Luol Deng has been ruled out and Nick Young will start in his place. Nick Young is a viable play in the late slate. Jordan Clarkson will continue to start at SG and Lou Williams will come off the bench.

Rodney Hood will start tonight at SG and is a low-end option due to an injured hand. Derrick Favors was doubtful coming into the game and has been confirmed as out. Boris Diaw will start in his place but is not a viable option.

Leonard will not play on Wednesday in a road matchup against the Jazz. As expected, he will miss a second straight game with a problematic back injury. Al-Farouq Aminu stands to be the primary beneficiary of the additional minutes that are freed up by the absence of Leonard from the front court rotation. Ed Davis is also a viable play on the late slate due to Leonard being out.

Barea will not play on Wednesday against the Houston Rockets. This a dress rehearsal game for the Mavericks, so expect Seth Curry to receive a decent amount of minutes tonight. Curry is priced at an awkward salary range on DraftKings with a price of $5.7K but is much more viable on FanDuel where you need two shooting guards and only costs $5.1K.

As reported by: Nate Taylor Jason Terry to play tonight; Rashad Vaughn (ankle) and Michael Beasley (elbow) out
Michael Beasley will not play on Wednesday against Indiana. It’s unclear to what the actual severity of the elbow injury is, but the Bucks have given us no indication of it being serious. Mirza Teletovic will get the start in place of Beasley, and we can expect a slight uptick in the minutes for the rest of the Milwaukee forwards, as well.

With Gasol getting the start for the Grizzlies tonight, it appears that his ankle injury is not as serious as initially believed. Gasol has been quoted saying that he would like to work on his conditioning before the regular season gets underway, so he may not even be limited in this game. However, he should be reserved to tournament-only use, as it’s impossible to predict how his ankle will respond in an actual game environment. The Gasol news does knock the fantasy value of Zach Randolph and JaMychal Green down a peg or two, solely due to the reduction in projected minutes.

Wiggins and Muhammad will miss Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies. Brandon Rush has played mostly shooting guard but is expected to slide over to the three tonight. With the absence of their top two small forwards, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the the Timberwolves run out more three-guard lineups. This could mean a big boost the fantasy production of Zach LaVine and Ricky Rubio. Minnesota should allow their starters to play into the fourth quarter this evening, meaning Karl-Anthony Towns is a great top tier center option as always.

Pascal Siakam will start in place of Jared Sullinger at the power forward spot for Toronto. The Rapotors are also expected run a more regular season-like rotation tonight, even with the absence Sullinger and Terrence Ross. This could mean a slight boost in minutes for the Toronto starters.

With Marcus Morris confirmed as the Pistons starting power forward, he immediately vaults himself into tournament consideration since Toronto typically struggles with teams’ opposing power forwards. Morris should also be in line for some extra minutes at the four with Tobias Harris being limited to just three quarters this evening. Andre Drummond still remains an elite upside option if paying up at the center position.

Celtics coach, Brad Stevens plans to rest all of his starters outside of Amir Johnson in tonight’s home matchup with the Knicks. All four resting starters will be “available” but are not expected to play. Terry Rozier and Jaylen Brown were both already on our radar as potential punt options tonight coming off the bench for Boston. Now that they will be receiving starters’ minutes, we have to consider them as elite options in every format. Marcus Smart and Jonas Jerebko are now secondary plays given their expected bump in minutes and price tag around the industry.
