Victor Oladipo

Memphis Grizzlies
11/17/15, 2:01 PM ET

Victor Oladipo practices, status still uncertain for Wednesday

The star guard for the Magic practiced today (non-contact work) but must still be cleared by neurologists as part of the leagues concussion protocol. If he is able to be cleared he could suit up for Wednesday’s game.

Kenneth Faried

Houston Rockets
11/17/15, 1:43 PM ET

Kenneth Faried will play tonight

Early news on Kenneth Faried as he will play tonight. Darrell Arthur, however, is questionable. There were those hoping Faried would sit tonight to give Anthony Davis a juicy match up against Hickson and/or Gallinari but now Davis will have a bit tougher of a time, although not so tough that it would merit a complete fade of the Pelicans star. There are better plays than Faried in tonight’s slate at his price range.

Jeremy Lamb

Sacramento Kings
11/17/15, 12:59 PM ET

Jeremy Lamb questionable for tonight

Lamb is listed by the Hornets as questionable tonight. It’s definitely a situation worth monitoring as Lamb would make an excellent value play if he is able to get on the court.

Bradley Beal

LA Clippers
11/17/15, 1:04 PM ET

Bradley Beal misses shootaround, remains doubtful for tonight

Bradley Beal missed shootaround and remains doubtful for tonight’s game. Otto Porter would be one of the better value plays of the night if Beal sits again. Garrett Temple should see his role expand and is also in play with his minimum priced salary.

P.J. Hairston

Houston Rockets
11/17/15, 12:18 PM ET

P.J. Hairston out tonight, Hornets starting lineup announced

P.J. Hairston and his injured quad will not play tonight. The Hornets announced their starting lineup will be Kemba Walker, Nic Batum, Marvin Williams, Cody Zeller, and Al Jefferson. Williams and Zeller don’t have high ceilings but are consistent in their production when they get playing time. Jefferson, Walker, and to a lesser extent Batum are the preferred tournament plays as they have plus match ups against their Knicks counterparts.

Chris Kaman

Portland Trail Blazers
11/16/15, 9:36 PM ET

Chris Kaman starting at C, Plumlee at PF

The Trail Blazers have listed Chris Kaman as the starter tonight against the Spurs. Noah Vonleh started the last game will go back to the bench, losing all DFS value. Plumlee will also have a tough matchup against LaMarcus Aldridge. This game is projected to be a blowout, so a handful of players can see minutes in this game. Kaman is not a worthy late-swap option.

Markieff Morris

Los Angeles Lakers
11/16/15, 9:17 PM ET

Markieff Morris out Monday; Jon Leuer starting

Markieff Morris was questionable the entire day, but he did try to go through warmups. He is officially listed as out and Jon Leuer will start in his place. Leuer is a great play at $3,400, but he will be chalky since Morris was expected to be out. The Lakers are playing on the second night of a back-to-back and can be exploited in the paint. Leuer only played 19 minutes in Saturday’s blowout against the Nuggets, which is concerning because this game has Vegas calling for a blowout as well.

Jeff Green

Houston Rockets
11/16/15, 9:00 PM ET

Jeff Green starting Monday vs OKC

Jeff Green will be in the starting lineup with Tony Allen on the wings. Jeff Green is an elite option at $3,500 on DraftKings and will be facing his old team. Look for Green to have a really strong game with the Thunder on the second night of a back-to-back. The Grizzlies played really well with Green in the starting lineup in their last game, so expect the Grizzlies to keep grinding at home.

Trevor Ariza

Los Angeles Lakers
11/16/15, 9:08 PM ET

Trevor Ariza starting Monday

Trevor Ariza was questionable due to groin issue, but it looks like he will be giving it a go. The Rockets have been struggling but will get their entire starting lineup together for the first time since early in the season against the Warriors. Ariza could be somewhat limited in a tough matchup against Jae Crowder. The Celtics also play an uptempo game so expect a ton of fantasy gold available in this one for the other Rockets players.

Dwight Howard

Los Angeles Lakers
11/16/15, 9:13 PM ET

Dwight Howard starting Monday with Terrence Jones

Dwight Howard and Terrence Jones have a favorable matchup tonight against the Celtics. With the Celtics starting Jared Sullinger and Amir Johnson in the frontcourt, the Rockets will have a substantial size advantage. Both players are excellent DFS plays and will be out to turn around the 4-6 start by the Rockets.

Roy Hibbert

Denver Nuggets
11/16/15, 8:50 PM ET

Roy Hibbert playing Monday after broken nose Sunday

Roy Hibbert will be playing on Monday with a mask on his face. The Lakers will need Hibbert to play strong against Tyson Chandler if they want to have any chance against the Suns. The Lakers are coming off their second victory of the season and Hibbert played well in that victory. Hibbert had 12 points and 7 rebounds in 28 minutes of action.

Chase Budinger

Brooklyn Nets
11/16/15, 8:44 PM ET

Chase Budinger starting Monday

The Pacers are going with a small lineup against the Bulls with Chase Budinger starting. Budinger will stretch the court for the Pacers but it will be interesting to see how long the lineup is able to last. It will be interesting to see who matches up with Pau Gasol on the defensive end. Budinger is not a great DFS option, but he will be an under-owned guy and would make for an interesting punt play at $3,000 on DraftKings.

Metta World Peace

Los Angeles Lakers
11/16/15, 8:37 PM ET

Metta World Peace starting Monday

Metta World Peace will be starting in place of Kobe Bryant on Monday against the Suns. He is not a viable DFS option and D’Angelo Russell with Jordan Clarkson will get a ton of opportunities tonight. Look for Lou Williams and Nick Young to also get a ton of shots. Larry Nance Jr. even played well the last time Kobe Bryant missed a game. The Lakers will likely get blown out, so expect the bench to get some run.

As reported by: Mike Bresnahan on Twitter

Markieff Morris

Los Angeles Lakers
11/16/15, 8:29 PM ET

Markieff Morris to test it out Monday

Markieff Morris will test out his injured knee before deciding his availability against the Lakers tonight. This would greatly diminish any value Jon Leuer had, and send him back to the bench. The Suns have not confirmed anything and we will likely get an update near game time.

Kawhi Leonard

LA Clippers
11/16/15, 8:02 PM ET

Kawhi Leonard and Manu Ginobili playing Monday

Coach Popovich has noted that both Kawhi Leonard and Manu Ginobili will be playing tonight against the Trail Blazers. Kawhi Leonard is an elite choice today, especially after missing Saturday’s game with a respiratory infection and not an injury. Ginobili also gets a DFS bump in value with some fresh legs off the bench. Mo Harkless is a lousy defender for the Blazers off the bench and Ginobili had 25.25 FPs on DK just the other night against Portland. With a blowout expected, nothing is for sure with Pop, but both players can get at least 5x.
