Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey (Contract Dispute) is Flying to Denver This Afternoon
The star CB is traveling with the team for its clash with the Broncos tomorrow, despite his unhappiness with the Jaguars front office and his apparent back issue. While there has been a lot of drama around Ramsey’s trade request, it would be surprising if he does not play given that he has never missed a start in his career. Ramsey’s presence would be a significant downgrade to WR Courtland Sutton, who plays mostly on the outside. Ramsey, one of the top-rated corners by PFF, also makes the Jags DST more appealing against a struggling Denver offense.

The Super Bowl MVP is traveling to Buffalo right now and expected to play through the chest injury he suffered last week, though he is currently listed as questionable. Edelman was on his way to a huge day before he got hurt last week, dominating the team’s target share. However, tomorrow’s road matchup in Buffalo will be the toughest the Patriots offense has seen this season; the Bills are 4th in defensive pass DVOA and 28th in explosive passes allowed. With Vegas also pounding the under in this game (the O/U is 42.5), Edelman and his fellow offensive playmakers are only deep GPP fliers this weekend.

Swaim has been added to the Jaguars’ injury report with an illness. Swaim only has 8 catches for 39 yards on 10 targets in 2019. If he can’t go, TE James O’Shaughnessy could see extra opportunity and would be more viable on afternoon slates tomorrow due to the lack of elite tight end options.

Rookie fifth-round pick Daylon Mack would likely make his NFL debut if Williams can’t play Sunday against the Browns. Baker Mayfield will also have his starting RT back after he was sidelined last weekend.

There is no timetable on Superman’s return, meaning Kyle Allen could be the starting QB for the Panthers well into the middle of the season.

Conley was limited for the first two practices of the week, but was a full participant on Friday. He will play without restriction for the Jaguars this week.
As reported by: Michael DiRoccoRashaad Penny (Hamstring) Questionable Week 4
Penny started the week by missing practice Wednesday, progressed to limited on Thursday, and finally to being a full participant on Friday. Although he’s questionable, he looks ready to play.
As reported by: Gregg Bell Other tagged players: Chris CarsonRex Burkhead (Foot), Julian Edelman (Chest), and Matt LaCosse (Ankle) All Questionable Week 4
Burkhead and Edelman both played last week and seem on track to play this week. LaCosse did miss the Week 3 game, so he would be more like to miss this game.
As reported by: Mike Reiss Other tagged players: Julian Edelman, Matt LaCosseDanny Amendola (Chest) Limited Friday, Questionable Sunday
Amendola still has a good chance to play, especially since he was able to get a limited practice in Friday.
As reported by: Tim TwentymanMatthew Stafford (Hip) Limited Friday, Questionable Week 4
Stafford appeared on the injury report Friday with a hip injury. It is very unlikely that he can’t play Sunday, especially given his history of playing through minor injuries. He hasn’t missed a game in 9 years, so expect Stafford to play.
As reported by: Tim TwentymanDamiere Byrd (Hamstring) Out Week 4
Byrd has been ruled out for Week 4, and Trent Sherfield will get more snaps, according to coach Kliff Kingsbury. Byrd had carved out a nice role in the offense, with 18 targets in 3 weeks and he played a season-high 96% of the snaps Week 3. Sherfield has been almost exclusively a special teams player this season, with 0 targets over the first three games.
As reported by: Scott Bordow Other tagged players: Trent SherfieldEmmanuel Sanders (Hamstring), Royce Freeman (Shoulder) Will Both Play Week 4
Sanders had his first bad game of the season last week, with just 2 catches for 10 yards. He had been averaging 8 catches, 92 yards and a touchdown the first two weeks. He was limited in practice but should get his normal snap load this week. Freeman was limited in practice Wednesday but has been improving throughout the week. He should have his normal split of carries with Phillip Lindsay.
As reported by: Jeff Legwold Other tagged players: Royce FreemanVirgil Green Out, Travis Benjamin Doubtful Week 4
Benjamin is in for an increased workload if he ends up playing, as Mike Williams has already been ruled out. Dontrelle Inman should see a huge increase in targets if Benjamin is ruled out.
As reported by: Los Angeles Chargers Other tagged players: Travis BenjaminMike Williams, Justin Jackson Both Out Sunday, Melvin Gordon Could Play
Mike Williams and Justin Jackson have both been ruled out Week 4. Jackson being out opens up the door for Melvin Gordon to play this week, despite just reporting to the team on Thursday. Williams’ absence frees targets (he had 7 last week), and the Chargers play the Dolphins this week, making every target valuable. Keenan Allen got 17 targets last week and should see a massive target share again. Dontrelle Inman should see a boost, especially if Travis Benjamin is out (he’s doubtful currently).

Gabriel will miss Week 4 with the concussion he suffered last week. Cordarrelle Patterson and Javon Wims should both get more snaps and targets this week.
