Luol Deng listed as questionable for Thursday
Deng missed morning shootaround and is officially listed as questionable for tonight. He’s missed the last three games and appears closer to doubtful than questionable, which would lead to added value for the likes of Gerald Green and Justice Winslow. Both players have very low floors, but Green’s ability to score in a hurry does give him a relatively high ceiling accounting for his price. Miami will be in a pace up game against the Thunder tonight.

Rivers likely to start for injured Chris Paul
Austin Rivers is likely to start for the injured Chris Paul tonight. It has not been officially announced, but Rivers makes the most sense with Jamal Crawford struggling. Rivers would make for a solid late swap option against the Pacers.
Lavoy Allen starting over C.J. Miles tonight
The Pacers are looking to match the size of the Clippers and will bring Lavoy Allen into the starting lineup. C.J. Miles goes to the bench and he loses some value. The Clippers are short handed as well so it is likely that Miles and Rodney Stuckey are able to attack the Clippers second unit.

Chris Paul has been ruled out for Wednesday’s contest against the Pacers. Doc Rivers mentioned that he will likely be out for a couple games. Jamal Crawford and Austin Rivers will see biggest bump in values, with Blake Griffin being the elite option for the Clippers.

Carmelo Anthony will return after a one-game absence with an illness. Anthony makes for an elite option against the Sixers and should easily hit value if the Knicks don’t blow them out. Arron Afflalo’s value gets hit slightly due to Anthony’s return. Afflalo had a season-high 31 points in his last game.

The Bulls have listed Aaron Brooks as active after missing the past four games. Brooks is not a DFS option tonight with his iffy minutes. Derrick Rose is an elite option against the Nuggets with Pau Gasol likely leading the team as well. Jimmy Butler is suffering from a heel injury so the Bulls will have to rely more on Rose and Gasol.

The Nuggets will be without Gary Harris again tonight who is suffering from a concussion. Randy Foye will start in his place, but does not offer much DFS value. Foye has been struggling with his shot and Will Barton makes for the only playable Denver SG. The Nuggets travel to Chicago to face a tough Bulls team, so don’t expect much from them.

The Jazz have listed Rudy Gobert out indefinitely and that makes Derrick Favors an elite fantasy option. Trevor Booker will also see extended run with Gobert out. Favors and the Jazz take on the Magic tomorrow night and Favors should have his way. Vucevic is not a great defensive big man and will allow Favors to get what he wants.

This move doesn’t make a ton of sense against a very tough Spurs defense, but Jason Kidd will throw Ennis to the wolves and give him a start tonight. Bayless will likely still see upwards of 28-30 minutes and may have more success against the Spurs second unit, so it’s not a big drop off for him in terms of value. Ennis isn’t expected to cross the 20 minute mark even as a starter. Michael Carter-Williams will share the backup minutes with Bayless, but he likely won’t be much of a factor tonight.

James Johnson will miss tonight’s game with an Achilles injury. Johnson was not getting much playing time so his absence does not do much from a DFS perspective. It does open up some extra minutes for Patrick Patterson and he makes for a viable punt option.

Gary Neal is active tonight for the Wizards against the Lakers and his return diminishes Garrett Temple’s role. With Drew Gooden out, look for Kris Humphries to get some extended run tonight as well. The Lakers are playing on the second night of a back-to-back so the bench of the Wizards is in play incase of a blowout.

Ish Smith had been starting for Jrue Holiday when he was resting but with Tyreke Evans back in the lineup, the Pelicans will start Eric Gordon. The Pelicans are a mess, but they play a Rockets team that is just as bad with their rotation. Eric Gordon will likely be guarded by James Harden so he does have upside in what should be a high-scoring game.

Leuer is an elite value target tonight against the Pistons, as he’s lined up against a player with a similar skill set in Ersan Ilyasova. With Tyson Chandler out, the Suns are very thin in the front-court, so expect him to cross the 30 minute mark as a starter. T.J. Warren also stands to benefit with Morris out and can be targeted as a GPP punt at SF.

The Suns have ruled out Markieff Morris for tonight’s game against the Pistons. The Suns will start Jon Leuer in his place and he makes for a fine punt option at $3,700 on DraftKings. Leuer is rested and only played 11 minutes last night, so he should be good to go for some extended run tonight.

Zeller will enter the starting lineup with Al Jefferson out for the next handful of games. He’s a viable target tonight given his cheap price tag, but his ceiling isn’t terribly high against a tough Warriors front-court that forces teams to go small more than most teams. Marvin Williams’ minutes should end up in the 32-37 range with Zeller also in the starting lineup.
