Time To Fly
The Tampa Bay defense has been a pass funnel all year long, and Arizona will likely take to the air plenty in what should be an entertaining, high scoring game. Kenyan Drake was very good in his debut as a member of the Cardinals, with 150 total yards against a good 49ers team, but I expect more action to funnel through the air this week. Both Fitzgerald and Kirk are taking on a nearly every down role, and I like Kirk in this matchup now that he is healthy. There’s some affordable QB/WR stacking possibilities with Murray here, and this will absolutely be a GPP stack that I use in Week 10.

Rinse, lather, repeat. As long as he can be comfortably fit inside the salary cap, it almost doesn’t matter that he gets an incremental price bump every week. This feels like a point where maybe you can think about fading McCaffrey — but then you notice that there’s value with guys like Ronald Jones, Damien Williams, anyone from the Dolphins, etc… on this slate. That makes it fairly easy to don a McCaffrey build, and this is a player who has gone over 30 PPR points every single time he’s played a team other than Tampa Bay this year. A matchup against a Packers team that just allowed Melvin Gordon and the Chargers to rush for 159 yards as a team is not going to scare me away, either.
Time To Shine
The touchdown variance continues to hurt Marlon Mack, as the Indianapolis running back has only found the end zone three times this season. However, the volume remains secure, as Mack logged over 20 carries last week in Pittsburgh. He has 18+ carries in four straight games. The touchdowns will be coming, and that could very well happen this week against the hapless Dolphins, who now have their win quota out of the way for the year. They are also allowing 151 rushing yards per game, which is the second worst mark in the league — ahead of only the winless Bengals. This is the week that Mack goes off for 100+ yards and two touchdowns, and the ownership will remain low thanks to the fact that he got a matchup-induced price bump on most of the DFS sites.
The Obvious Week 10 Value Spot
In Week 9, Ronald Jones played on more than 50% of Tampa Bay’s offensive snaps for the first time all season, and he logged 20 touches for just the second time all season. In addition, he has publicly been anointed the “starter” by Bruce Arians heading into Week 10. It feels like a dud is probably coming once everyone gets on this spot, but the potential is obvious in a favorable matchup against the up tempo Cardinals. Jones grades out as one of the top point per dollar plays of the week and needs to be considered in all DFS game formats.
