Green and Sample were both ruled out for Sunday by the Bengals. Green appears unlikely to play this season, yet the Bengals refuse to put him on IR. Sample has only received 6 targets on the season, so his absence won’t have a significant impact on the other TEs.

Both Tate and Morgan are listed as questionable this week for the Bengals. Tate was limited Friday after being out both Wednesday and Thursday, so he seems unlikely to play. He would still need to clear the concussion protocol. Morgan has not practice all week with an undisclosed illness, so his questionable designation is a bit of a surprise.

DeValve has been ruled out Sunday, his second straight game missed. Nick O’Leary was signed this week and should make his debut for the Jaguars. O’Leary was released by the Dolphins earlier this year after totaling 4 catches and 37 yards in 7 games.

Njoku was going to come off IR earlier this week, but he will have to wait at least one more week to play. The Browns will not have him active Sunday, giving Demetrius Harris another week as the top TE. Harris did not even get a target last week and his ceiling appears fairly low. His best game of the season came Week 8, when he had 2 catches for 33 yards and 1 TD.
