TE Evan Engram (hamstring) not practicing Wednesday
The Giants tight end injured his hamstring in warmups of Week 12’s loss to the Eagles but was optimistic about playing this week. His participation on Thursday and Friday will be telling. Rhett Ellison turned in 77 yards on 6 targets in Engram’s absence on Sunday.

Beat writers reported that Edwards seemed fine when he spoke with the media on Wednesday and the Ravens new lead back has yet to be given an injury designation so it may just be a rest day. Collins is unlikely to play in Week 13 as he’s nursing a foot injury while Edwards and fellow back Ty Montgomery have now settled in as the top 2 backs on the team.

Lamar Jackson is expected to start again in Week 13 where he’ll be 3 for 3 on friendly matchups so far this year as the Falcons ranked last in the league in defensive DVOA.
As reported by: Jeff Zrebiec Other tagged players: Lamar JacksonRB Kerryon Johnson (knee) not practicing Wednesday
Johnson is likely to miss another week after recently taking the lead back reins. In his absence last game, LeGarrette Blount had over 100 total yards on 20 touches and while Theo Riddick caught 7 passes. Expect both to be heavily involved again on Sunday, with Riddick potentially seeing more snaps than Blount this time around given gamescript concerns against the Rams potent offense.

Watkins essentially missed Week 11’s shootout against the Rams and the fact that he’s not practicing after the bye week is concerning. The Chiefs are massive favorites against the Raiders so it would not be surprising to see the Chiefs’ WR2 sit another week, allowing Chris Conley to see a meaningful role again after going 7-74 and scoring 2 touchdowns in the aforementioned shootout.
As reported by: Nate TaylorQB Mitch Trubisky (shoulder) not expected to practice Wednesday and remains day-to-day
Head Coach Matt Nagy said the Bears QB1 could end up being a game-time decision on Sunday, though if Trubisky can’t practice in some form on Thursday and Friday, expect Chase Daniel to make another start after proving to be competent against the Lions in Week 12. The Bears take on the Giants who are ranked bottom 5 in pass defense DVOA.
As reported by: Jeff Dickerson Other tagged players: Chase DanielWR Danny Amendola (knee) not practicing Wednesday
This probably explains today’s promotion of practice squad wideout Isaiah Ford. Amendola suffered the injury in Week 12’s late loss to the Colts. He leads the Dolphins in targets and would leave more opportunity to the likes of Kenny Stills and DeVanter Parker. However, they face a Bills team boasting one of the top pass defenses in the league this week.

Devin Funchess wasn’t spotted at practice today. If he remains out it would open up more value this week between DJ Moore and Curtis Samuel.

Keke Coutee trending toward playing against Browns. According to Head Coach Bill O’Brien: “It’s day-to-day. I think he’ll be trending toward being able to play at Cleveland”. This is a tasty matchup for the Texans WR’s.

As reported by: Adam Schefter TwitterStill A Great Value
Brate didn’t exactly “wow” us last week, but he did salvage value with a touchdown, and the shine has likely worn off a bit for DFS players. He won’t be quite as popular this week, but the signs are still positive. His snap count rose to 51 last week (70% of the snaps), and that was by far a season high. He’s a fine pass catching tight end, and I’ll happily keep buying in at a value price tag — especially in GPPs if his ownership is significantly lower than it was a week ago.
