Rodney Hood out tonight; Chris Johnson expected to start in his place
Rodney Hood has been ruled out with a sore back and Chris Johnson is expected to take his place. Johnson is a minimum salaried player on DK and had 31.5 DKFP the last time he started. While we can’t expect him to do that he should be able to exceed value in an uptempo game against the Warriors.
As reported by: Tony JonesAndre Iguodala (hamstring) upgraded to probable for Wednesday
Andre Iguodala has been upgraded to probable for Wednesday’s contest with the Jazz. Iguodala will be coming off the bench and is a defensive specialist. Iguodala is a risky low-end tournament option only tonight.
As reported by: Rusty SimmonsBrandon Knight active on Wednesday
Brandon Knight is active on Wednesday and will come off the bench if he plays. Knight’s return to the lineup makes Ronnie Price a low-end DFS play tonight. Knight will likely not see a ton of minutes as he works his way back from a groin injury.

Timofey Mozgov has been ruled out with an illness and Tristan Thompson will start in his place. Thompson will make a strong under-owned option against the Kings tonight. Thompson is a risk for foul trouble against DeMarcus Cousins so he is a tournament option only.

Marco Belinelli has been officially ruled out of tonight’s contest due to back spasms. His replacement has not been named but it could be James Anderson. Anderson is not a DFS option but Belinelli’s absence could lead to more minutes for Darren Collison. Collison should be considered a strong option against the Cavs on Wednesday.
As reported by: Sacramento Kings on Twitter Other tagged players: James AndersonSasha Vujacic starting for Arron Afflalo tonight
Sasha Vujacic will start tonight for only the ninth time this season. Vujacic started earlier in the season when Afflalo was out of the lineup and averaged 15.75 DKFP. Vujacic does not have a ton of upside but should be able to hit value if he plays 20 minutes tonight.
As reported by: NY Knicks Other tagged players: Arron AfflaloArron Afflalo out with a strained abdominal muscle tonight
Arron Afflalo was a late scratch tonight and Sasha Vujacic will replace him in the starting lineup. Vujacic makes for intriguing punt option and has played well this season when given over 20 minutes. Don’t expect a huge night from Vujacic but she should be able to exceed value against the Suns.
As reported by: NY Knicks Other tagged players: Sasha VujacicBrandon Knight (groin) game-time decision tonight
Brandon Knight is a surprise game-time decision tonight but will be coming off the bench. Knight is a risky tournament option with his minutes likely limited. Knight could play well against the Knicks tonight but he does carry considerable risk. Ronnie Price losing his DFS value as well with Knight possibly back in the lineup.
As reported by: Paul Coro Other tagged players: Ronnie PriceTony Parker (toe) probable for tomorrow
Tony Parker missed the previous game with a toe injury but is probable for tomorrow’s contest with the Bulls. Parker will be a nice tournament option tomorrow in a favorable matchup. On a four-game slate, Parker has some appeal but has been struggling lately. Look for an update tomorrow confirming his status. Andre Miller would go back to the bench with Parker returning.
As reported by: @Spurs Other tagged players: Andre MillerCarmelo Anthony is an excellent SF option for late-slate contests
Carmelo Anthony has been a staple in winning lineups over the past few weeks because of how consistent he has been. While he doesn’t have the best shooting percentage, he gets a pass because he puts up nearly 20 shots per game. He gets a great match up with the Suns who are 28th in DvP vs. opposing SFs. Vegas surprisingly has the Suns favored by two right now, and despite how bad they’ve been it looks like they are expecting this one to stay close throughout. Melo has only one game under 40 DK points in his last ten and has an extremely high floor. In his only game vs. the Suns this season he nearly put up a triple double with 19 points, ten rebounds, and eight assists. He is in a great spot to yet again hit value and is an elite option for a relatively top-heavy SF position.
Matt Barnes (hamstring) confirmed as the starter tonight
Matt Barnes will replace P.J. Hairston in the starting lineup tonight. Barnes will be an under-owned option coming off an injury and has a plus matchup against the Celtics. Barnes is a boom-or-bust option and should be used with caution due to his extremely low floor. Barnes has 40 FP upside so he is a viable tournament option.
As reported by: Eric HasseltineDespite a price jump, Alex Len still offers very solid value
After Markieff Morris was shipped to Washington we were left wondering who would fill the void he left on the Suns. It looks like we have found the answer as Alex Len has seen a huge bump in production and is coming off back to back 50 fantasy point games. The best part about it is that while his price has increased, it is not nearly high enough for the latest resurgence in production he has seen. He is only $6,600 on both sites, and obviously that is not nearly high enough for someone that has seen such a huge spike in playing time and responsibility. The match-up with the Knicks is average, but the price is just too good to pass up. He’s playable in any format tonight.
Jerryd Bayless and Greg Monroe confirmed as the starters; O.J. Mayo (illness) ruled out
The Bucks have confirmed that Jerryd Bayless will be replacing O.J. Mayo in the starting lineup. Bayless’ backup is Tyler Ennis so there is a chance that Bayless plays over 30 minutes tonight. Bayless will likely have his ownership spike due to the news coming out before lineups lock but faces 2nd stingiest defense against point guards.Greg Monroe will replace Miles Plumlee but also has a tough matchup with the Heat ranked 6th in DvP against centers. Monroe’s salary has fallen to the point where he now has tournament upside.

Luke Babbitt is expected to play tonight but is not much of a DFS option with Dante Cunningham and Alonzo Gee healthy. Avoid the trio of these forwards tonight against the Hornets.
