NOS RB Mark Ingram listed questionable for Sunday
Mark Ingram has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. Ingram is still dealing with a knee injury that plagued him earlier this season and could be in jeopardy of missing this weekend’s game. If he were to be ruled out, Alvin Kamara would play an even bigger role in the Saints backfield and would have Tony Jones Jr. available to back him up. Kamara and Taysom Hill should both be the focal points of the offense this weekend and Ingram’s potential absence would only strengthen their values. It will be important to check Ingram’s status when inactives are released Sunday 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
As reported by: New Orleans SaintsSEA TE Will Dissly listed questionable for Sunday
Will Dissly has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. Dissly is expected to serve as the primary backup tight end to Gerald Everett but if Dissly were to be ruled out, this role would be filled by Colby Parkinson. Neither Dissly nor Parkinson would be expected to see enough touches behind Everett to be worth considering in DFS contests at this time.
As reported by: John BoyleGBP RB Aaron Jones listed questionable for Sunday
Aaron Jones has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions. Jones is not likely to play a major role this weekend, regardless of his injury status as this game is meaningless to the Packers. They will likely play their starters for a quarter or two to stay in game shape and then bring in the reserves. A.J. Dillon and Patrick Taylor will likely see the bulk of the running back work with Dillon also likely to be rested at some point as well. With no clear snap count for any Green Bay players it is tough to trust any in DFS contests this weekend.
As reported by: Rob DemovskyJAC TE James O'Shaughnessy ruled out for Sunday
James O’Shaughnessy has been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. With O’Shaughnessy ruled out this week, Jacob Hollister will serve as the top tight end for the Jaguars and can be considered as a value option. It is also worth noting that Dan Arnold has been designated to return to practice and could return this Sunday but would need to be activated tomorrow. If he were to play he would need to be considered as Trevor Lawrence showed a connection with him earlier in the season.
As reported by: Jacksonville JaguarsDET QB Jared Goff, WR Josh Reynolds, and TE Brock Wright listed questionable for Sunday; FB Jason Cabinda listed out
Jared Goff, Josh Reynolds, and Brock Wright have all been listed questionable for Sunday’s matchup against the Green Bay Packer, while Jason Cabinda has been listed out. Jared Goff is closer to probable according to HC Dan Campbell so he should be good to play this weekend. If he were to have a setback Tim Boyle would draw the start and hurt all pass-catchers. If Reynolds were unable to play this week, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Kalif Raymond could play even bigger roles in the passing game than they are normally accustomed to. St. Brown would be worthy of consideration in DFS contests. If Wright were to be ruled out, Jared Pinkney and Ross Travis would likely split tight end snaps though neither would be expected to be DFS relevant.
As reported by: Detroit Lions Other tagged players: Josh Reynolds, Brock WrightNYJ WR Braxton Berrios listed doubtful for Sunday UPDATE: Placed on IR officially out
Braxton Berrios has been listed doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills. If Berrios were to be officially ruled out (Update: placed on IR officially out), Crowder (expected to return this week) and Keelan Cole would be the top receivers for New York and could be considered in DFS contests as value options. It still remains difficult to trust most members of the Jets offense, especially in a tough matchup against the Buffalo defense.
As reported by: Ralph VacchianoPIT WR Diontae Johnson activated from COVID list
Diontae Johnson has been activated from the COVID list and will be eligible to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. Johnson will likely slot back in as the top receiver for Pittsburgh and should see a hefty share of the targets. Johnson had a massive game last time he played the Ravens amassing over 100 yards and two touchdowns. Johnson will need to be considered in DFS contests this weekend.
As reported by: Pittsburgh SteelersDAL RB Tony Pollard ruled out for Saturday
Tony Pollard has been ruled out for Saturday’s contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. Pollard is still dealing with the same foot injury that caused him to miss some games earlier in the season and will be forced to miss another. With Pollard out, Ezekiel Elliott will lead the Dallas backfield for however long Dallas wants to risk his health (this game doesn’t matter for playoff seeding) with Corey Clement and JaQuan Hardy available to back him up. This will be a difficult situation to deal with in DFS as we don’t know how long Dallas will play its starters.
As reported by: Jon MachotaBAL QB Lamar Jackson officially ruled out for Sunday; WR Devin Duvernay listed questionable
Lamar Jackson has officially been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, while Devin Duvernay has been listed questionable. This was the expected news after Tyler Huntley was announced as the starter earlier today. With Huntley starting at quarterback, pass-catchers should see a slight increase in expected volume due to Huntley not rushing as much as Jackson (though he will still run). Huntley can be considered in most formats after performing well on multiple occasions filling in for Jackson, though this is a tough matchup against the Pittsburgh defense. Duvernay is expected to serve as the third receiver behind Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman. If he were to be ruled out, Tylan Wallace and Sammy Watkins could be forced to play a larger role in the offense but would still not be worth considering in DFS contests.
As reported by: Jonas Shaffer Other tagged players: Devin DuvernayCIN TE C.J. Uzomah listed questionable for Sunday
C.J. Uzomah has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals have already made it clear that they are willing to rest players this week if they are banged up so it wouldn’t be surprising for Uzomah to join this list after not logging a practice this week. If he were to be ruled out, the tight end position would likely be split between Drew Sample and Mitchell Wilcox. Sample could be considered as a value option in DFS contests but it is tough to trust Brandon Allen getting him the ball enough for him to really make an impact.
As reported by: Geoff HobsonATL TE Kyle Pitts, WR Frank Darby, and RB Qadree Ollison all listed questionable for Sunday
Kyle Pitts, Frank Darby, and Qadree Ollison have all been listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. Pitts said to media members that he will play this weekend and has a shot to break the rookie tight end record for receiving yards. However, if Pitts were unable to go this weekend, Hayden Hurst would likely step into the primary tight end role with Lee Smith and Parker Hesse available to back him up. Hurst would need to be considered in DFS contests as a value option in an offense that heavily relies on its tight ends in the passing game. Darby is expected to serve as receiver depth and his potential absence would not be DFS relevant. The same could be said for Ollison who is expected to serve as running back depth.
As reported by: Mike Rothstein Other tagged players: Frank Darby, Qadree OllisonNYG QB Mike Glennon, WR Kadarius Toney, WR John Ross listed out for Sunday; WR Collin Johnson listed questionable
Mike Glennon, Kadarius Toney, John Ross all listed out for Sunday’s game against the Washington Football Team, while Collin Johnson has been listed questionable. Mike Glennon is dealing with a wrist injury and if he were unable to go this weekend, Jake Fromm would likely draw the start. Fromm wouldn’t be a significant drop-off from Glennon as neither has been very good. With Toney and Ross ruled out, we could see some practice squad receivers (like Pharoh Cooper) get some meaningful game snaps behind Kenny Golladay, Darius Slayton, and Collin Johnson. It remains difficult to trust any member of the Giants offense in DFS contests.
As reported by: Washington Football Team Other tagged players: Kadarius Toney, John Ross, Collin JohnsonBUF WR Emmanuel Sanders listed doubtful for Sunday
Emmanuel Sanders has been listed doubtful for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets. Sanders is continuing to deal with a knee injury that has kept him out each of the last two games. In his expected absence, Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley are expected to play larger roles with Davis being the biggest beneficiary. Davis will be wide receiver two behind Stefon Diggs and can be considered in most formats in an easier matchup against the New York secondary.
As reported by: Buffalo BillsCLE RB Kareem Hunt and TE David Njoku listed questionable for Sunday
Kareem Hunt and David Njoku have been listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Hunt is expected to split time in the backfield with Nick Chubb with Hunt playing most of the passing downs and Chubb seeing much of the early down work. If Hunt were to be ruled out, Chubb would be expected to see the bulk of the work with D’Ernest Johnson also mixing in. Chubb would need to be considered in DFS contests but there is some concern about how much he would play in a meaningless game. Njoku is dealing with a shoulder injury and if he were to be ruled out, Austin Hooper and Harrison Bryant could play a bigger role in the passing attack. Baker Mayfield has already been ruled out for this weekend, so Case Keenum will be under center but this isn’t necessarily a huge downgrade for pass-catchers in the Cleveland offense. Both Hooper and Bryant could be considered for DFS contests in an offense that relies heavily on its tight ends.
As reported by: Nate Ulrich Other tagged players: David NjokuARI RB Chase Edmonds and WR Rondale Moore ruled out for Sunday
Chase Edmonds and Rondale Moore have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. James Conner seems to be trending towards a return after missing the last few weeks with a heel injury. With Edmonds unable to go this weekend, Conner will step back into the lead back role and would need to be considered in DFS contests. Conner has proven how valuable he can be in this role and he draws an incredible matchup against the Seahawks defense this week. With Moore ruled out, Christian Kirk, A.J. Green and Antione Wesley should all see a few more targets increasing their value. It is also worth noting that the absence of both Edmonds and Moore could also lead to a few more targets for tight end Zach Ertz who has been a solid performer the last few weeks.
