Jacobs is questionable but expected to at least try to play. Jacobs managed to break 100 yards last week, even as the Raiders lost 40-9. The Raiders will be without tackle Trent Brown, a significant hit to their offensive line. Second-year tackle Brandon Parker will fill in for Brown.

Just when it started to seem like you could count of Mostert to produce for the 49ers, Breida is set to return Sunday. The backfield once again has three strong options, with Tevin Coleman also healthy.

Dalvin Cook will play Sunday despite nursing a chest injury that limited him all week. It is fair to wonder if Cook can be productive in his current state, given that he has totaled 55 yards rushing on 20 attempts the past two weeks. Still, he found the endzone each week and continues to catch passes.

Adam Humphries has been ruled out for Sunday and will miss his first game of the season. He has averaged approximately four targets and three catches per game this year, so his absence don’t significantly increase the value of the Titans’ other WRs. Sharpe is questionable to return after sitting out last week.

As reported by: Carolina PanthersDamien Williams (Rib) Ruled Out for Sunday
Williams has been ruled out Sunday, leaving one fewer Chiefs’ RB to worry about. LeSean McCoy should get the most touches, but Darwin Thompson will also have a role. Recently acquired Spencer Ware could play Sunday, although his status hasn’t been confirmed.
As reported by: Adam Teicher Other tagged players: LeSean McCoy, Darwin Thompson, Spencer WareMarquise Brown (Ankle), Seth Roberts (Knee) Questionable for Sunday
Both Brown and Roberts are officially questionable for Sunday. Brown has been extremely inconsistent this season, playing his usual snap count last week and finishing with just 1 catch for 2 yards. However, he will always have huge play potential when he suits up. Seth Roberts has limited upside even as the third WR on the Ravens, not topping 40 yards in any game this season and totaling just 1 TD in 11 games.

As reported by: Buffalo Bills PRParris Campbell (Hand), Marlon Mack (Hand) Will Play Sunday
The Colts are slowly getting healthier. While T.Y. Hilton is still out, the Colts will have both Marlon Mack and Parris Campbell. Mack should boost the Colts run game, while reducing the roles for Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins.
