Robert Covington

Philadelphia 76ers
3/15/16, 11:27 AM ET

Robert Covington, Jerami Grant, and Richaun Holmes all OUT for 76ers tonight

Grant and Covington will miss the game due to concussion protocols while Holmes has a strained right Achilles. With Jahlil Okafor already out for what is likely the rest of the season this means the 76ers will be running with a short roster tonight against the Brooklyn Nets. Isaiah Canaan and Carl Landry will both likely see an increase in playing time, and on a night lacking value options, both are in play against a Nets team that is 24th in the league in fantasy points allowed per game.

C.J. Miles and Ty Lawson questionable; George Hill probable for Pacers tonight

Neither Miles or Lawson are DFS relevant at this time but we’ll continue to update you on their status as more news comes in later today. Hill faces a tough as nails match up against a Celtics team that is 1st in the league in PG DvP – he should be avoided in all formats.

Nikola Vucevic

Orlando Magic
3/15/16, 11:18 AM ET

Elfrid Payton and Nikola Vucevic OUT tonight for Orlando; C.J. Watson questionable

The team has announced that two of their normal starters, Vucevic and Payton, are both out for their game tonight against the Denver Nuggets. Payton’s backup, C.J. Watson, is also listed as questionable with an illness. If Watson can’t go then Brandon Jennings might actually get more than 13 minutes (or 4 if you look at the game before that) of playing time and would be an excellent value PG option going against a Denver defense that is 18th against PG’s and 23rd overall in terms of fantasy points allowed per game. Jason Smith and Dewayne Dedmon will continue to split time with Vucevic out. Both have some upside at affordable prices going against a Nuggets team that at times struggles against bigs but it’s hard to predict which of the two will get the most run. If you’re looking for value though, one of the two would certainly meet the criteria of a cheap player getting more playing time than they normally do. Dedmon got the start last game against the Blazers but only played 15 minutes in what was a blowout. Smith played even less with just 11 minutes logged. Both played 20+ the game before though.

Lineup Change: Timofey Mozgov is starting over Tristan Thompson

The Cavs will indeed start Timofey Mozgov over Tristan Thompson. The beat writers were originally dealt incorrect lineup cards and had them replaced with the correct ones stating that Mozgov was starting. The Cavs will start the same lineup they had last night. Kyrie Irving, J.R. Smith, LeBron James, Kevin Love, and Timofey Mozgov.

Brandon Knight

Dallas Mavericks
3/14/16, 9:51 PM ET

Brandon Knight making his second consecutive start

Brandon Knight will make his second consecutive start and is coming off 52.5 DKFP night against the Warriors. While he is not expected to score like that again, Knight is a strong play in cash games. The Timberwolves are favored by one point, meaning Knight could play extended minutes again tonight. Knight played 37 minutes again the Warriors so he should see over 30 minutes again in this spot.

Norris Cole (back) remains out on Monday

Norris Cole was questionable for this game but has been officially ruled out. This will be his fourth consecutive game missed with a back injury. Toney Douglas will start in his place and has been playing well lately. Douglas is averaging 26.86 DKFP over his last three games but is a tournament option only against the Warriors.

Pelicans Starting Lineup: Douglas, Holiday, Gee, Cunningham, Davis

The Pelicans will start the 33rd different lineup this season. Jrue Holiday moves back into starting lineup and Luke Babbit goes to the bench. Alonzo Gee is replacing Omer Asik but Anthony Davis will start at center. It is expected to be a high-scoring game but outside of Holiday and Davis the Pelicans are hard to trust.

Joe Ingles

Minnesota Timberwolves
3/14/16, 9:02 PM ET

Joe Ingles to start for Gordon Hayword on Monday

Joe Ingles will start in place of Gordon Hayward tonight. Ingles is a weak DFS option and Haywards absence should benefit Derrick Favors and Rodney Hood more. This game has the lowest implied total, favoring Derrick Favors’ style of play. If the Jazz want to win this game they will need a huge effort from both players though.

Lance Stephenson

Indiana Pacers
3/14/16, 7:45 PM ET

Lance Stephenson (wrist) ruled out

Lance Stephenson went through warmups and was not able to play on his injured wrist. Matt Barnes will likely see over 30 minutes tonight with P.J. Hairston picking up Stephenson’s minutes. Barnes has a ton of upside proven by his 65.3 DKFP outburst on Friday.

Alan Anderson

LA Clippers
3/14/16, 7:41 PM ET

Alan Anderson is active

Alan Anderson will be active and is expected to play. Anderson is a low-end DFS option and does not have much upside with Bradley Beal healthy.

Bradley Beal

LA Clippers
3/14/16, 7:38 PM ET

Bradley Beal to start against the Pistons

Bradley Beal will return to the starting lineup after missing three games with a pelvis injury. Beal’s salary is at the lowest it’s been all season but he is still a risky play. Beal should only be considered for tournaments against the Pistons.

Justin Holiday

Denver Nuggets
3/14/16, 7:21 PM ET

Bulls starting: Holiday, Moore, Butler, Mirotic, and Gibson

The Bulls have Derrick Rose, Pau Gasol, and Mike Dunleavy out of the lineup against the Raptors. Justin Holiday will start for Rose while Nikola Mirotic starts for Gasol. Jimmy Butler is back in the lineup and will replace Dunleavy.

Raymond Felton

Oklahoma City Thunder
3/14/16, 7:15 PM ET

Raymond Felton starting; Zaza Pachulia to come off the bench

Raymond Felton will be starting tonight and Zaza Pachulia will come off the bench. The Mavs wanted to go with a small ball lineup, meaning Pachulia could have a limited role with David Lee also expecting minutes. Felton will likely be an under-owned player with the news coming so close to the time when lineups lock.

Dwyane Wade

Miami Heat
3/14/16, 7:02 PM ET

Dwyane Wade (thigh) will play Monday

Dwyane Wade will play after missing one game dealing with a bruised thigh. Wade’s return sends Justise Winslow back to the bench. Winslow is a low-end option while Wade does have some upside but he does not come cheap.
