Seahawks Place TE Will Dissly on Injured Reserve, Add DT Jarran Reed to Active Roster
As expected, Dissly’s season is officially over. Reed will make his season debut returning from a suspension and look to give Seattle’s pass rush a boost, which currently ranks near the bottom of the league in pressure rate.

As expected, Roby won’t be on the field against T.Y. Hilton and the Colts on Sunday.

This is disappointing for the Chargers, who expected to get their bookend offensive tackle back from a long injury. His return will have to wait, and the Chargers will have a tougher time getting Melvin Gordon rushing efficiently vs. the Titans.

The Redskins added Reynolds to have three healthy backs for Sunday. Despite Chris Thompson not playing tomorrow, Adrian Peterson is a very thin play against an outstanding 49ers defense and not a recommended DFS option.

Star cornerback Patrick Peterson will finally make his season debut in New York tomorrow. The Cardinals’ defense has been atrocious in 2019, but Peterson will provide a significant boost in pass coverage. Peterson historically does not shadow in the slot, meaning Darius Slayton and Cody Latimer will likely see a lot more of Peterson than Golden Tate, who has run about 80% of his snaps out of the slot. It will be interesting to see if Peterson funnels more targets to Tate and stud tight end Evan Engram.

Arnold may see the field Sunday vs. the Bears, but Josh Hill is expected to garner the majority of the work at the tight end position for the Saints with Jared Cook sidelined. Hill is nothing more than a salary-saving tournament dart throw against the elite Bears defense.
As reported by: Mike Triplett Other tagged players: Josh Hill, Jared Cook, Taysom Hill, Brian ParkerPatriots WR Josh Gordon and TEs Ryan Izzo and Matt LaCosse are Out for Monday Night’s Game Against the Jets
The Patriots are going to be extremely shorthanded on offense in New York on Monday Night Football without Gordon and their top two tight ends. Look for the Patriots to call up someone like Ben Watson to play tight end. Julian Edelman, Phillip Dorsett, and Rex Burkhead are also questionable but expected to suit up.
Edelman becomes an elite cash game option on full slates, while Phillip Dorsett is viable as well. Versatile pass catching backs Burkhead and James White could see a lot more playing time since the Patriots are unlikely to play very much 12 personnel. Jakobi Meyers, in addition to the aforementioned skill players, are all viable tournament options for Showdown contests and should see increased opportunities due to these injuries.

With Julian Edelman and Phillip Dorsett also questionable as of Saturday afternoon, this Packers-esque wide receiver situation will be very important to monitor for Showdown contests. The Jets are in the middle of the pack in defensive DVOA, but notably rank 30th in sack rate. Vegas expects Tom Brady to have time in the pocket and pick this Jets defense apart for over 26 points at home.
As reported by: Mike Reiss Other tagged players: Julian Edelman, Jakobi Meyers, James White, Rex Burkhead, Tom Brady, Matt LaCosse, Ryan Izzo, Phillip DorsettPackers WR Geronimo Allison (Concussion/Chest) Upgraded to Questionable for Sunday
Allison’s upgrade to questionable status is quite surprising, considering the hit we all saw him take on prime time at home against the Lions. He and MVS’ injuries need to be monitored closely, but luckily we will get that news before kickoff. With Davante Adams (toe) ruled out, there is a nearly 30% of Aaron Rodgers pass attempts that need to go somewhere, and these targets should be valuable as Vegas expects the Pack to score 26 points at home vs. the Raiders. The matchup sets up nicely, too: the Raiders allow the fifth most FPs to receivers and rank 26th in DVOA against the pass.
If Allison or MVS are inactive, Allen Lazard and Jake Kumerow will be become popular punt WR options at near min-price on all DFS sites. Darrius Shepherd wouldn’t likely be as popular as Lazard and Kumerow, but he would be viable as well in tournaments nonetheless.

With Joseph likely to play, the Texans secondary will be a little less shorthanded against the Colts, as fellow CB Bradley Roby (hamstring) is going to be sidelined about another month. The Texans rank 14th in defensive pass DVOA, but allow the sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers.
Colts WR T.Y. Hilton is known to excel in dome environments and has amazing game logs in his career against the Texans. Joseph’s presence doesn’t really shift the outlook for the speedy veteran. At $5.9k on DraftKings, Hilton is going to be a very popular cash game play. He will also be one of the highest-owned receivers in tournaments across all sites, and for good reason.
QB Jacoby Brisset is also a viable tournament option to stack with Hilton, but is best reserved for smaller-field GPPs because Brisset doesn’t have a huge ceiling. The ancillary pass catchers for the Colts are not recommended DFS plays this weekend, even with WR Parris Campbell out. No Colts receiver outside of T.Y. Hilton is projected more than a 10% target share on Sunday.

As reported by: Adam SchefterMarquise Brown (Ankle) Does Not Practice, Questionable Sunday
Brown was not able to practice all week after missing the Ravens’ last game, yet is still designated as questionable. He is probably closer to doubtful than questionable, but his status will need to be monitored prior to kickoff.
As reported by: Liz MathewsRashaad Penny (Hamstring) Will Play Sunday
Penny does not have an injury designation and will play for the Seahawks Sunday. He missed Week 6, and his return to the lineup could take a few touches away from Chris Carson.

Both Barkley and Engram will be healthy and playing for the Giants Sunday in a great matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Jets don’t play until Monday night, giving Thomas an additional day to get healthy. Sam Darnold returning last week gave this offense some life and boosted the potential for Thomas.
