He Continues To Do It All
I’m just not sure what else to write to describe how good he has been. His 29 point PPR outing last week was his third WORST total of the season, and he was a half yard away from making it 35 points on the final play of the game. He is obviously the top overall play on the board — but salary cap is a thing in DFS, and McCaffrey is finally approaching a point where some people want to fade him. I understand that logic. If you’re looking to do that, players like Brian Hill (for value), Dalvin Cook, and Josh Jacobs are elite point per dollar options at the RB position. Unfortunately, a matchup against the Falcons doesn’t feel like the time where we will get the “floor game” from McCaffrey. It’s risky to fade him completely if you are multi-entering in GPP contests.
A Sneaky Tight End Option
Last week, I wrote about how it is easy to forget about players when they have missed a few games due to injury. That was in the context of Patrick Mahomes, and he returned and went bonkers against the Titans. Now, I’m not trying to compare Jared Cook to Patrick Mahomes, but the point still stands. Almost nobody is talking about Cook, and he played on over 70% of the snaps last week in his return from injury. Everyone is going to try to jam in Michael Thomas against the “pass funnel” Tampa Bay defense, but that comes at a cost with Thomas priced at a whopping $9,900 on DK and $9,000 on FD. Don’t sleep on Cook as a GPP pivot in Week 11.
Elite Offensive Pairings in GPP Formats
In tournaments, I really like the Derek Carr to Tyrell Williams pairing this week. Williams does not have a high floor and has struggled since returning from injury, but a matchup against the pathetic Bengals defense should provide a nice elixir for his ailments. If you’re looking to play it safer, you could certainly pair Carr with Darren Waller instead, which is absolutely fine. Alternatively, you could go bananas and play Carr, Williams, AND Waller. The Bengals allow production to anybody and everybody these days, which is why Oakland has a massive 30 point implied team total.

Sanders is considered day-to-day at this point with a rib injury suffered Monday night. Deebo Samuel had a season-high 11 targets last night and would benefit the most if Sanders was out. Kendrick Bourne also saw a season-high 8 targets.

The Giants have signed Scott Simonson to supplement their TE depth. Simonson is primarily a blocking TE and should not be expected to produce significant fantasy stats.
As reported by: New York GiantsTyler Lockett (Leg) Spends Night in Hospital
Lockett ended up spending the night in a hospital due to a leg injury suffered Monday night. He is reportedly dealing with some swelling issues, and obviously a trip to the hospital for a leg is very concerning. The Seahawks are entering their bye week, giving Lockett extra time to rest.

Hooper has an MCL sprain, but his timetable to return is still unknown. He is getting a second opinion, so we should know his status later this week.
As reported by: Ian RapoportDevonta Freeman (Foot Sprain) Could Miss 2 Weeks
Devonta Freeman has a foot sprain that could keep him out for a couple weeks. Freeman has been getting approximately 12 rush attempts and 5 targets per game, so his absence would open up plenty of RB touches. Brian Hill got 20 rush attempts last game, so he could be in line for a heavy workload while Freeman is out.
