Kendall Marshall

Kendall Marshall to start tonight

After resting Monday night, Kendall Marshall will get the start at point guard for the 76ers tonight against Atlanta Hawks. While it’s tough to trust the minutes Marshall will get (he’s played just 36 minutes in his first two games), he’s at a price point ($3,100 on DraftKings and $3,700 on FanDuel) that makes him a viable punt option (moreso on DK than FD) if you’re looking to roster some of the higher priced players.

Derrick Rose

Memphis Grizzlies
12/16/15, 1:01 PM ET

Derrick Rose will play tonight

Rose has been battling an illness but will play tonight against the Memphis Grizzlies. It used to be a match up you would want to avoid at all costs but the Grizzlies are 25th in PG DvP this season and Rose’s price tag is very affordable. Rose, however, hasn’t topped 20 fantasy points on DraftKings his last three games out so it’s a very risky play best saved for a GPP dart throw or two.

Kyrie Irving

Dallas Mavericks

Kyrie Irving not coming back tomorrow

The Cavaliers point guard tweeted out that he will not be returning tomorrow. Matthew Dellavedova and Mo Williams will continue to share the point guard duties until he does return.

Dwyane Wade

Miami Heat
12/16/15, 12:55 PM ET

Miami Heat injury updates for today's game

Dwayne Wade missed the morning shootaround with an illness and is considered questionable for tonight’s game. Tyler Johnson has missed the last three games but is probable to play tonight. Josh McRoberts will miss his fourth consecutive game. If Wade does sit, Gerald Green would be an elite value play at the SG position. Green has put up 20+ DraftKings fpts his last three games out. Johnson would also be in play but Green is the preferred target.

Paul George

Boston Celtics

Paul George probable to play tonight

The Pacers star small forward has been battling an illness but the team believes that he will play tonight against the Dallas Mavericks. The Mavs do a decent job defending SF’s, ranking 11th in DvP and with such a large slate and plenty of options to choose from, it’s probably best to limit George to a GPP only play given his price tag across the industry.

John Henson

New York Knicks
12/16/15, 1:38 AM ET

John Henson starting for Greg Monroe

John Henson is starting for the injured Greg Monroe. Henson is a PF on DraftKings so the pivot would be Roy Hibbert. Hibbert is a great option and is better than a 0 that Monroe would be giving your squad. The Lakers will play Hibbert near 30 minutes so look for him to provide solid value.

Greg Monroe

Minnesota Timberwolves
12/15/15, 11:24 PM ET

Greg Monroe (knee) late scratch-Will not play Tuesday

Greg Monroe was a last minute scratch with a knee injury and John Henson will be his replacement. Henson is a PF on DraftKings so the swap is not even eligible. Roy Hibbert is the only center left for tonight that can provide any sort of value. If you can switch to Hibbert it might be able to save your lineup.

Donatas Motiejunas

San Antonio Spurs
12/15/15, 10:29 PM ET

Donatas Motiejunas to start, Clint Capela backup C

Donatas Motiejunas will be starting for the Rockets tonight against the Kings. Montiejunas is coming off a 19 point performance last night and makes for a good late swap pivot with his cheap price. Montiejunas will likely have to guard Rudy Gay throughout, so he will likely not have as much of an offensive impact tonight.

Terrence Jones

Houston Rockets
12/15/15, 10:02 PM ET

Terrence Jones and Clint Capela both available to play

Terrence Jones and Clint Capela are both available to play after being questionable all day. Jones is likely more limited than Capela and Capela will likely draw the start. Capela should play a bunch tonight as the Rockets will likely limit Dwight Howard’s minutes on the second night of a back-to-back.

Jordan Clarkson

New York Knicks
12/15/15, 9:31 PM ET

Jordan Clarkson starting, D'Angelo Russell to the bench

Jordan Clarkson will return to starting lineup after missing a couple games with an ankle injury. Russell is likely to go back to the bench and his DFS value takes a significant hit. The Bucks are a solid defensive team so Clarkson is not much more than a GPP play tonight.

Joe Ingles

Minnesota Timberwolves
12/15/15, 9:07 PM ET

Joe Ingles ruled out Wednesday

Joe Ingles has been ruled out and his absence doesn’t do much from a DFS perspective. Gordon Hayward may get a couple extra minutes against the Pelicans. Ingles only got run if the game was a blowout and his timetable to return has not been officially stated.

Darrell Arthur

Phoenix Suns
12/15/15, 8:56 PM ET

Darrell Arthur available to play Tuesday

Darrell Arthur is available to play tonight against the Timberwolves. Arthur is not much of a DFS option but he does cut into the minutes of the other Nuggets big men. Nikola Jokic, Joffrey Lauvergne, and J.J. Hickson should all be in the big man time share.

As reported by: Jason Kosmicki

Emmanuel Mudiay

Sacramento Kings
12/15/15, 8:13 PM ET

Emmanuel Mudiay out, Darrell Arthur GTD

Emmanuel Mudiay has been confirmed as out, so Jameer Nelson will be starting PG again for the Nuggets. Nelson is a chalky punt play tonight on a short slate and should see around 30 minutes. He does not have a huge ceiling but can still provide solid value without hurting you. Darrell Arthur is a GTD with a knee injury and if he does return he is still not much of a DFS play tonight. Look for Joffery Lauverenge and Nikola Jokic as the Nuggets big men to play extended minutes tonight against a big front line of the Timberwolves.

As reported by: Jason Kosmicki

Matthew Dellavedova

Sacramento Kings
12/15/15, 8:01 PM ET

Matthew Dellavedova and J.R. Smith expected to start tonight

J.R Smith missed the previous game with an illness and Matthew Dellavedova will continue to start as a the defensive point guard. Smith’s return puts Jared Cunningham back to the bench. Iman Shumpert is the likely SG that will backup Smith now that he has some game time under his belt. Look for Shumpert to get crunch time minutes if J.R. Smith allows Avery Bradley to play well.

R.J. Hunter

Charlotte Hornets
12/15/15, 7:22 PM ET

R.J. Hunter available to play on Tuesday

Although Hunter is available, he may not see the court tonight if James Young has passed him in the rotation. Young has seen a moderate amount of run over the past 4 games, but hasn’t seen more than 20 minutes of run in any game. Neither Young or Hunter are viable DFS options, and Hunter’s presence won’t have much (if any) impact on the starter’s playing time.
