Ted Ginn (knee) not practicing again Friday
Ted Ginn (knee) not practicing again Friday, so it’s looking like a real possibility that he ends up sitting out on Monday night. That’s still a guessing game at this point, but both Cam Meredith and Austin Carr would figure to take on bigger snap rates with Meredith being the higher ceiling option of the two. Ginn’s practice status tomorrow will likely go a long way in determining whether he plays or not, so we’ll keep you updated on that front.

Amari Cooper (foot) is not listed on injury report and will play Sunday. The San Diego secondary isn’t a weak unit, but they do boast a bigger secondary that can have trouble with deep threats. Per Next Gen stats and Evan Silva’s must-read Matchups column, Cooper is averaging 3.8 yards of separation at target which ranks highest in the NFL among WRs. Tyreek Hill had his blowup game against this unit and with Oakland’s passing attack finally coming together, is it possible to start trusting Cooper? The answer to that is still a resounding ‘no.’ He’s going to have to stop following up his plus performances with complete duds at some point in the very near future and he’s got a great shot to do that Sunday.
Marquise Goodwin (leg) a game-time decision for Sunday
Marquise Goodwin (leg) is a game-time decision for Sunday’s game with the Cardinals. Since Jimmy Garappolo went down, Goodwin may have been the biggest loser on the 49ers side given that he and Garappolo had developed some chemistry dating back to last season, but it’s now George Kittle that seems to have taken the reins as the top target in the San Francisco passing attack. If Goodwin ends up sitting, Pierre Garcon would figure to draw more looks if Goodwin sits, with a guy like Kendrick Bourne also possibly picking up a bigger role with Dante Pettis on the shelf.
Matt Breida (shoulder) questionable for Sunday
Matt Breida (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday, but seems to be on the right track to suiting up after getting some limited practice work in this week. Arizona has faced the most rush attempts on the season thanks to dreadfully poor QB play from Sam Bradford and Josh Rosen, which has left their defense out there far too often in situations where they are trailing. If Breida ends up sitting, Alfred Morris would figure to take on a fairly sizable workload in a plus draw, so keep an eye on that one as we approach Sunday. This game starts at 4:25 ET, so have pivoting options set up if you’re invested in Breida.
Other tagged players: Alfred MorrisMarvin Jones (ankle) questionable for Sunday
Marvin Jones is a somewhat surprising Friday addition to the injury report, as he is now listed as questionable for Sunday due to an ankle injury. Though nothing up until this point has suggested Jones to be in any danger of missing the game, any time a player is a Friday addition to the injury report the situation needs to be monitored closely. If Jones were to miss, Kenny Golladay and Golden Tate would soak up the majority of the targets from Stafford.
DeAndre Hopkins not on final injury report, will play Sunday night
As expected, DeAndre Hopkins is not on final injury report and will play Sunday night against the Cowboys. Look for him to assume his usual role as #1 target for DeShaun Watson. Will Fuller has been incredible dating back to last year with Deshaun Watson under center, as he’s scored in literally every game they’ve played together, but Hopkins remains the top target in this passing game and Fuller’s streak is going to end at some point very soon.
Other tagged players: Will FullerDoug Baldwin and Chris Carson not on final injury report, will play Sunday for Seattle
Doug Baldwin and Chris Carson are not on final injury report, and both will play Sunday for Seattle. Look for the Seahawks offense to have their work cut out for them against the stout defense of the Rams.
Other tagged players: Chris CarsonTerrance Williams (foot) OUT Sunday
Terrance Williams is out Sunday night for the Cowboys due to a foot injury. No part of the Cowboys passing attack is viable for DFS use right now, as Ezekiel Elliot is currently the only consistent offensive weapon on the team.
Keke Coutee (hamstring) questionable for Sunday night
Keke Coutee exploded on the scene last week to the tune of 11 catches for 109 yards, but is questionable for Sunday night due to a hamstring injury. Much of Coutee’s production occurred after Will Fuller left the game with a hamstring injury of his own, so even if Coutee is able to go Sunday night if Fuller is active keep expectations limited as Fuller and Hopkins will still see the majority of targets.
Will Fuller (hamstring) questionable for Sunday night
Will Fuller is listed questionable for Sunday night with a hamstring injury, but has said that he intends to play barring any setbacks. Assuming he can suit up, look for him and Deandre Hopkins to receive the majority of the target share from Deshaun Watson, as always.
Corey Davis not on final injury report, will play Sunday
Corey Davis is not on final injury report, and will play Sunday against the Bills. He will serve as Mariota’s primary pass catching option against a beatable Bills secondary.
Sammy Watkins (hamstring) questionable for Sunday
Sammy Watkins is officially questionable for Sunday’s matchup against the Jags due to his hamstring injury. It appears he will be truly questionable Sunday after practicing in a limited fashion this week. His absence would mean even more targets for Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill.
TJ Yeldon and Austin Seferian-Jenkins not on final injury report, will play Sunday for Jags
TJ Yeldon will serve as the lead back for the Jags on Sunday in Fournette’s absence, and ASJ will be the starter at TE. Look for Yeldon to get a heavy workload in both the run and pass game, and Bortles will likely be throwing more than usual as well due to Fournette being inactive.
Other tagged players: Austin Seferian-JenkinsCorey Clement (quad) questionable for Sunday
Corey Clement (quad) is questionable for Sunday, and the Eagles will do what they can to have him play given that Darren Sproles has already been ruled out. Clement would figure to spell Jay Ajayi at times and filter in on third downs, but he’s not a recommended DFS option with Ajayi healthy and the presence of Wendell Smallwood.
Darren Sproles (hamstring) OUT Sunday
Darren Sproles (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game, keeping him in street clothes for another week. Corey Clement is also questionable and he’d figure to eat up some of what Sproles leaves behind with Wendell Smallwood and potentially even Josh Adams eating into the mix. Adams would likely only get run if Clement were to also sit. Jay Ajayi will continue to head the backfield in a less than ideal draw with the Vikings defense.
