Arron Afflalo and Matt Barnes ruled out
Afflalo will be out due to a strained glute and Matt Barnes is dealing with a rib issue. Darren Collison and Ben McLemore become elite options due to the news.

Ellington will get the start at small forward this evening for the Heat in a home matchup with the Orlando Magic. Ellington could certainly prove to be a viable option with Miami down four rotation players tonight, but Derrick Williams, James Johnson, and Tyler Johnson are the guys most likely to benefit the from the minutes boost.

John Wall | Bradley Beal | Kelly Oubre | Markieff Morris | Marcin Gortat |
Wizards coach, Scott Brooks expects John Wall to play 25-28 mins tonight while Trey Burke gets the backup point guard minutes. As expected, Kelly Oubre will earn the start in place of the injured Otto Porter for the second consecutive game.

With Mudiay and Gary Harris ruled out for tonight’s game in Oklahoma City, Jamal Murray becomes a borderline must play in what is expected to be an uptempo matchup with the Thunder.

Confirmed Starters: Tim Frazier | Buddy Hield | Solomon Hill | Dante Cunningham | Alexis Ajinca |
The only news of note is that Terrence Jones is available tonight as a reserve for New Orleans. This completely closes the door on the fantasy value of Cheick Diallo as a tournament target at the the power forward position.

In addition to Winslow (back), Luke Babbitt (groin), Josh McRoberts (foot), and Josh Richardson (MCL) will also miss tonight’s game versus Orlando. This means that Derrick Williams and Tyler Johnson will be the likely beneficiaries of extra minutes in their absence, boosting their already solid fantasy projections. Williams and Johnson are both $4.6K on DraftKings and $4K on FanDuel, making them both viable punt options at their respective positions.

J.R. Smith was projected as the starter for tonight’s game and has now been confirmed. He is expected to only play 14 minutes and is not a viable option tonight. Jordan McRae will see far fewer minutes due to the fact that Smith is back in the lineup. Iman Shumpert should also not play over 22 minutes tonight.

George Hill | Dante Exum | Joe Johnson | Boris Diaw | Rudy Gobert
Expect Boris Diaw to play about 20 minutes and Trey Lyles to pick up the rest of the minutes. Rudy Gobert,George Hill, and Dante Exum are all elite plays from the starters. Joel Bolomboy could even do some damage but you won’t need to save that much on such a small slate.

We had a funny feeling this was going to happen. This really helps the prospects of George Hill, Rudy Gobert, and Trey Lyles from the Utah side and gives a huge bump to Raymond Felton, Jamal Crawford, Marreese Speights, and Brandon Bass.

The Pistons will start Harris, Leuer, Drummond, Smith, and KCP. Aron Baynes could play in this game and that lowers Boban’s ceiling considerably. Harris and Drummond are the top plays for the Pistons with Leuer a viable secondary play.

I’m not sure if starting is best for Kilpatrick. He will have to deal with the defense of Avery Bradley. Justin Hamilton is a viable sleeper play now because I mentioned in my article that Boston struggles against PFs. With Kilpatrick starting, Bojan Bogdanovic is expected to get most of the shots off the bench.

The Bulls are expected to ramp up their regular starters but I don’t see them playing more than 28 minutes. The report also mentioned that Jimmy Butler is not expected to see over 20 minutes. I’m highest on Wade, Gibson, and Rondo.
