Keke Coutee is Inactive, Will Fuller is Active
Coutee appears to be a healthy scratch, while Fuller is set to return after missing three games. Fuller will be a risky pick with upside, as he is coming back from a hamstring injury, the type of injury that can be re-aggravated easily.

All three players progressed from sitting out Wednesday to being limited Thursday and have a good chance to play Sunday. Both Sanders and Samuel played last week, while Kittle has been out since Week 9. His return would push Ross Dwelley back into his normal backup role.

Thomas was activated Thursday off the Reserve/Injured List, giving the Texans a third TE going forward. Last season he had 20 catches on 27 targets, 215 yards and 4 TDs in 16 games for the Texans, so he does have some skill in the passing game.

Patrick is improving, getting a limited practice in Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. He is expected to play Sunday vs the Bills and will try to build on his 4 catches and 77 yards last week.

Both Ryan and Jones took a step forward Thursday and are expected to play this week. They have a fantastic match-up this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL.
