Aaron Rodgers (knee) and Jimmy Graham knee both DNP Thursday for Packers
Aaron Rodgers and Jimmy graham knee both did not practice Thursday for the Packers due to knee injuries. It is worth noting that Green Bay does have an extra day to prepare for week 6 as they have the Monday night game, so these DNP’s are most likely maintenance related. Rodgers was actually removed from the injury report entirely following last week’s game against the Lions, so it would be surprising if he were to miss their week 6 contest. That said, do monitor both his and Jimmy Graham’s status tomorrow and Saturday to ensure they aren’t in danger of missing the Monday night game.

Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison were both able to log limited practices Thursday despite their hamstring injuries. Their ability to at least practice in a limited fashion bodes well for their returns for the Packers Monday night matchup with the 49ers. Keep an eye on their practice status Friday and Saturday to get a better feel for their availability, but for now consider them trending in the right direction heading towards Monday.

It’s looking like Devonta Freeman may miss yet another week of action after being active in Week 5. Ito Smith is here to stay for the Falcons but Freeman’s absence would mean a lion’s share of running back duties for Tevin Coleman who is down to $5,400 on DraftKings and $6,300 on FanDuel. A lack of strong value options this week would lead to Coleman being a core play if Freeman is in fact inactive.
Josh Gordon (hamstring), Sony Michel (knee) and Rob Gronkowski (ankle) all limited Thursday for Patriots
Josh Gordon (hamstring), Sony Michel (knee) and Rob Gronkowski (ankle) were all limited Thursday for Patriots. None of them are believed to be in any serious danger of missing Sunday night’s shootout with the Chiefs, as their limited statuses appear to be nothing more than typical Patriots injury reporting. That said, keep an eye on their status at practice tomorrow, as any setbacks would provide cause for concern regarding the status of these three high-impact Patriots players.

Chris Hogan did not practice Thursday due to his thigh injury. It has been a disappointing campaign for Hogan thus far, who figures to see an even further decline in production with Julian Edelman back from suspension. Keep an eye on his practice status Friday to determine if his status for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs is in any serious doubt.
Will Fuller (hamstring) and Keke Coutee (hamstring) both expected to play Sunday for Texans
Will Fuller and Keke Coutee are both expected to play Sunday for Texans despite their hamstring injuries. This is not surprising as both were able to suit up this past Sunday as well. Look for Deandre Hopkins to continue to lead the Texans in targets, and Fuller and Coutee to both see their fair share of looks as well this Sunday against the Bills.
Other tagged players: Keke CouteeDalvin Cook (hamstring) practices in full Thursday
Dalvin Cook was able to practice in full Thursday for the Vikings, which bodes well for his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Cardinals. Keep an eye on his practice status tomorrow to ensure he doesn’t have a setback, but assuming he is again a full go look for him to return to his role as lead back for the Vikings rushing attack.
Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring) limited in practice Thursday
Larry Fitzgerald logged a limited in practice Thursday despite his lingering hamstring issue. This is a step in the right direction for him after his DNP yesterday, and indicates he is most likely on track to play Sunday and see his usual workload against the Vikings. That said, his ceiling is low due to both his injury concerns and Josh Rosen being under center.
O.J. Howard (knee) limited in practice again Thursday
O.J. Howard was limited in practice again Thursday due to his MCL injury. This makes two limited practices in a row for Howard, who was initially expected to miss 2-4 weeks with the injury and thus seemed unlikely to suit up this weekend. However, his back-to-back limited practice sessions seem to indicate there is at least a chance he suits up this weekend against the Falcons, so keep an eye on his status tomorrow as it may shed more light on a player who for the time being seems truly questionable.
Lamar Miller (chest) practices in full Thursday
Lamar Miller logged a full practice Thursday, all but ensuring he will be back to his lead running back role for the Texans this weekend against the Bills. Look for Miller to resume his usual workload, with Alfred Blue going back to his limited role as a change-of-pace back.
Deshaun Watson (chest) limited in practice again Thursday
Deshaun Watson was limited in practice for the second consecutive day Thursday due to a chest injury he sustained against the Cowboys on Sunday night. Though nothing suggests he is in danger of missing Sunday’s contest against the Bills, keep an eye on his practice status Friday, as an upgrade to full participant would ensure he will be good to go against the Bills.
Mohamed Sanu (hip) limited in practice again Thursday
Mohamed Sanu was limited in practice again Thursday due to a hip injury. For now it appears he is still on track to play Sunday in an excellent matchup against Tampa Bay, but keep an eye on his practice status Friday to ensure no midweek setbacks occur. Assuming he is a full go, Sanu will likely be a popular value option on the week 6 slate.
Brandin Cooks (concussion), Cooper Kupp (concussion) practicing in a limited fashion Thursday for Rams
Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp, who both remain in the concussion protocol, practiced in a limited fashion Thursday for Rams. This is a step in the right direction for the Rams’ wideouts, but it is yet to be seen if they will clear protocol in time to suit up Sunday against the Broncos. If they are able to play, they are in a great spot against a Broncos defense that was torched last week by the Jets. If they can’t suit up, look for Robert Woods and rookie Josh Reynolds to dominate the passing targets, and Todd Gurley to possibly be more involved in the pass game as well.
Other tagged players: Cooper KuppMarlon Mack (hamstring) practices in full again Thursday
Marlon Mack practiced in full again Thursday, all but ensuring he will be back suited up this Sunday against the Jets. It is difficult to predict what his role will be given his injury-plagued season and the success of Nyheim Hines, but it is safe to say Mack’s return cuts into Hines’s workload and makes the Colts backfield a difficult committee to predict.
Marquise Goodwin (quad) practices in full Thursday
Marquise Goodwin was able to practice in full Thursday, which is a good sign for the 49ers as three of their major offensive weapons all sat out today. The fact that Goodwin was able to log a full practice this far in advance of their Monday night matchup with Green Bay suggests he will be good to go come Monday. That said, his expectations are much more limited with CJ Beathard under center, so don’t expect a lot despite an exploitable matchup against Green Bay’s secondary.
