James Conner (Shoulder) Expected to Play Thursday Night
Conner is expected to return Thursday night after missing the Steelers’ last two games. His return would significantly reduce the touches for Jaylen Samuels and Trey Edmunds. Pittsburgh rushed for 42 yards on 27 attempts last week, so the return of Conner is needed for the Steelers’ offense.

Brown will play through injury like he did in his previous game against the Patriots. While the big-play receiver could do damage against the Bengals, who are 30th in pass DVOA, he might have to do so on limited volume as the Bengals allow the lowest pass-to-run ratio in the NFL.

The 2019 MVP candidate and New England Patriots’ worst nightmare will play today in Cincinnati. Jackson ran for 152 yards on 19 attempts earlier this season against the Bengals, scoring over 30 FPs despite finding paydirt just once. The Bengals allow the lowest pass-to-run ratio in the league, are 29th in pass DVOA, and 30th in rush DVOA. Jackson is the consensus top quarterback play in all formats across the industry and should eat against the Bengals.

Despite the Jets being completely terrible this season, Bell is a top-five point-per-dollar option today vs. the lowly Giants across the industry. Although the Giants rank in the middle of the pack against the run, Bell’s path to meeting value is volume. As long as he is healthy, he is game-script proof and could see a lot of carries – the Giants allow the fifth-highest run-to-pass ratio in the league.

Herndon will make his 2019 debut today against a Giants defense that ranks just 27th in pass DVOA. However, fellow TE Ryan Griffin has been successful recently, so it isn’t known if Herndon will get a full compliment of snaps. There are better DFS options this week at tight end at Herndon’s price point.
