Boom/Bust WR Being Overlooked?
Tyler Lockett comes with a good deal of risk thanks to the run heavy Seattle offense, but in an elite matchup against Arizona and with a few extra targets being up for grabs with Josh Gordon suspended, Lockett could be poised for a big game.
Underpriced WR With Upside
Keenan Allen appears to be over the hump and has settled back into a prominent WR1 in this Chargers offense, and in a great matchup against the Raiders bad pass defense, the significant volume at a price under 7k on both main sites puts Allen in a prime spot to pay off his price in week 16.

Eagles WR Nelson Agholor (Knee) Will Not Play Vs. Cowboys on Sunday
As reported by: Adam SchefterVikings RB Dalvin Cook Ruled Out for Monday Night, RB Alexander Mattison is Questionable
Cook (shoulder) has officially been ruled out for Monday night against the Packers, and his primary backup, rookie Alexander Mattison (ankle) looks to be more on the doubtful side of questionable. If this game was on the main slate, RB Mike Boone would be looking like a free square. However, Cook was announced out before DK and FD released Showdown pricing, so Boone will likely be popular but not severely underpriced for his potential role. Boone showed he was capable of carrying the load last weekend, scoring two TDs on 13 touches. Ameer Abdullah and C.J. Ham figure to get a few touches behind Boone should Mattison sit. Monday night’s matchuip is also solid – the Packers defense has allowed the highest rush success rate in the NFL at 55.8% and ranks just 25th in DVOA vs. the run.
As reported by: Ryan Wood Other tagged players: Ameer AbdullahSeahawks Downgrade LT Duane Brown (Biceps, Knee) to Out for Sunday’s Game Against Arizona
The Seahawks will be down one of their best offensive linemen on Sunday vs. the Cardinals. Chandler Jones and company will try to take advantage of the Seahawks’ banged up O-line, which won’t be easy as the Seahawks have one of the highest ITTs of the weekend.
As reported by: Brady HendersonLions Activate RB Kerryon Johnson off of IR, Eligible to Play Tomorrow Against the Broncos
The second-year back has been activated off of Injured Reserve and is expected to play Sunday vs. the Broncos. With J.D. McKissic, Bo Scarbrough (questionable), Wes Hills, and Ty Johnson also potentially in the mix, this Lions’ backfield is absolutely a mess to project. Based on the ambiguity of Johnson’s snap count, he makes for an interesting large-field tournament play at near minimum salary on some sites and low projected ownership.
As reported by: Kyle MeinkeTitans RB Derrick Henry (Hamstring) Downgraded to Questionable for Sunday's game
Henry was on the injury report earlier in the week with a hamstring ailment, where he was subsequently removed from it and then re-added this afternoon. The bruising back’s status needs to be monitored given the reappearance of the dreaded “Q” tag, as well as the Titans’ motivation heading into Sunday’s matchup against New Orleans. With the Texans locking up the AFC South earlier today, the Titans will need to get to the playoffs by grabbing a wildcard spot. The final two weeks of the regular season can be quite tricky for DFS because of the potential lack of incentive for NFL teams, and the playoff-hopeful Titans are potentially an unusual team to question in Week 16.
As reported by: Jim WyattPatriots QB Tom Brady Reportedly "is Not Shaking Out [his] Elbow as Consistently or With the Same Vigor as Last Week in Cincinnati or ... at Practice this Week"
NFL Network’s Michael Giardi Tweeted: “FWIW, Tom Brady is not shaking out the elbow as consistently or with the same vigor as last week in Cincinnati or for the brief periods we saw him at practice this week.”
Keep an eye out for reports on Brady’s health as we approach kickoff for this afternoon’s game featuring the Patriots and Bills. Brady may be operating at less than 100%, which would downgrade projections for the Patriots’ pass catchers.
As reported by: Michael GiardiRB Darren Sproles Announces Retirement from the NFL
Darren Sproles, one of the best “little” guys to play in the NFL in recent memory, has officially retired from the NFL. If he returned this season, his most likely landing spot would have been the Eagles, who he last played for and may be in need of RB depth if they make the postseason.
Patriots WR Julian Edelman is Officially Active Today Vs. the Bills
As expected, the former Super Bowl MVP will suit up today against the Bills, although he is likely at less than 100% (he did not play his usual allotment of snaps last weekend). Edelman should command about a fourth of Brady’s targets today vs. a fantastic Bills secondary that allows the 27th-most FPs to receivers and is third in pass DVOA.
As reported by: New England PatriotsPackers TE Jimmy Graham (Wrist, Groin) Will Play on Monday Night Vs. Vikings
As expected, Graham will play through his injuries on Monday Night Football. He has dealt with several injuries this season but not missed a game. This is not an easy matchuo for the veteran against the Vikings, who tend to funnel production to the outside; the Vikings allow the sixth-fewest FPs to TEs but the fifth-most to WRs.
As reported by: ProFootballTalkRams K Greg Zuerlein (Right Quad) Will Kick Tonight Vs. the 49ers
Zuerlein, who is listed as questionable for tonight’s game with a right quad injury, will play vs. the 49ers. Fire him up in your Showdown contests in a must-win game for the Rams.
As reported by: Ian RappaportTexans WR Keke Coutee is a Healthy Scratch Today Against the Bucs
Coutee is a healthy scratch again today, as he has been often during the home stretch of the 2019 season. DeAndre Carter will be the receiver in four-wide sets, although he primarily plays special teams. Carter is the ultimate cheap single-game punt play. Due to the plethora of low-priced options DFS players will flock to, including the Bucs’ secondary receivers and Texans’ tight ends, Carter should be under 2% owned in single-game contests today.
As reported by: Aaron WilsonTexans RB Carlos Hyde (Ankle) is Officially Active
As expected, Hyde (ankle) will be the primary back today vs. the Bucs, with Duke Johnson mixing in for mostly passing downs. Hyde was heavily utilized last week against the Titans in a positive game script, rushing 26 times for 104 yards and a touchdown. Though he was not targeted and remains a game-script and touchdown-dependent running back against the top rushing defense in the league today, Hyde is still in play for tournaments given the lack of good options at the running back position on the Saturday slate.
As reported by: Aaron WilsonTexans WR Will Fuller is Officially Active Today Vs. the Texans
As expected, the often-injured speedster will play today against the Bucs. Fuller is projected a 21% target share and will be a very popular option on the Saturday slate. The Bucs, who everyone knows are a funnel defense ranking first vs. the run but 31st vs. the pass, sneakily allow the third-fewest explosive plays in the NFL this season. Fuller obviously is a fine tournament play, but he is far from a cash-game lock due to his boom-or-bust nature and the Bucs’ tendency to prevent big completions.
