CLE WR Donovan Peoples-Jones “has an uphill battle to play” Sunday
As reported by: Ian RapoportBAL RB Latavius Murray expected to play Sunday
Latavius Murray is expected to play Sunday against the Chicago Bears. Latavius Murray seems to be trending towards playing and should reenter the running back committee for the Ravens alongside Devonta Freeman and Ty’Son Williams. The Ravens backfield could be busier than usual if Lamar Jackson is forced to miss Sunday due to an illness. This would make all backs slightly better plays though it is still best to avoid them in DFS contests if possible due to the running back by committee approach implemented by Coach Harbaugh.
As reported by: Ian RapoportARI QB Kyler Murray will likely end up resting Sunday, Colt McCoy more likely to start
Kyler Murray will likely end up resting Sunday and Colt McCoy is more likely to start against the Seattle Seahawks. It seems as though the Cardinals are electing to be extremely cautious with Murray and will give him an extra couple of weeks to rest his ankle through their bye next week. All signs point to Colt McCoy (listed questionable) being able to start which means all pass-catchers will see their expected production decrease slightly. It will be important to check inactives once more 90 minutes before kickoff to ensure that the Cardinals plans have not changed.
As reported by: Ian Rapoport Other tagged players: Colt McCoyNOS WR Kevin White waived Saturday
Kevin White has been waived Saturday ahead of the Saints’ game against the Philadelphia Eagles. This was likely done as a corresponding move to create space for the slew of players (the only skill player being Tony Jones) that were added to the Saints active roster. White was expected to serve as receiver depth so his absence should not be DFS relevant.
As reported by: Amie JustLVR FB Sutton Smith promoted to active roster ahead of Sunday
Sutton Smith has been promoted to the active roster ahead of Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Smith is a fullback and is not expected to be DFS relevant.
As reported by: Tashan ReedTEN TE Tommy Hudson activated to 53-man roster off IR ahead of Sunday; RB Dontrell Hilliard elevated from practice squad
Tommy Hudson has been activated to the 53-man roster off IR ahead of Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans. Hudson is expected to serve as tight end depth and should be the third tighe end behind Anthony Firkser and MyCole Pruitt. Dontrell Hilliard was also elevated from the practice squad and should serve as the third running back for the Titans behind D’Onta Foreman and Adrian Peterson. Neither Hilliard or Hudson project to be DFS relevant but they will play a bigger role than most depth pieces.
As reported by: Jim Wyatt Other tagged players: Dontrell HilliardBAL WR Marquise Brown downgraded to out for Sunday
Marquise Brown has been downgraded to out for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. With Brown now out Sunday, Rashod Bateman will be the Ravens top receiver with Sammy Watkins and Devin Duvernay also likely to see increased snaps and targets. Bateman would need to be considered in most formats based on increased volume and expected production. It is worth noting however that Lamar Jackson is currently listed as questionable and his status will directly affect the Baltimore receiving corps. If Jackson were to be ruled out the receivers would all take a hit in expected production. It will be important to check on Jackson’s status when inactives are released 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
As reported by: Baltimore RavensDET WR Tom Kennedy signed to active roster ahead of Sunday; K Aldrick Rosas elevated from practice squad
Tom Kennedy has been signed to the active roster ahead of Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns. Kennedy is expected to serve as receiver depth and is not considered DFS relevant at this point. Aldrick Rosas has been elevated from the practice squad and will likely serve as the Lions’ kicker on Sunday.
As reported by: Detroit Lions Other tagged players: Aldrick RosasBAL QB Trace McSorley elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Trace McSorley has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. This was done as a precautionary move with Lamar Jackson being added to the injury report earlier in the day. Tyler Huntley would get the start if Jackson were to be ruled out and McSorley would be his backup. It will be important to check back tomorrow when inactives are released 90 minutes prior to kickoff to check on Jackson’s status.
As reported by: Jonas ShafferCHI WR Isaiah Coulter elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Isaiah Coulter has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. Coulter is expected to serve as receiver depth and is not DFS relevant at this time.

As reported by: Michael DiRoccoGBP WR Juwann Winfree elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Juwann Winfree has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Winfree is expected to serve as receiver depth for the Packers who are a little thin at the position, but should not be considered in DFS contests.
As reported by: Rob DemovskyPHI RB Miles Sanders will be activated to 53-man roster from IR ahead of Sunday
Miles Sanders will be activated to 53-man roster from the IR ahead of Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. Sanders is expected to start according to HC Nick Sirianni and should lead the Philadelphia backfield. It is likely that all three other backs play a role Sunday as well with Jordan Howard playing the biggest backup role. There are still a lot of questions surrounding exactly how the Eagles backfield will split snaps so it is probably best to avoid all members if possible at this point.
As reported by: Adam SchefterKCC RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire will be activated to 53-man roster from IR ahead of Sunday; Daurice Fountain elevated from practice squad
Clyde Edwards-Helaire will be activated to 53-man roster from IR ahead of Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys. CEH is expected to play a major role in the backfield but Darrel Williams has also carved out a significant role in his absence. CEH will likely handle much of the early down work with Williams handling most of the passing downs. Derrick Gore and Jerrick McKinnon also figure to have minor roles backing up CEH and Williams. It will probably be best to stay away from the Chiefs backfield until the dust settles and a clear rotation emerges.
