Tony Parker

Charlotte Hornets
1/05/16, 5:28 PM ET

Tony Parker out on Wednesday

Tony Parker will miss another game on Wednesday, which likely means Patty Mills will draw another start. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Pop go in a different direction (i.e. Ray McCallum), but Mills would still be a nice value target regardless. The Spurs will be playing a slow-paced Jazz team and will predictably be big favorites, so the Spurs in general aren’t a strong team to target tomorrow outside of Mills.

Willie Cauley-Stein

Houston Rockets
1/05/16, 5:27 PM ET

Cauley-Stein out; Casspi, McLemore questionable for Tuesday

Willie Cauley-Stein is listed as ‘out’ for tonight while Ben McLemore and Omri Casspi are considered questionable. With Rajon Rondo doubtful, the Kings may be very shorthanded tonight. With WCS out, Kosta Koufos should draw another start and should see somewhere between 20-25 minutes of court time. He doesn’t match-up particularly well in this spot and it’s likely the Kings use some smaller lineups with Cousins at the 5. If Casspi sits again, look for Marco Belinelli to pick up extra court time. McLemore’s absence would also lead to more time for Belinelli, who has been hot over his past few games and is actually in play regardless of the status of these two.

Rajon Rondo

Cleveland Cavaliers
1/05/16, 4:15 PM ET

Rajon Rondo (back) doubtful for Tuesday

Rajon Rondo is doubtful for tonight’s game with the Mavericks due to lower back spasms. The Kings injury report is a mess with a bevy of players dealing with back issues (Casspi and McLemore are in the same boat), and Rondo’s expected absence will make Darren Collison the premier value play of tonight’s slate. He’s going to be nearly impossible to fade in cash games and is also a tough tournament fade given his expected usage at a middling price tag.

Tyreke Evans

Indiana Pacers
1/05/16, 3:34 PM ET

Tyreke Evans doesn't practice today, still expected to play tomorrow

Tyreke Evans did not practice today but is still expected to suit up tomorrow night. The Pelicans have an intriguing match-up at home with a Mavs team that will be on the back-end of a B2B, so Evans is a nice upside target assuming he plays. If he for some reason is scratched, Norris Cole and Jrue Holiday will be the primary beneficiaries. Anthony Davis also gets a bump in value with Evans out of the lineup.

D'Angelo Russell

Memphis Grizzlies
1/05/16, 3:30 PM ET

D'Angelo Russell misses shootaround, still questionable

D’Angelo Russell did not go through morning shootaround today after leaving yesterday’s practice with an illness, and his availability won’t be determined until shortly before game-time. Russell’s presence would make it harder to target the likes of Jordan Clarkson and Lou Williams, but both would become much stronger plays if Russell was to sit. Kobe Bryant is also listed as questionable ahead of tonight’s game, and his absence would also be a big boost for Clarkson and Williams.

Nene Hilario

Atlanta Hawks
1/05/16, 2:52 PM ET

Nene Hilario and Gary Neal day-to-day

Wizards Head Coach Witt stated that Nene Hilario and Gary Neal were day-to-day after taking part in a light team practice this morning. This is progress for the two considering they have missed considerable time due to injuries of late. We’ll update you if we learn that they are confirmed active for tomorrow’s game.

Avery Bradley

Los Angeles Lakers
1/05/16, 2:28 PM ET

Avery Bradley likely out the next two games

It appears that Bradley will miss the next two games for the Celtics. Evan Turner is the biggest beneficiary of this news – he stepped up with a solid game last night in Bradley’s absence putting up a double double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. He also added three assists and a block.

Isaiah Thomas

Phoenix Suns
1/05/16, 2:30 PM ET

Isaiah Thomas misses practice, likely to play tomorrow

The Celtics guard missed practice and his left wrist was wrapped. Despite this news he is still considered probable to play tomorrow – if that changes we’ll let you know as soon as we hear of it.

Devin Harris

Dallas Mavericks
1/05/16, 1:36 PM ET

Devin Harris will play, Deron Williams questionable

Devin Harris told media that he would play tonight for the Mavericks. In the meantime, Deron Williams is questionable as he is waiting to be cleared to return from his injury. Harris, J.J. Barea, and Raymond Felton would likely split PG duties if Williams is unable to go. They Mavs take on the Kings who are 27th in terms of PG DvP and second worst in the league behind only the Lakers in terms of fantasy points allowed per game. It’s tough to trust any of the three, however, with the uncertainty as to how the minutes will be divided.

Derrick Rose

Memphis Grizzlies
1/05/16, 1:31 PM ET

Hoiberg optimistic that Derrick Rose will play tonight

The Bulls Head Coach stated that he is optimistic Derrick Rose will play today after Rose moved well in the team shootaround this morning. Rose has missed the last three games but would be in consideration on a small five game slate against a Bucks team that is 23rd overall in terms of fantasy points allowed per game. He’s considered a game-time decision and we’ll update you as we learn more.

Matt Barnes

Golden State Warriors
1/04/16, 11:24 PM ET

Matt Barnes starting, Tony Allen to the bench

Matt Barnes will be returning to the starting lineup tonight. His return moves Tony Allen to the bench. Barnes will be an under-owned player tonight, and he can produce in an uptempo game against the Blazers. Barnes is a GPP only play on such a large slate tonight.

Festus Ezeli

Portland Trail Blazers
1/04/16, 11:13 PM ET

Festus Ezeli to play on Monday

Festus Ezeli will play on Monday against the Hornets. Ezeli is still on Bogut’s backup, and with Bogut healthy tonight, Ezeli is not much of a DFS option. Ezeli has had a toe issue that caused him to miss multiple games.

Stephen Curry

Golden State Warriors
1/04/16, 11:03 PM ET

Steph Curry (shin) will play tonight

Steph Curry was listed as questionable to play all day, but he went through his pregame warmups and was confirmed in. Curry will be an under-owned player tonight, so if you are playing in the late slate try to get him in. There has been no indication of Curry being limited, so roll him out there with full confidence.

Jeremy Lin

Golden State Warriors
1/04/16, 10:57 PM ET

Jeremy Lin starting tonight for Batum

Jeremy Lin will be returning to the lineup and starting tonight with Nicolas Batum out with an injured toe. Lin will likely have to guard Klay Thompson, which makes his DFS value sink. Lin is an offensive player and Thompson’s length will likely bother him. Kemba Walker also gets most of the usage so Lin is a GPP option at best tonight.

Other tagged players: Nicolas Batum

Brandon Rush

Portland Trail Blazers
1/04/16, 10:49 PM ET

Brandon Rush will start at SF, Barnes will come off the bench

Brandon Rush will be making another start tonight even though Harrison Barnes has returned. Barnes is still on a minutes restriction, so Rush was kept in the starting lineup. Rush is not a DFS option along with Barnes tonight.
