Darrell Arthur (knee) doubtful for Thursday; Nikola Jokic (ankle) and Danilo Gallinari (ankle) are probable
Arthur has officially been listed as doubtful for tomorrow’s game against the San Antonio Spurs due to a sore left knee that has forced him to miss two consecutive games. Kenneth Faried would likely start at power forward once again if Arthur is ruled out, and it will be interesting to see if he remains there going forward once Arthur returns from injury. Danilo Gallinari and Nikola Jokic have both been listed as probable but that is merely a formality given how conservative Denver has been with their injury report this season. Gallinari and Jokic are both fully expected to start and play their normal allotment of minutes.

Wilson Chandler (personal) and Gary Harris (ankle) ruled out for Thursday
Wilson Chandler has been ruled out due to personal reasons and this could open the door for Jusuf Nurkic to see some extra minutes off the bench. Gary Harris has also been ruled out and Will Barton started in his place last night against the Lakers. Barton crushed salary-based expectations and will likely come with a boost in ownership since he is still cheap. The Nuggets take on the Spurs tomorrow, so proceed with caution.

Lucas Nogueira will not play since he is still in the concussion protocol. Pascal Siakam is listed as the starter in his place. Siakam has not been confirmed as the starter officially by the team and is a low-end DFS option. Patrick Patterson is still listed as questionable in the pregame notes but his status has not been officially changed by the team. Look for another update from the Raptors since there is speculation that DeMar DeRozan could be rested.

Ryan Anderson was unable to play last night due to an illness and Corey Brewer started in his place. Ariza moved over to PF but did not have a great game. If Anderson is out again, Ariza should come with lower ownership and is a strong GPP play against the Bucks. Corey Brewer is a low-end DFS option and his minutes are far from secure. He did play 26 minutes last night but he’s been yanked multiple times in starting spots this season.

The Lakers are officially listing Luol Deng as questionable for Friday’s game against the Pacers. They had listed Deng as out indefinitely but X-Rays showed that there was nothing wrong with his wrist. Brandon Ingram has really stepped up in the absence of Deng and would be an elite punt option on Friday. He’ll have to deal with Paul George for most of the game if he starts, so his ceiling is not as high but his floor would be secure due to the heavy minutes.

Knight has missed the last two games for Phoenix due to a wrist sprain and is questionable for their game against Cleveland on Thursday. He’s fallen out of the Suns rotation, however, so his absence has minimal impact other then assuring Devin Booker plays all the minutes (he had 46 minutes last game). Tyson Chandler (missed last game due to illness) and Jared Dudley are both expected to be able to play.

DeMar DeRozan could potentially rest tonight's game for Toronto
Local media is reporting that Raptors Head Coach Casey hinted that he might rest DeMar DeRozan in the near future and speculation it could be tonight against the 76ers. If that is the case, Kyle Lowry will receive increased usage and would be a top play (especially after a night off last night) with Cory Joseph and Norman Powell receiving expanded roles/playing time (both also viable GPP options). We’ll update you as soon as we learn more.

That didn’t take long – the team has updated Thompson’s status to questionable after he told team officials he might be able to make it back for the game tonight. We’ll update you as soon as we learn more.

The Warriors guard is dealing with personal matters and is away from the team. He’ll miss tonight’s battle with the Thunder and it’ll likely be Patrick McCaw getting the start in his absence with Ian Clark continuing to come off the bench. Both are low ceiling plays but are viable if you’re looking for some value to fit in some of the higher priced studs on this nine-game slate.

The Magic center had a hard fall on Monday night but was able to play through it. He rested yesterday and the team has stated he will be available to play tonight against the Pelicans. His upside is limited unless Vucevic is out and that’s not the case tonight so he’s a safe avoid for DFS purposes.

Love was a non-contact participant in practice today and while questionable to play tomorrow it would not be surprising to see him sit against the lowly Suns, especially with an upcoming match up against San Antonio. We’ll update you more on his status tomorrow but if he can’t go, Channing Frye would likely get the start and would be a viable DFS value option.

Davis told local media that he felt great and would play tonight against the Magic. It’s a great match up for Brow as he faces an Orlando team that he has owned in the past. He’s an interesting, very high-risk, pivot off of the likes of Russell Westbrook and James Harden tonight. His playing greatly diminishes any value Terrence Jones has.

This will be the third game in a row that KCP has missed and it’s uncertain when he’ll make it back into action. Reggie Bullock and Stanley Johnson benefit the most with Johnson providing more upside off the bench (assuming Bullock starts for KCP again).

Embiid is battling the flu and missed shootaround this morning and is considered questionable for the 76ers game against the Raptors tonight. McConnell did take part in the shootaround and looks as if he might be able to give it a go tonight (is listed as questionable by the team) – his return would be a hit to Sergio Rodriguez’s value. Nerlens Noel was listed as probable and should play.

Updating our previous report, New York Post Knicks beat writer Marc Berman has stated that Porzingis is out for tonight’s game. While it’s likely this is the case, we do feel the need to caution you that there still might be a possibility of him being a game-time decision as no other Knicks beat writer has tweeted out this same information. We’ll continue to keep an eye on the situation and update you if we learn more.
