Leonard Fournette (ankle) officially inactive Sunday; Chris Ivory will start at RB
The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without Fournetter and the star running back is officially inactive for today’s game against the Indianapolis Colts after previously being listed as questionable on the Jaguars’ injury with an ankle injury. With Fournette unable to suit up, Chris Ivory will receive the starting nod at running back should see the majority of the backfield work against a Colts team that ranks 20th in rush DVOA and 31st in DVOA versus pass-catching running backs. T.J. Yeldon has been a healthy scratch all season but will be active, along with Corey Grant, and is likely receive work as a complementary third-down back in Sunday’s contest.

Jeremy Maclin (shoulder) now inactive Sunday, previously was expected to play
Maclin was originally expected to suit up for today’s game against the Minnesota Vikings but will now be inactive with a shoulder injury that had him previously listed as questionable on the Baltimore Ravens injury report. However, even with some targets up for grabs, it’s extremely difficult to get behind Joe Flacco or any of his pass catchers given their massive struggles this season and matchup with a Vikings squad that ranks 11th in overall DVOA on the year.

The Cleveland Browns are expected to be without arguably their best player on the defensive side of the all for today’s game against the Tennessee Titans after he was listed as questionable on the injury report with an ankle injury. This news is an upgrade to the projected fantasy outlook of Rishard Matthews and Eric Decker as the Browns 32nd ranked DVOA pass defense now just gets measurably worse without their top cornerback this afternoon.

Snead will be inactive and won’t play in today’s game against the Green Bay Packers after previously being listed as questionable on the New Orleans Saints’ injury report with a hamstring injury. Snead made his season debut in Week 6 but only saw limited snaps. In his absence, Brandon Coleman will take over as the full-time slot receiver, while Michael Thomas and Ted Ginn Jr. will be the starting wide receivers in two-wideout sets. The entire Saints passing offense has a great matchup with against this Packers squad that ranks 19th in pass DVOA on the season.

Prosise is not expected to play and will remain out for today’s game against the New York Giants after previously being listed as questionable on the Seattle Seahawks’ injury report with an ankle injury. Prosise has yet to be officially ruled out, but if he is somehow able to suit up, he will see only a minimal number of snaps in this Seahawks’ backfield Sunday afternoon. With Prosise likely still sidelined, Eddie Lacy and Thomas Rawls are expected to continue splitting carries, while J.D. McKissic will mix in on passing downs. That said, none of the aforementioned backs are realistic options on a full slate of games.

After requesting a trade recently, Bryant played a season-low 51% of snaps in last week’s win over the Kansas City Chiefs after being largely uninvolved in the Pittsburgh Steelers offense for a majority of the season. However, Ian Rapoport is reporting that Bryant will see an increased role in the offense for today’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals and will no longer be splitting snaps with JuJu Smith-Schuster on the outside, relegating Smith-Schuster to just the primary slot receiver. It remains to be seen if this “increased role” translates to more fantasy production on the field, but nonetheless, elevates Bryant to the status of an intriguing tournament play on Sunday despite the difficult matchup.

Matthews is expected to play in today’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after previously being listed as questionable on the Buffalo Bills’ injury report with a broken thumb. Matthews will wear a “special glove” on his hand to protected to recovering thumb injury but it still remains unclear how this “special glove” will affect his catching ability. He does draw a great matchup against the Buccanneers, who rank 31st in pass DVOA overall on the season, but is likely best utilized as a salary saver in tournaments given the uncertainty of how his injured thumb will limit his effectiveness.

Ross is not expected to play and will remain out for today’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after previously being listed as questionable on the Cincinnati Bengals’ injury report with a knee injury. Ross hasn’t been particularly effective even when active for Cincinnati this season, so expect A.J. Green to continue dominating the target share in this offense and remains an elite option at the wide receiver position on Sunday’s slate.

Britt is expected to be active for today’s game against the Tennessee Titans after previously being listed as questionable on the Cleveland Browns’ injury report with separate knee and groin injuries that forced him to miss last week’s contest. Britt and Ricardo Louis are expected to be the Browns’ starting wide receivers with Rashard Higgins handling the slot duties, but it’s difficult to get behind any of them given their inconsistent target shares and being on the receiving end of DeShone Kizer passes, who has already been benched for Kevin Hogan once this season for his poor play.

Lee is expected to suit up for today’s game against the Indianapolis Colts after previously being listed as questionable on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ injury report with a knee injury. Lee remains the number one wide receiver in this offense with Allen Robinson out for the year, but his role in a run-first offense led by Leonard Fournetter has come with some major volatility in terms of target share. However, with Fournette not expected to be active Sunday, the Jaguars could be forced to air it out more often than they would like, especially if they end up playing from behind. Chris Ivory is still the top Jaguar to target but Lee and even Allen Hurns could be low-owned tournament pivots to consider if needing to save some salary at the wide receiver spot.

Shepard will play in today’s game against the Seattle Seahawks after previously being listed as questionable on the New York Giants injury report with an ankle injury that forced him to miss last week’s contest. Assuming he is close to full strength, Shepard looks to be an intriguing tournament option if continues to work primarily out of the slot with both Odell Beckham and Brandon Marshall done for the season. If that’s the case, he’ll likely mostly avoid Richard Sherman and likely see a lot Justin Coleman with Jeremy Lane unavailable for Seattle.

Both Murray and Walker will play in today’s game against the Cleveland Browns after previously being listed as questionable on the Tennessee Titans’ injury report with their respective ailments. Murray looks to be an easy avoid all formats considering he has been dealing with this lingering hamstring issue for more than a couple months now, and the Titans have a more than capable workhorse in Derrick Henry to steal carries if Murray continues to be limited. In fact, Henry remains the preferred tournament target over Murray and has immense upside with Tennessee sporting an implied team total over 26 points and currently favored by six points on the road. As for Walker, he missed practice on Friday as well, adding some uncertainty to just how effective he can be in this matchup against a Browns defense that ranks 31st in DVOA versus the tight end position this season.

Allen will play in today’s game against the Denver Broncos after previously being a late addition to the Los Angeles Chargers injury report with a shoulder injury. As for Gordon, his availability was expected and should receive a full workload as the main cog in the Chargers’ game plan against this stingy Broncos defense. Allen is unarguably the team’s number one wide receiver in terms of snaps and targets, but he draws one of the worst matchups possible against the Broncos’ 3rd ranked pass DVOA versus opposing number one wideouts. Allen is nothing more than the deepest of tournament plays in a terrible matchup and coming off of a late-week injury designation.

As expected, Benjamin will suit up for today’s game against the Chicago Bears after previously being listed as questionable on the Carolina Panthers’ injury report with a knee injury. Assuming Benjamin is close to strength, his presence and target share do take some daily fantasy appeal away from Devin Funchess on the other side, but neither wideout stands out as elite plays against this Bears defense that ranks 14th in pass defense DVOA overall.
