Tevin Coleman not at practice on Tuesday ( Concussion)
Coleman should be considered questionable for Monday nights matchup vs the Buccaneers. If he is not able to suit up then Devonta Freeman would look to get a significant boost in action. In the seven games that Coleman has missed, Freeman averages 23 DraftKings Points on an average of 18 rushes per game. The matchup for the Falcons should be great this week, as the Buccaneers are ranked 31st in DVOA.
Donte Moncrief ruled out Thursday Night
Moncrief’s ankle will force him to miss this week, but he should return in Week 16. Chester Rogers and Kamar Aiken will continue to work alongside T.Y. Hilton in the team’s 3-WR sets for the Colts’ Thursday night matchup against the Broncos. The passing matchup for the healthy Colts wide out’s should be considered less than desirable. The no-fly zone defense got it back on track a bit last week against the Jets and has the ability to shut down teams when they perform at a high level.
Chris Hogan, Dion Lewis both active for MNF
This has been expected all day, but we finally have official confirmation. Hogan may see a slight dip in his seasonal snap rate, but he’s still expected to be an integral part of the Patriots passing attack with Rob Gronkowski on the shelf. With Gronk and Martellus Bennett both inactive, it’s unlikely that the TE spot absorbs more than a handful of targets at best, so the receivers and backs should eat up the vast majority of the receiving production.

Chris Hogan on track to play but could see fewer than normal snaps
News broke earlier today that the Patriots will have Chris Hogan back in action tonight, but he will most likely not play his normal number of snaps. After missing six weeks of football it’s not hard to see why the team could look to take a cautious approach to working Hogan back into the mix. An early season touchdown machine, Hogan could pay off his value on this short slate with just a few catches. The presence of Hogan should diminish the overall value we have seen in Cooks as a true number one wide receiver. With Rob Gronkowski out this evening, Hogan’s red-zone prowess will be needed and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him become a bit more involved towards the goal-line.
Marcus Mariota expected to play through injury
The Titans franchise quarterback could be limited in practice this week, but Head coach Mike Mularkey expects him to suit up and play against the 49’s on Sunday. The Titans struggling offense will look to get back on track vs the fast-paced 19th DVOA ranked defense this week. Hindered by injury in last week’s game Mariota posted his second consecutive game of less than 200 passing yards. The Titans offense which has not scored more than 24 points in a game since week 6 will look to get back on track in a friendly matchup vs the 49’s.
Alvin Kamara hopeful for week 15
The early news out of New Orleans this week has Alvin Kamara trending towards playing this week. The hands-on favorite for rookie of the year missed three-quarters of last week’s game with a concussion, and even though there is lack of news regarding his status in the protocol, the team has hopes that he will suit up on Sunday. The only thing to really stop this talented rookie has been last week’s injury, and if healthy Kamara will get to face a Jets defense that has allowed almost 30 points a game over the last 4 weeks.
Josh McCown to miss the rest of the season
The injury news has not been good for starting QB’s this Monday, and Jet’s coach Todd Bowles confirmed today that the team will be without Josh McCown for the remainder of the season. McCown’s broken hand will require surgery thus moving Bryce Petty into the starters role moving forward. Petty started 4 games last season and will have pretty big shoes to fill in the place of McCown. With three games of 300 yards or more this season, McCown was in the middle of the best season of his career. The Jets offense under McCown had the ability to push the ball downfield when needed, and it remains a big question mark if Petty will have the same kind of connection with up and coming wideout Robby Anderson.

Prior to last week’s battle in the snow with the Bills deemed the mobility of Tyrod Taylor as a major concern thus opting to start rookie Nathan Peterman instead. Unfortunately for Peterman and the Bills, injury ( concussion) forced him from the game and the team was forced to finish with third-string QB Joe Webb. Peterman should be considered questionable for Week 15. but if healthy it looks like Tyrod Taylor will start. If neither player is ready to go then the Bills will have to rely on Joe Webb for another week. Webb has played some wide receiver in his career and should provide some mobility in the pocket if he happens to start this weekend.

Hogan practiced all week for the Patriots and looks ready to go in a Monday night showdown vs the 28th DVOA ranked Dolphins pass defense. Prior to his injury Hogan had scored five touchdowns in the first five games of the season. The emergence of Hogan should diminish the target looks for Brandin Cooks. Despite missing the six weeks due to injury, Hogan’s 11 red zone targets is still the top among the wide receiver crew in New England.
Jeremy Maclin (back) active Sunday, as expected
Maclin will officially suit up for tonight’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after previously being expected to play due to a back injury. Unfortunately, Maclin has been relatively invisible in the Baltimore Raven’s offense of late and has eclipsed 60 receiving yards just once this entire season. If willing to take on the risk, Maclin will likely be extremely low-owned on the primetime slates across the industry, keeping him in play as a secondary option on a minuscule two-game slate.

Eagles TE Zach Ertz (concussion) inactive Sunday
Ertz will be inactive and won’t suit up for today’s game against the Los Angeles Rams after previously being listed as questionable on the Philadelphia Eagles’ injury report with a concussion, though he was considered doubtful since he had yet to receive full clearance from the concussion protocol. This opens up Trey Burton as a potential value play at tight end, but in the previous game Ertz missed, he was out-snapped by Brent Celek 54-47 and matched him the target department with four. This does add some uncertainty to his role in a subpar matchup with a Rams squad that ranks 4th in pass defense DVOA versus tight ends. That said, in last weeks game against the Seattle Seahawks he did see seven targets after Ertz exited the game with his aforementioned concussion.

Forte will suit up for today’s game against the Denver Broncos after previously being listed as questionable on the New York Jets’ injury report with a knee injury. He’s seen double-digit carries in each of his last three games, but Bilal Powell and Elijah McGuire are also heavily involved in the Jets’ backfield, essentially relegating the situation to a full-blown timeshare. Forte’s price is suppressed around the industry but his floor and ceiling significantly suffer when both Powell and McGuire are healthy and active. Not only that, but the running back trio draws a difficult matchup with a Broncos squad that ranks 2nd in rush defense DVOA on the season.

Williams will suit up for today’s game against the Washington Redskins after previously being listed as questionable on the Los Angeles Chargers’ injury report with a knee injury. His presence will siphon away some snaps from Travis Benjamin and Tyrell Williams, but Keenan Allen will remain locked into his typical slot role and figures to still demand a massive target share in this Chargers offense. Even with his overwhelmingly impressive stretch the last three weeks, Allen will face his toughest test in nearly a month and draws a matchup against the Redskins’ 12th-ranked defense that has Josh Norman, Bashaud Breeland, and Kyle Fuller patrolling the secondary. That said, it’s still a matchup Allen should be able to exploit and figures to mostly avoid Norman running a majority of his routes from the slot.

Shepard will suit up for today’s game against the Dallas Cowboys after previously being expected to play with a hamstring that forced him to originally be listed as questionable on the New York Giants; injury report, while Travis Rudolph and Tavarres King are inactive, leading the Giants to list someone by the name of Darius Powe as one of their starting wide receivers. There was an earlier report from NFL.com that Shepard was unlikely to play, but ESPN’s Jordan Raanan clarified the latest sentiment out the New York Giants’ camp is that Shepard is fully expected to play and has been running at full speed in practice all week with no pain or tightness in his injured hamstring. The Cowboys are going to be without their slot cornerback Orlando Scandrick, and have struggled with slot receivers all season even when Scandrick has been healthy, meaning that his absence is nothing but good news for Shepard, who will have the benefit of facing off with the Cowboys’ 26th-ranked defense in overall DVOA. Not only that but in the two games started by Eli Manning when Shepard was active, and following the decimation of the Giants receiving corps, he’s averaged 11 targets per game, putting him firmly in play for all formats at a depressed price tag across the industry.

Stafford will suit up and start under center for the Detroit Lions for today’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after previously being listed as questionable on the injury report with a hand injury. Pregame reports on Stafford’s effectiveness are nothing but positive, as he was seen completing several deep passes 40-50 yards down the field to Marvin Jones Jr., Kenny Golladay, and T.J. Jones, alleviating most of the concerns of his ability to grip the football with his injured throwing hand. Considering Stafford draws a juicy matchup with a Buccanneers squad that ranks 31st in pass defense DVOA, he sets up as an intriguing tournament option at likely decreased ownership.
