The Titans will get Pro Bowl left tackle Taylor Lewan back from suspension for Week 5. He was out the first four weeks due to a substance-abuse policy violation.

Green had previously been ruled out for Week 4, and now he is not expected to play at least through Week 6. The Bengals have started 0-3 without Green, but the run game has been a larger issue. They’re averaging over 300 yards passing per game but fewer than 42 yards rushing, worst in the league.

He burned Coach Pete Carroll as well, and Carson could very well be in his doghouse due to fumbling issues. However, if he serves as a workhorse, he could easily pay off his price tag – he just needs to hold onto the ball.
