As reported by: Daniel OyefusiLions CB Darius Slay and WR Danny Amendola Inactive
Slay will miss today’s contest, which upgrades the Chiefs passing game even more. The Lions pass catchers should see extra targets go around with Amendola out.
As reported by: Detroit Free Press Other tagged players: Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit LionsRedskins Receiver Terry McLaurin (Hamstring) Out Against Giants
The rookie receiver has been ruled out vs. the Giants, meaning Paul Richardson, Vernon Davis, Trey Quinn, and Chris Thompson could see more targets. Robert Davis will step into a much larger role as well since he will likely take McLaurin’s place on the outside.

As expected, one of the NFL’s top DTs against the run will not be on the field today. Dalvin Cook’s tough matchup just got a little easier.
As reported by: Dan GrazianoBucs WR Chris Godwin (Hip) Expected to Play Today
Godwin, who was listed as questionable with a hip injury, will suit up after getting practices in on Thursday and Friday. The third-year wideout compiled 11 receptions for 174 yards and two touchdowns in Tampa Bay’s first two games, only to follow up his strong start with three catches for 40 yards in a cake matchup vs. the Giants in Week 3. Frustrated fantasy players who rostered Godwin watched his teammate, Mike Evans, go bananas and break the slate. Because of Evans’ size advantage and that he and Godwin aren’t too far apart in price, Evans is the preferred GPP option for this weekend against a talented Rams defense.
As reported by: Adam Schefter Other tagged players: O.J. Howard, Mike Evans, Jameis WinstonBills RB Devin Singletary (Hamstring) not Expected to Play Vs. Patriots
Singletary is likely to miss his second straight game due to a hamstring injury. In the rookie’s absence last week, the ageless Frank Gore was efficient on his 14 carries, turning them into 76 yards and a score. Gore and T.J. Yeldon are less attractive today vs. the Patriots, however, who rank first in rush DVOA in 2019. With the Bills projected to score just 17.75 points, these RBs are not viable DFS options this week as seven-point dogs vs. an elite defense.

The star CB’s status for today’s game might not be decided until right before kickoff. With the Lions secondary already banged up, this is set up to be a monster game for QB Patrick Mahomes in his first ever NFL start in a dome.

Although Edelman will play today, he may not see his usual workload. If this is the case, he makes for a fine fade against a stingy Bills pass defense. Look for Phillip Dorsett, Josh Gordon, and James White to have increased opportunities should Edelman have his snaps limited.
