RB Marlon Mack was upgraded to full today at practice; he remains questionable.

Mack had been a limited participant up to this point after missing Week 1 with a hamstring injury, but appears ready to make his season debut on Sunday. His presence will immediately cut into the workloads of Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines in the running game and passing attack, respectively. Mack may not earn a ton of touches as Indianapolis seems committed to moving the ball through the air, but he should lead the backfield in snaps. All three backs are priced similarly on DraftKings and FanDuel, though the group should probably be avoided until their roles become more clear.

Plenty of value at the TE spot in Week 2

David Njoku was brutal in some rough Week 1 weather, but he did finish second on the team in targets and is absolutely right back on the radar in Week 2. The Browns probably aren’t at their best going pass heavy, but they may be forced into it here. Landry and Gordon are also both squarely in play with Landry being the far safer option of the two. Don’t expect the Browns to lead the league in offensive plays run for a second consecutive week.

Ricky Seals-Jones, like most of the other ancillary Arizona options, struggled mightily alongside Sam Bradford. While Larry Fitzgerald and David Johnson are the only two players here we can consistently count on in terms of targets, Seals-Jones played almost all the Cardinals offensive snaps (92%) and given how little we can count on Christian Kirk and Chad Williams, Seals-Jones is a worthwhile GPP value play against a Rams defense that just saw Jared Cook run wild. He did see six Week 1 targets while Williams and Kirk combined for five.

Travis Benjamin listed as questionable for Sunday

Benjamin was in a walking boot as recently as Wednesday, but head coach Anthony Lynn said he’s “very optimistic” the wide receiver would play against Buffalo. Benjamin’s presence slightly downgrades Mike Williams and Tyrell Williams, with the trio serving as inexpensive dart throws against a defense that allowed three passing touchdowns in Week 1.

Marcus Mariota expected to play Sunday; Taylor Lewan and Jack Conklin both ruled out

Marcus Mariota expected to play Sunday, but he’ll be without both Taylor Lewan and Jack Conklin. That’s a major loss for Tennessee’s offensive line, and it’s enough to make Mariota a very risky target heading into Week 2. He has some injury reaggravation risk and having to be without his two best offensive lineman is going to make things extremely tough. Jonnu Smith is a viable punt play at the TE spot with Delanie Walker out, and Corey Davis cemented himself atop the Titans WR depth chart, so he’s also a deep GPP option.

Paul Richardson officially questionable for Sunday; Maurice Harris also questionable

Paul Richardson and Maurice Harris are officially questionable for Sunday. Richardson, Doctson and Crowder all split work relatively evenly in Week 1, but if Richardson is out we could see Doctson more involved in terms of targets after he led the group in snaps this past week. Jamison Crowder is still the best bet for production among this group, but Jordan Reed remains the highest upside option in this aerial attack. We’ll have an update on Richardson as things get closer to Sunday.

Dolphins list DeVante Parker as questionable for Week 2, but he’s expected to play. This receiving corps now gets a little more crowded, and given the general lack of upside it doesn’t appear to be a group worth targeting heavily on Sunday. Kenny Stills stole the show in Week 1, but he was third among WRs in targets despite leading the team in snaps. Jakeem Grant ended up leading the group in targets, but that won’t happen again as his snaps are sure to dwindle with Parker back.

Devonta Freeman ruled out for Week 2; Tevin Coleman likely to handle a bigger workload

With Freeman ruled out, Tevin Coleman is likely to take the reins as the lead back. He’s still going to have some competition behind him in the form of Ito Smith, but Coleman should be expected to eat up about 65-80% of the rushing work and is a solid bet for somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-14% of Matt Ryan’s targets. Coleman is a high-upside target in all formats, but the passing game here also gets a small bump from Freeman’s absence. Matt Ryan struggled in Week 1 but is in a nice spot to bounce back on Sunday.

WR Alshon Jeffery (shoulder), RB Darren Sproles (hamstring) ruled out for Week 2

Alshon Jeffery was never looking like a good bet to suit up, but it’s a little more surprising to see Sproles ruled out two days in advance of the game. The Eagles made a point to feature him in the first half against Atlanta, but much of that was likely due to game plan against a Falcons defense that has had major issues with receiving RBs over the past few seasons. Once Jay Ajayi got involved in the second half, he dominated touches in the backfield and should be expected to do so again in Week 2. Corey Clement should play a more prominent role on passing downs and will eat into Ajayi’s workload some, but not enough to land him safely on the DFS radar. With Jeffery out, look for Zach Ertz and Nelson Agholor to continue dominating targets from Nick Foles.

Panthers WR Damiere Byrd (knee) OUT Sunday vs Falcons

Though Byrd didn’t have any impact on the Panthers week 1 matchup against the Cowboys, Byrd’s absence paired with the loss of Greg Olsen ensures the Panthers passing game should revolve around Christian McCaffrey and Devin Funchess Sunday against Atlanta. With the Falcons’ loss of LB Deion Jones to IR, both McCaffrey and Funchess make for solid plays who are locked into guaranteed targets against a depleted defense.

Paul Richardson (shoulder) downgraded to DNP at practice Friday

Richardson appears to be trending in the wrong direction leading up to the Redskins matchup with the Colts this weekend. Richardson had the second-most targets for the Redskins week 1, so If he were to sit look for Jordan Reed and Jamison Crowder to see a bump in looks, and Chris Thompson to continue to carry a high target floor as well.

Jermaine Kearse practices fully Friday, will play Sunday.

Kearse’s availability for Sunday’s matchup with the Dolphins lessens the appeal of week 1 fantasy darling Quincy Enunwa. While Enunwa will still see plenty of action out of the slot and look to continue his connection with rookie QB Sam Darnold, it is unlikely he will dominate the target share for this Jets offense the way he did week 1. Enunwa still makes for an interesting play at his low price point relative to his solid week 1 performance, but his floor is definitely lower with Kearse active.

Ben Roethlisberger practices fully Friday, expected to play Sunday.

Roethlisberger trending towards being active this week against the Chiefs is obviously good for the Steelers offense as a whole, who’s current Vegas-implied team total of 29.5 is second only the Saints 29.75 for the highest total on the slate. Both the rushing and passing attack from the Steelers make for great plays, as many will look to game stack this potential shootout against Kansas City.

No Darren Sproles at Practice

Sproles misses practice. This is a sign we will probably miss this weekends game. It’s a bump to the surrounding Philadelphia running backs. Sproles saw 29 snaps (40%) in Week 1. That may mean extra snaps for Ajayi and a slight trickle down effect to Corey Clement.

Fournette Misses Practice Again

Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette (hamstring) didn’t practice during the media viewing portion of the session. He will test his hamstring later and we will get word on his availability soon. TJ Yeldon lurks in the shadows as a value play Week2 if Fournette sits.

Aaron Rodgers Still Day-to-Day

He is trending in the right direction though.
