Rashaad Penny (Hamstring) Limited in Practice Thursday
Penny returned to the practice field Thursday for a limited session. He had to sit out Wednesday, so this is a positive sign for his ability to return this week. If he returns, he will take some touches away from Chris Carson
As reported by: Darren UrbanDeSean Jackson Inactive; Alshon Jeffery, Corey Clement Both Active
Jackson will miss his second consecutive game with an abdominal strain. Alshon Jeffery is returning, which should push JJ Arcega-Whiteside out of the WR rotation this week unless he’s needed to spell Jeffery on occasion. Corey Clement is a non-factor on offense with Sanders, Howard and Sproles healthy.
As reported by: Jeff McLane Other tagged players: Alshon Jeffery, Corey Clement, JJ Arcega-WhitesideJake Kumerow, Dexter Williams Inactive Thursday Night
The Packers will have their full their set of offensive skill position players available on Thursday night against the Eagles. Both Kumerow and Dexter Williams were inactive last week as well.
As reported by: Jason Wahlers Other tagged players: Dexter WilliamsMike Williams (Back) Misses 2nd Consecutive Practice
Williams missed practice again, putting his status up in the air for this week. He won’t need much practice to play, so if he is even limited Friday, chances are he can play. Travis Benjamin would become a better dart-throw GPP play if Williams were to sit, while Keenan Allen’s massive target share would be further solidified.
As reported by: Los Angeles ChargersCordarrelle Patterson (Tricep) Upgraded to Full Practice Participant
Patterson was upgraded from limited to a full participant in practice Thursday, clearing the way for him to play Week 4.
As reported by: Chicago Bears PRLeSean McCoy (Ankle) Full Participant in Practice Thursday
McCoy looks ready to go this week after practicing fully on Thursday. He worked his normal workload last week, and should get about 10-12 or so touches with upside for more this week as the likely lead back with Damien Williams still banged up. Darrel Williams got some traction last week as it was announced he was working with the starters in warmups, but it was indeed McCoy who drew the start and ended up with the better fantasy output. Williams still figures to play a decent-sized role in the backfield with Darwin Thompson also lurking.

Shepard was placed on IR to clear space for Jon Hilliman. With Golden Tate returning next week, the Giants no longer needed Shepard. Hilliard will be the backup for Wayne Gallman this week.

Higbee practiced fully Thursday and is expected to be able to play this week, according to coach Sean McVay.
As reported by: Gary KleinDelanie Walker (Knee) Misses 2nd Consecutive Practice
Walker hasn’t practiced for two straight days, but it can be hard to tell with veterans if these days off are completely due to injury, or partially due to rest as well. We will need more information before knowing if he will play this week.
As reported by: Jim WyattTerry McLaurin (Hamstring) Limited Thursday
McLaurin wasn’t on the report Wednesday, so it is concerning to see this hamstring injury pop up. The fact he could at least get a limited practice in is a positive sign.
As reported by: John KeimCase Keenum Full Practice Participant, Expected to Start
Keenum was able to return to practice fully on Thursday, a good sign that he will be playing this week for the Redskins. Dwayne Haskins did take some reps and would be the starting QB if Keenum can’t go.
As reported by: John Keim Other tagged players: Dwayne HaskinsDevin Singletary (Hamstring) Limited in Practice Thursday
Not much information was given about just how limited Singletary was, so it will be important to watch the reports about Friday’s practice. His limited designation is an improvement from Wednesday, when he had to sit out, so he is trending in the right direction.
As reported by: Joe BuscagliaDanny Amendola (Chest) Misses 2nd Straight Practice Thursday
Amendola missed his second consecutive practice of the week. However, there is still a chance he can play this week. Watch his status, but he should be considered questionable at this point.
As reported by: Dave BirkettMark Andrews (Foot) Misses 2nd Straight Practice
Andrews has been dealing with this foot injury most of the season, but this is the first time he has missed two consecutive practices. While he still has a good chance to play this week, it will be important to watch if he is able to practice at all tomorrow.
As reported by: Jeff ZrebiecT.Y. Hilton (Quad) Does Not Practice For 2nd Straight Day
Hilton did not practice on Thursday, the second consecutive day he has missed. He is capable of playing even if he misses practice all week, so he should still be considered questionable.
