, with two consecutive games over 100 yards prior to getting hurt Week 7.

Phillip Lindsay is active Sunday, and should get a fair amount of work along with RB Melvin Gordon.
As reported by: Ian RapoportKeenan Allen reportedly will play Sunday
Earlier Sunday we got confirmation that Allen was eligible to play despite having a non-COVID illness, and now Adam Schefter has reported that Allen will in fact play. Having his top weapon active is obviously a big boost for QB Justin Herbert.

Baker Mayfield has been placed on the COVID-19 reserve list, although he has not actually tested positive. He was deemed to have had close contact with a staff member that did test positive, which is why he was placed on the reserve list. Because he hasn’t tested positive, he could return soon, potentially practicing on Wednesday. With Cleveland on a bye week, Mayfield could avoid missing any time, a lucky break for the Browns.
As reported by: Scott PetrakKeenan Allen's second COVID test comes back negative, making him eligible to play Sunday
Keenan Allen needed two negative COVID tests within 24 hours, and he got his second on Sunday morning. He is eligible to play despite a sore throat that landed him on the injury report as questionable. Given that we don’t know the severity of the sore throat, or any other symptoms he may have, there is still some risk around him related to this illness.

Passing one more COVID test was the final hurdle for Matthew Stafford to play Sunday, and his results came back negative. He will start for the Lions, providing a big boost for all their offensive players.

Ezekiel Elliott reportedly has a good chance of playing Sunday and will test the injury pregame. The fact that the Cowboys are an afternoon game does complicate things, as we almost certainly won’t know his status when the morning games start. The Cowboys promoted FB Sewo Olonilua on Saturday as a depth option if Elliott is out, although Olonilua would still be clearly behind Tony Pollard and Rico Dowdle for snaps.
As reported by: Ian Rapoport Other tagged players: Tony Pollard, Rico Dowdle, Sewo OloniluaRapoport: Michael Thomas, Josh Jacobs, Phillip Lindsay, and Tim Patrick all expected to play Sunday
Ian Rapoport made his usual news update in the middle of the night, confirming that the above four players are expected to play this week. It is still worth confirming each player’s status when their teams release inactives, but the risk any of them are out seems low.

Schefter’s report makes it sound like Ridley is closer to doubtful. Assuming he can’t go, we should see an even bigger target share for Julio Jones with Russell Gage and Hayden Hurst likely to act as the top ancillary options in the passing game. Christian Blake and Olamide Zaccheaus should both see increased snaps with Ridley on the shelf, although both are nothing more than long-shot game stack options. We’ll confirm Ridley’s status once we get something more concrete.
As reported by: Adam SchefterDez Bryant elevated from practice squad, expected to play tomorrow.
Dez Bryant has been elevated from the practice squad, meaning he is likely to make his Ravens debut Sunday. This would be Bryant’s first game since 2017, and the hype around his return could outpace his production. His exact role remains to be seen, and the Ravens’ offense can make it difficult for a WR to consistently produce.
As reported by: Ian Rapoport Other tagged players: Miles Boykin, Devin Duvernay, James ProcheN'Keal Harry, J.J. Taylor ruled out for Monday; Nick Folk (back) added to injury report, listed as questionable
As expected, N’Keal Harry and J.J. Taylor are both out Monday. This is the second straight game missed by Harry, which is particularly concerning given that he is dealing with a concussion. Nick Folk was a new addition to the injury report on Saturday, and is officially questionable. The Patriots have a rookie kicker on their practice squad, Justin Rohrwasser, and he would be the likely replacement if Folk is out.
As reported by: Meredith Gorman Other tagged players: J.J. Taylor, Nick Folk, Justin RohrwasserKeenan Allen (illness) added to injury report, now listed as questionable for Sunday
Keenan Allen was added to the injury report on Saturday with an undisclosed illness. Allen typically receives a massive target share, so his absence would create value in the other Chargers pass catchers, while hurting QB Justin Herbert. This situation needs to be monitored very closely, and the COVID protocols might increase the chance of Allen having to sit, even if he has a non-COVID illness.
