Terry McLaurin (Hamsting) Game-Time Decision Sunday
McLaurin is questionable this week with a hamstring injury and will be a game-time decision. He missed last game and the Redskins’ offense struggled, although much of that could be placed on the QB play. Colt McCoy is starting this week, but they’re also playing the top defense in the NFL, the Patriots. Even if he plays, this is a tough situation for McLaurin.

McCoy will be the third QB of the season for the 0-4 Redskins. Haskins had his shot at the role but finished 9-17 with 107 yards and 3 interceptions in 1 game. The Redskins are facing the Patriots this week, a team off to one of the best defensive starts in NFL history. Opposing QB’s have a 0-10 TD-INT ratio through 4 games, and the Patriots have only allowed 1 offensive touchdown through 4 games.

Singletary is questionable Week 5 with a hamstring injury. He has missed the last two games but appears on track to play this week. Darnold took a significant amount of reps this week but wasn’t able to get medical clearance to play. That means Luke Falk will get another start this week. He had a terrible first start, finishing 12-22 for 98 yards and a pick, and the lack of reps certainly won’t help. The Jets implied total is just 14.5 this week, with only the Redskins against the Patriots projected to score fewer points.
