49ers TE George Kittle is Inactive, TE Garrett Celek is Active
Kittle will miss another game today. Ross Dwelley, who received seven targets last week, makes for a solid, cheap tournament option against the Arizona Cardinals Sunday, who allow the most fantasy points to tight ends in 2019.

ESPN’s Dianna Russini Tweeted: “I just watched Marquise “hollywood” Brown run through a warmup with his trainer and he didn’t look as comfortable as I expected. He is active but I’m curious if he’s 100% today.”
Brown’s ownership in tournaments has decreased since this Tweet went out. It is notable that Brown has been playing hurt all year, but cautious fantasy owners should reconsider their amount of exposure to Brown.

As expected, DeValve will not play today, leaving the tight end duties to Josh Oliver.

Moore will miss today’s game, opening up extra targets for Marquise Brown, Mark Andrews, and Willie Snead.

Harrison will be on the field to try to stuff Ezekiel Elliot and the Cowboys.
As reported by: Field YatesPanthers CB Donte Jackson is Active
Jackson’s presence will bolster the Panthers pass defense.
As reported by: Field YatesJets RB Le'Veon Bell is Officially Active
As expected, Bell will suit up today vs. the Redskins. He is not a recommended cash game option on any site this week because his workhorse role is in question. He played only 74% of the snaps last weekend after playing over 90% in the Jets’ first six games. Although the Redskins give up the eighth most FPs to RBs and are 19th in rush DVOA, Bell is nothing more than a secondary tournament option in a game between two of the NFL’s worst teams.

Wilkins’ absence will lead to a few more carries for Marlon Mack and Nyheim Hines.
As reported by: James PalmerTexans LT Laremy Tunsil (Shoulder) and S Tashaun Gipson (Back/Wrist) Will Play Today, CB Vernon Hargreaves is Inactive
The Texans offensive line will get Tunsil back from injury, which is a significant upgrade for Deshaun Watson’s blindside. The Ravens rank 29th in sack rate, which bodes well for Watson to have time in the pocket today in Baltimore.
As reported by: Sarah BarshopBills WR Duke Williams is Inactive
Williams is a healthy scratch for a second consecutive game. Isaiah McKenzie and Robert Foster will compete for targets behind John Brown.

As expected, Brown will play through injury as he has frequently in 2019. The Texans, who rank 20th in pass DVOA and allow the second most FPs to WRs, are very banged up in the secondary. They will be getting DB Lonnie Johnson back, but are extremely beatable. The Texans even signed Vernon Hargreaves, a former first-round pick who was just cut by Bruce Arians and the Bucs. Even if Hargreaves plays, don’t expect the Texans to be able to slow down Brown and TE Mark Andrews.
As reported by: Jonas ShafferCowboys WR Devin Smith is Inactive Today
Smith being out has little DFS impact and should open up more opportunity for Randall Cobb.
