E'Twaun Moore and Taj Gibson ruled out for Saturday
Both Moore and Gibson are expected to be shut down for the rest of the season due to their injuries. The Bulls are fighting for the last spot in the playoffs but their chances of making it are slim to none. Nikola Mirotic got the start against Miami on Thursday and further proved the boom-or-bust nature of his DFS value (11.7 FDFP/12.3 DKFP). Mirotic was abused inside all night and ended up fouling out of the game. If Mirotic starts again, he will be a low-end option against a tough Cavaliers interior. Justin Holiday has been picking up the minutes for Moore but is also a low-end option on Saturday. Holiday played 30 minutes on Thursday and only had 20.9 FDFP/22 DKFP.

Victor Oladipo (concussion) ruled out for Sunday; Mario Hezonja expected to start in his place
Oladipo was only able to play 28 minutes in the victory over the Heat on Friday. He suffered a concussion and will not play in the rematch in Miami on Sunday. Mario Hezonja is expected to make his seventh start of the season. Hezonja is a minimum priced player on both major sites which makes him a viable low-end option. The ceiling is not that high against a team that has been tough on guards all season. Miami is 3rd in DvP vs. SGs over the last three weeks and 10th in DRE on the season. Since there are nine games on the slate, other value options with higher upside are expected to open up.

Bazemore did not play in Thursday’s victory over the Raptors. He is dealing with a knee injury but could return against the Celtics. Bazemore was able to go through shootaround so it is likely that he will play. Thabo Sefolosha will go back to the bench if Bazemore is announced the starter.

Crawford will have the green light to shoot at will on Friday against the Jazz. Since the Clippers are playing a tough defensive team al the players don’t have a ton of upside. The Jazz are favored by 14 points with a game total projected at 184 points. Making all the options low-end GPP choices lacking a ton of upside.

With the Spurs resting four starters expect the Spurs to be a dart throw on Friday. Parker, Aldridge, Leonard, and Green will return on Sunday against the Warriors. The Nuggets are actually favored in this game making Simmons and Anderson the highest upside plays. If the game stays close both should play 28-32 minutes. Both Anderson and Simmons are minimum priced players across the industry and don’t have much downside in this game. Miller, Duncan, and West all will not play over 25 minutes.

Bryant will be making the final start of his career against the Pelicans. Bryant has only exceeded value once in the last six games thus making him a risky punt option today. With the Pelicans basically starting a D-League team, Bryant has tournament upside. D’Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson, Julius Randle, and Roy Hibbert round out the starting five.

Burks will play against the Clippers but is a low-end option. He is not expected to play over 20 minutes playing behind Rodney Hood. Hood is an elite option against the Clippers, averaging 35.08 DKFP over his last five games.

Jeff Green is likely to play with the Clippers resting four starters. Green has potential to get a fantasy point per minute making him a viable punt option. With so many options available today, Green is not at the top of the list.

Tim Frazier will replace Toney Douglas in the starting lineup. Frazier is an elite option against the Lakers with his salary still only at $5,000. Ennis will be making his second consecutive start and had 22 DKFP in the last start. Ennis is a low-end option and will not be on many rosters on Friday.

Cory Joseph, James Johnson, and Jason Thompson will replace Lowry, DeRozan, and Scola. Joseph has the highest upside of these three players but carries some risk with the total projected at 195 for the game. Powell will be a viable GPP option and should be able to play over 30 minutes on Friday.

Lowry, DeRozan, and Scola will be resting against the Pacers. Their replacements have not been named yet but we should have some information soon. The Raptors have their next three games against teams out of the playoffs.

Wall miss his second consecutive game and is likely done for the season. If the Wizards lose tonight, they have no chance of making the playoffs. Sessions will start in his place and is a solid cash game play but merits a tournament fade.

Middleton will miss his third consecutive game with a thigh strain. Tyler Ennis will start in his place and is a low-end DFS option on Friday. Middleton could be done for the rest of the season.

Ennis will start for the Bucks tonight but is an extremely low-end option. The Celtics have been tough defensively against guards all season and tonight should not be any different. Johnny O’Bryant is not a viable option off the bench.

The Nets will only replace Rondae Hollis-Jefferson with Chris McCullough. The rest of the starters have been starting and are viable options against the Hornets. Expect Robinson to heavily owned after another dominating performance against the Wizards on Wednesday. Robinson’s salary has spiked to extreme levels, $6,600 on FD but a playable level of $5,500 on DK.
