Justin Jackson

Detroit Lions
11/14/21, 3:23 PM ET

LAC RB Justin Jackson listed inactive for Sunday

As expected, Justin Jackson has been listed inactive for Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Jackson was slated to serve as the backup to Austin Ekeler though he will not be available to suit up. Larry Rountree and Josh Kelley will split backup duties though neither is expected to be very DFS relevant. The Chargers running back to target remains Austin Ekeler as he is one of the top receiving backs in the league and draws a good matchup against the Vikings defense.

Kyler Murray

Arizona Cardinals

ARI QB Kyler Murray, WR DeAndre Hopkins, and WR Andy Isabella listed inactive for Sunday

Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins, and Andy Isabella are inactive Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Colt McCoy will draw the start which will mean all pass-catchers will have lower expected production. It looks like it will be similar to last week against San Francisco where the Arizona offense should run through James Conner with Colt McCoy attempting to do enough to help his team win. With Hopkins out, Christian Kirk, A.J. Green, and Rondale Moore should see most of the target share with Moore also working out of the backfield on certain occasions. All three should see increased value though their production could be limited with McCoy at the helm. Andy Isabella was expected to provide receiver depth his absence is not DFS relevant.

Anthony McFarland

Miami Dolphins
11/14/21, 12:27 PM ET

PIT RB Anthony McFarland listed inactive Sunday

Anthony McFarland has been listed inactive for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions. McFarland was a healthy scratch as the Steelers have elected to have Benny Snell and Kalen Ballage backup workhorse back Najee Harris. Harris has dominated the snap share and touches in the Pittsburgh backfield so it is unlikely McFarland would have played much of a role anyway. Harris should see a healthy workload in this game and can be considered in all formats.

11/14/21, 12:20 PM ET

IND RB Marlon Mack and WR Mike Strachan listed inactive Sunday

Marlon Mack and Mike Strachan have been listed inactive for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Marlon Mack continues to be a healthy scratch as the Colts elect to go with Jonathan Taylor as the main back and Nyheim Hines as the change of pace back. Mike Strachan was expected to serve as wide receiver depth and his absence should not be DFS relevant.

Jacob Hollister

11/14/21, 12:14 PM ET

JAC TE Jacob Hollister, WR Tyron Johnson, and RB Devine Ozigbo listed inactive for Sunday

Jacob Hollister, Tyron Johnson, and Devine Ozigbo have all been listed inactive for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. Hollister would have been the fourth tight end behind Dan Arnold, Luke Farrell, and Chris Manhertz so he was not needed, and his absence is not important to DFS players. The same can be said for both Johnson and Ozigbo who would have provided depth at the receiver and running back positions respectively.

Josh Reynolds

New York Jets
11/14/21, 12:11 PM ET

DET WR Josh Reynolds listed inactive Sunday

Josh Reynolds has been listed inactive for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Reynolds was just claimed off waivers by the Lions and is most likely not ready to play with his new team quite yet. Reynolds was not expected to play a very big role and his absence is not DFS relevant.

Jonnu Smith

Pittsburgh Steelers
11/14/21, 12:09 PM ET

NEP TE Jonnu Smith listed inactive Sunday

Jonnu Smith has been listed inactive Sunday ahead of the Patriots’ game against the Cleveland Browns. With Smith out, Hunter Henry will be the primary tight end with Devin Asiasi and Matt LaCosse available to back him up. Henry becomes a decent value option at tight end with touchdown upside and can be considered in most formats.

James Robinson

New Orleans Saints
11/14/21, 12:06 PM ET

JAC RB James Robinson will play Sunday according to league source

James Robinson will play Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts according to a league source. Robinson should lead the Jacksonville backfield with Carlos Hyde backing him up primarily. This isn’t the best matchup for Robinson and with the amount of value available on this slate it is probably best to avoid Robinson at all possible.

James Robinson

New Orleans Saints
11/14/21, 8:00 AM ET

JAC RB James Robinson a true game-time decision Sunday

James Robinson is said to be a true game-time decision and his status will be determined during pregame warmups on Sunday prior to when the Jaguars are set to take on the Indianapolis Colts. If he is unable to suit up Carlos Hyde would lead the backfield with Dare Ogunbowale and Devine Ozigbo available to back him up. It would feel awful to do, but Hyde would need to be considered as a value option based on expected volume in a tough matchup. It will be important to check back when inactives are released to confirm what Robinson’s status is.

Rhamondre Stevenson

New England Patriots
11/14/21, 8:06 AM ET

NEP Rhamondre Stevenson has "a real shot to play" Sunday, expected to play

NEP Rhamondre Stevenson has “a real shot to play” Sunday, and is expected to play against the Cleveland Browns. With Harris out it is expected that Stevenson (if available) would handle much of the early down work while Brandon Bolden would handle the passing down work. Both Stevenson and Bolden should see a significant amount of work and be considered viable value plays though there is already a lot of value available at the running back position this week. It is also worth noting that J.J. Taylor will also be available for the Patriots and should mix in as well in the backfield.

Keenan Allen

Los Angeles Chargers
11/14/21, 8:49 AM ET

LAC WR Keenan Allen expected to play Sunday

Keenan Allen is expected to play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings per HC Brandon Staley. Allen has been dealing with a knee issue but should be good to go Sunday and play his normal role as the Chargers’ top receiver. Allen should continue to dominate the target share as he has seen 11 plus targets the last two games. Allen should be considered in Chargers/Vikings game stacks either paired with Herbert or as a bring back.

DeAndre Hopkins

Baltimore Ravens
11/14/21, 8:59 AM ET

ARI WR DeAndre Hopkins is unlikely to play Sunday; WR Rondale Moore should "be OK"

DeAndre Hopkins is unlikely to play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers while Rondale Moore should “be OK” to play. It looks like the Cardinals will once again be without Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins meaning they will be relying on Colt McCoy at quarterback and the remaining receiving corps. Christian Kirk, A.J. Green, and Rondale Moore should see most of the target share with Moore also working out of the backfield on certain occasions. All three should see increased value if Hopkins is officially ruled out later though their production could be limited with McCoy at the helm.
