Dwight Howard and Jason Terry will play Sunday
Howard will play Sunday against the Lakers. He went through shootaround this morning, so it seems there will be no minute’s restriction. He has a great matchup against the Lakers. He may be worth a late swap on DK tonight. Terry is only in play on Sunday if Patrick Beverley is also out. Right now Beverly is questionable.
As reported by: Craig Ackerman Other tagged players: Jason TerryBrandon Bass available to play Sunday
Bass is expected to be available to play on Sunday. This really doesn’t have a lot of fantasy implications. He will take away some minutes from Julius Randle. You can ignore Bass for your fantasy lineups, because the minutes aren’t safe.
As reported by: Mark MedinaJulius Randle will start Sunday
Randle will start for the injured Larry Nance on Sunday. Randle has averaged 23 FD points over his last four games. He will be hard to trust in cash games, but makes for a great GPP play on Sunday. He is $5,500 on FD and $5,000 on DK. Brandon Bass is playing tonight, so this could cut into Randle’s minutes.
As reported by: Mark MedinaKobe Bryant will play Sunday
Bryant will play Sunday despite his Achilles injury. You can fade him for your DFS lineups. He played just 15 minutes last night because of his injury. With him playing this hurts Louis Williams a little, but he remains a great play.
As reported by: Mark MedinaNuggets starters: Emmanuel Mudiay, Gary Harris, Danilo Gallinari, Kenneth Faried, Nikola Jokic
In somewhat of a surprise Nikola Jokic will start on Sunday for Darrell Arthur. Arthur is coming off a big game last time out. You can fade both for your lineups tonight. With Jameer Nelson out, Emmanuel Mudiay will start in his place and get ton of minutes. Mudiay has played three games since returning from an injury. His 1st game back, Nelson didn’t play and Mudiay played 39 minutes. He is a GPP play only. Danilo Gallinari is a safe cash game play tonight, and Gary Harris and Kenneth Faried are GPP plays only.
As reported by: Chris Dempsey Other tagged players: Gary Harris, Danilo Gallinari, Kenneth Faried, Nikola JokicPacers Starters: Monta Ellis, Glenn Robinson III, Paul George, Lavoy Allen, Jordan Hill
The surprise starter here is Robinson, but you can ignore him for your DFS lineups. Without Ian Mahinmi, Jordan Hill and Lavoy Allen will start in the frontcourt. Myles Turner will also see time in the frontcourt. It’s tough to play any of these three in cash games; it’s tough to predict which one of these players will play the best. Without George Hill, Monta Ellis will handle the point guard duties and becomes a must play in cash games. Ellis is priced at just $6,200 on FD and $6,100 on DK. Paul George is of course a solid play tonight. You can fade C.J. Miles with him not starting.
As reported by: Chris Dempsey Other tagged players: Glenn Robinson III, Monta Ellis, Lavoy Allen, Jordan HillJameer Nelson out Sunday
Nelson will not play Sunday, because on a wrist injury. Emmanuel Mudiay will likely start in his place and get ton of minutes. Mudiay has played three games since returning from an injury. His 1st game back, Nelson didn’t play and Mudiay played 39 minutes. He is a GPP play only.
As reported by: Chris DempseyDwyane Wade will play and start Sunday
Wade will play Sunday against the Thunder despite sore shoulders . Without Beno Udrih and Goran Dragic, Wade should handle the ball a lot in this game. Wade is a little risky for cash games, but he makes a great GPP play. Everyone will be on James Harden and Monta Ellis at SG. With Wade playing, this will hurt Gerald Green’s value a little, but he should still see a ton of minutes.
As reported by: Ira WindermanAll Spurs available to play tonight
Gregg Popovich said that everyone is available to play on Sunday against the Mavericks. This game could turn into a blowout so I wouldn’t have too many Spurs in your lineups. Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker, and LaMarcus Aldridge all make great plays on a four game slate.
As reported by: Paul Garcia Other tagged players: Tony Parker, Kawhi LeonardBeno Udrih out Sunday, Tyler Johnson will start
Udrih will not play for the Heat on Sunday with a neck injury; Tyler Johnson will start in his place. Johnson should be in cash lineups, but you could fade him in GPPs because he will be highly owned. Last game, he finished with 27 FD points in 31 minutes. He should see close to 40 minutes with Udrih out. He is just $4,600 on DK and $4,400 on FD. On DK he is listed as a SG.
As reported by: Jason LieserLarry Nance out Sunday
Nance will miss Sunday’s game against the Rockets with a knee injury. With Brandon Bass doubtful, Julius Randle will likely start and see a lot of minutes. Randle has averaged 23 FD points over his last four games. He will be hard to trust in cash games, but makes for a great GPP play Sunday. He is $5,500 on FD and $5,000 on DK. Ryan Kelly will also see some extra minutes.
As reported by: Serena WintersKobe Bryant questionable Sunday, Brandon Bass doubtful
Bryant is questionable will his Achilles injury Sunday against the Rockets. If he can’t go Anthony Brown will start, but he is DFS irrelevant. If he can’t go more of the offense will run through Louis Williams, Jordan Clarkson, and D’Angelo Russell. Williams would make for a nice cash game play and the other two players GPPs only. With Bass be listed as doubtful, and Larry Nance already out Julius Randle should see a ton of minutes on Sunday.
As reported by: Mark Medina Other tagged players: Brandon BassMarkieff Morris remains in the starting lineup Sunday
Morris started last game for the Suns against Boston. He only played 22 minutes, but did finish with 27 FD points. That game was a blowout. The previous game against Indiana, he played 27 minutes and finished with 27 FD points. If you want to get real crazy in a GPP you can play him. With him starting this hurts the value of Jon Leuer.
As reported by: Paul CoroKevin Martin says he'll play today
Martin says he will play today against the Suns. You can ignore Martin for your DFS lineups, because his minutes can’t be trusted. With him playing, this hurts the value and minutes of Shabazz Muhammad.
As reported by: Jon KrawczynskiBeno Udrih remains a great PG option on Sunday
Beno Udrih has taken over the last two games for Goran Dragic who is out with a calf strain and will do so again tonight vs. the Thunder. In his first start Udrih had a dud performance finishing with only 12.5 fantasy points, but on Friday he bounced back with 35.25 points in 37 minutes, over 10x value! His price has jumped $700 to $4,000 on DraftKings as a result, but with the amount of minutes he is likely to see again tonight he is still worth a look on both sites. Dwayne Wade is questionable with both shoulders ailing him and if he does indeed sit, Udrih only becomes a stronger option along with Tyler Johnson and Gerald Green likely to see an increase in playing time as well. All three deserve consideration on this five game slate as we look to take advantage of the Heat’s injuries from a DFS perspective.
