Mike Evans Placed on Injured Reserve, WR Spencer Schnell Promoted to Active Roster
Mike Evans’ season is officially over, as the Bucs have placed him on injured reserve. Rookie WR Spencer Schnell has been promoted to the active roster. Even with the Bucs’ injuries at WR, Schnell should not be expected to have a significant role.

Prescott injured his shoulder early in the Cowboys’ previous game, and he is expected to be limited by the injury during practice this week. However, Prescott is not considered at risk of missing this week’s game.
As reported by: Michael GehlkenAll The Positive Trends
The positives are simply off the charts here, as Seattle is playing at home against a horrific Cardinals defense. They have an implied team total of 31 points, and Carson will continue to get tons of opportunities with Rashaad Penny on the shelf. Carson turned 25 touches into nearly 140 yards and two touchdowns a week ago, and game flow should again give him plenty of carries. Look for another big game from this whole offense, and Carson is a great play in any DFS format.
GPP Upside in a Plus Matchup
Mack has had a frustrating season and missed a few weeks due to injury. He has just 24 carries for 57 yards in the two games since his return, but one of those was against Tampa Bay’s elite rush defense, and the other was a game where the Colts fell behind 27-0 at halftime. This week’s game provides an opportunity to right the ship against a Carolina rush defense that has arguably been the league’s worst unit in that department. The recent game logs will keep ownership in check, and I like the GPP potential here.
A Solid, Affordable QB/WR Stack
The Chargers have been a frustrating unit to try and peg all season, but this could be a spot where we see Philip Rivers come up with one of his patented “stat padding” games. The matchup couldn’t be better against an Oakland team that has given up on the season and is simply playing out the string. Their defense has been nothing short of abysmal over the past month, and they are now allowing the sixth most passing yards per game in the league. Keenan Allen is drastically discounted on every site right now, and I love the correlation here.

Thomas will not practice Wednesday, a bad sign for his availabiity this week. He missed the Jets’ last game and likely needs to progress in practice the rest of the week to play. Even when healthy, Thomas’ production has fallen off this season, averaging just under 40 yards per game with 1 total receiving TD in 11 games played.

Greg Joseph has been signed to the Titans’ active roster and will kick for them this weekend. Titans’ previous kicker Ryan Succop has been placed on injured reserve. It was clear he wasn’t healthy, as he went 1-6 on field goals, with a long kick of 31 yards. He went 24-25 on extra points, but he clearly didn’t have any distance in his leg.

Everett was listed as limited Tuesday, as step forward towards his return. He has missed the past three games, during which Tyler Higbee has been an elite TE. Higbee has at least 7 catches and 100 yards each of the past three weeks, and his value would be hurt by Everett’s return.
As reported by: Keiana Martin Other tagged players: Tyler HigbeeChris Godwin (Hamstring), Tanner Hudson (Concussion) Do Not Practice; Jameis Winston (Thumb, Knee) Limited Tuesday
Godwin and Hudson did not practice Tuesday, and they appear unlikely to play Saturday. Winston is limited but expected to play this week. He said he will follow a similar practice pattern to what he did last week, meaning he may not throw a football until the last practice of the week. The thumb injury wasn’t an issue for Winston last week, as the QB threw for 458 yards with 4 TDs and 1 INT.

Matthew Stafford’s season is over, as the Lions placed their star QB on injured reserve Tuesday. He had one of the best seasons of his career, but he will finish with just 8 games played. David Blough will continue to start for the Lions, traveling to Denver Sunday.

The Texans did not practice Tuesday, instead conducting a walkthrough. The limited designation means all three Texans are likely to play this week, but they should be monitored.

The Patriots are getting healthier, as Edelman is the only offensive skill position player on Tuesday’s injury report. His limited designation puts him on track to play Saturday.

The Giants have signed WR David Sills. He does not project to have a role in the offense.
As reported by: Ralph VacchianoEvan Engram (Foot) Placed on Injured Reserve
Engram’s season is over, as the Giants placed him on injured reserve Tuesday. He had been trying to work his way back, but had not seen the field since Week 9. He played just eight games this season after playing 11 last year, and injuries are becoming a concern for the elite TE. The Giants promoted WR David Sills to fill Engram’s roster spot, indicating that they’re happy with their current TE situation. Kaden Smith should function as the top TE for the final two games.

The Bucs have placed rookie WR Scotty Miller on injured reserve. He got a bump in usage last week with Mike Evans out, and converted that into his first career touchdown. Evans and Chris Godwin are also expected to be out, leaving the Bucs thin at WR. Breshad Perriman should be heavily involved in the offense for the rest of the season as the top WR. Perriman had 5 catches for 113 yards and 3 TDs last week.
